The service from start to finish was excellent, valet parking and bags taken to the room was a lovely touch. The breakfast choices were excellent including vegan options. Unfortunately the restaurant was not open for dinner with our stay being a Monday evening, but the meal at The Curtain Club was lovely, as were the cocktails.

The only real improvement would have been more time at the hotel, which we will certainly do on our next visit, as we were unable to take advantage of the pool and spa facilities, which looked amazing. A couple of little niggles in the room, just a loose rail/handle on the shower door and worn marble/glass around the sink taps, but definately nothing to detract from our stay.

Amazing hotel! Great location right in front of a train/metro station and a walking distance of many touristic points, such as Branderburg Tor. Very comfortable and silent rooms! Nice restaurant and bar. The breakfast was just fantastic The staff very attentive I would definitely be back!

The club level lounge is kind of shy and does not deliver a good value for money.

Very comfortable beds, world class service by the staff. Considering it is Ritz Carlton it was also great value for money here in Berlin compared to other locations. Good location near the park and a 10min walk to the Brandenburger Tor.

Some of the atmosphere could have been a touch more modern, but that's just personal taste. We had a small issue with the coffee machine breaking.

The hotel is beautiful, particularly when decorated for Christmas. Our room was really spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We ate at POTS restaurant one evening and the food was incredible. Would definitely recommend eating there if you are staying in the hotel. The location is great, about 10-15 minutes walk from the Brandenburg Gate. There is a tube station right outside the hotel which can get you all over the city.

We had to wait for about 10 minutes when we arrived for someone at reception to acknowledge us. There were three people there but apparently they thought we were with the people in front of us. Service at the restaurant and bar was quite slow. It was fine but given it was the Ritz I expected the service to be outstanding and I wouldn't say it was that. The pool area was lovely but the pool itself was really cold.

Good location and facilities.

The facilities and location are excellent, but the front desk service needs improvement. Upon check-in, the front desk staff said they would directly add my stay points to my Marriott Bonvoy account, but they didn’t. At check-out, another staff member also promised to add the points, but a month has passed, and they still haven’t done anything.

The hotel is beautiful and is in a great location. But what made this stay memorable is the outstanding kindness and approach of all the staff Mustafa, Ibrahim and Alp at the entrance Owen at the front desk Martin at the concierge Wiebke at tbe cigars/smoking room. All went far and beyond to make us feel welcome Bravo 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

The bed was a bit too soft for me. It was if high quality but I like harder surface

Great experience, friendly staff and an amazing breakfast. The rooms are spacious and very clean and the location is great, very close to the Brandenburg Gate and other tourist attractions.

The only downside was that during our stay a VIP guest showed up and things got very chaotic from that moment on. Service became slow, several security personnel were rounding the place and it made us feel watched and intimidated. There should be better procedures to separate VIP guests from the rest.

The adjoining door to our room 934 was not enough to stop the very loud Friday night partying noise from the next door room which regrettably went on all night. Next time I will ask for a room with no adjoining door.

Loved everything, the room is well decorated and very spacious, the bathroom was big and well equipped, the service was wow. The breakfast was very accommodating to all types of eaters, and absolutely delicious. Had a delicious dinner at the amazing POTS hotel restaurant.

The hotel is exceptional in virtually all aspects. Luxury, comfort and the staff are all very friendly. The location is perfect to navigate the city on foot or alternatively by train via the station in close proximity to the hotel.

From my experience, there is nothing to dislike about this hotel.
