We had a very positive experience at this hotel. We stayed in the family room (for just two people), so we already expected it to be spacious, and it definitely was. The room was clean, well-kept, and comfortable. The beds were great and the pillows were decent. The cleaning service was excellent throughout our stay, which made a big difference in how relaxed we felt. What really stood out, though, was the staff, truly some of the best we’ve encountered. Everyone was incredibly nice, welcoming, and helpful. They assisted us in many ways and made our stay feel even more comfortable and enjoyable. The location is generally good, though Berlin is a large city and what’s considered convenient depends on your plans. It took about 5 minutes to reach the nearest bus stop, and around 12–15 minutes on foot to get to the closest metro station. So while it's not directly next to public transport, it’s still quite accessible. Overall, I’d absolutely recommend this place, especially if you're looking for a clean, quiet, and friendly base in Berlin.

We were 9 people in 5 different rooms for an extended weekend in Berlin. The rooms are good. We were in "Lovely S" rooms, that were small, but not too small. The interior was good quality, and the rooms were clean. The included morning breakfast was great, with a lot of choices, even for people with allergies. The staff was nice and helpful. The rooms have both electronic and traditional key cards (some of our group was uncomfortable with the digital keys, but physical keys can be obtained in the reception). The neighborhood is quiet at night - good for your sleep :) So you do not have transportation and restaurants just outside the hotel. But both restaurants and transportation is within 5-15 minutes walk. There is some (temporary) construction work (power-cable tunnel) in the street near the hotel, that appears to have blocked some pathways for walking towards Potzdammer Platz, making that walk a few hundred meters longer. But no noise from the work.

At least in my own room, I would have liked to be able to turn on the light in the bathroom without turning on the ventilator at full speed (wakes up sleeping partner).

Mobile key is a really cool thing: you don’t need to worry about the key card that you can lose. Stuff was very friendly and ready to help. Free, pretty fast wi-fi. The room felt cozy and clean, the radiators worked really well and you can adjust the temperature (we were in December)

The tv was only in German, we couldn’t open YouTube or Netflix on it. One time we asked to clean our room after we left in the morning but when we returned it wasn’t clean. The location is a bit uncomfortable because you need to walk around if you want to reach the bridge.

The heaters stopped heating at night and I was cold. I informed the reception the next day, but it happened again. After my call on emergency number around midnight on the third night, the heaters started heating up again within an hour. Other guests could be heard speaking from the hallway and other rooms if they spoke louder. Very expensive breakfast, €21, so I decided not to order it. Shower cabin with a curtain. Despite all mentioned, I kind of liked this hotel, however, being cold at night is unacceptable.

Тhe location of the hotel is perfect, near Potsdam Platz. 3 minutes from the hotel there is bus station with several lines, connecting you practicly with the whole city. The room was amazing! We gort free upgrade on the room and got a room with huge bath tub and private terrace. The room was also spacious and very clean. The staff was very friendly as well and the hotel is serving free coffee-tea. Also, great value for money!

Maybe the pillows were too soft, but it's a personal preference. I dont think there is a single thing that I didn't like about our stay and the hotel.

The breakfast was fantastic and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The buffet had many options for both vegetarian and non vegetarian guests. Everything was very tasty and the coffee was especially good. The room was very nice and the both the beds and showers were clean and comfortable.

The hallways smelled like cigarettes because the other guests who smoked in the open staircases. Since there is no staff at night it's a bit hard to control these situations. There were other guests playing music loudly and smoking, and even though our room was at the end of the hallway we would still get the smell inside.

The staff were great, the rooms were perfect for two people and it was very clean and comfortable. We are very pleased with our stay. The option for checking with your phone was very useful.

There was no air conditioning and it was too hot for sleeping. I had an issue where hackers tried to contact me pretending to be the hotel, and if I hadn't been suspicious and written to the official email, I would have had a lot of problems by now. The hotel responded incredibly quickly, but it would be great if you could inform your clients about the official contact, as someone might be misled. Otherwise, the stay itself was beyond what I expected. Thank you to the entire team.

I loved the hotel, FANTASTIC breakfast and very nice room and spacious bathroom. Loved the window in the bathroom, but I am not a big fan of bathroom curtain... I had some issues in finding the way to my room when I came around midnight - because not working lift and staircase really hidden, one can not easily find the way round. Luckily, there was someone in hte office and she kindly helped me out, otherwise I felt really lost. Even if electronic check-in and electronic key worked fine... Sometimes I prefer the "old-fashion" manned reception.

Sad that a sudden lift outage made me to carry the luggage to the 6th floor and back the next day... I know these things can happen, so no big fuss.

We’ve booked room for group of 4 people for one night during weekends in Berlin. The room wasn’t huge, but it worth every penny we’ve paid. It was clean, with fresh towels and small fridge filled up with selection of beer and water. Bed and sofa were comfy to sleep. For us the location was good enough. Not very far from the city center. Our windows were looking to the inner yard, where you’ll see the windows of locals who are living in their residences. Also, on the plus side, there is garage(place there you should book in advance) with the access by the elevator to the rooms. Clever system which only requires a mobile phone with internet connection to access room, garage, and open the main door when you are coming late. The staff is very welcoming and friendly.

Location was perfect for us, tucked away from the main street, very peaceful and quiet, while being within 10-15mins drive to major sites. We had a 7 passenger van, so 17 euro for outside (right by the entrance) parking was very convenient. Employees are so welcoming and friendly (thank you Lee and Sina). Property very well kept and clean! No A/C, but good fan is provided. Bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast is expensive. Fridge in the room is tiny. Fold out couch was very uncomfortable, I wish they offered some sort of mattress topper for those sleeping on the couch.
