The location is perfect - a big park just around the corner, Gleisdreieck U-Bahn station 5 minutes away, 20 minutes walk till Potsdamer Platz. An underground garage is a big plus. The area in general is nice, we travel with two dogs and there are plenty of places to walk them, just mind the rabbits in the park! :-) We also got dog snacks and water bowls for the dogs, which is always nice to have in hotels.

There are two main things that I didn't like. There is no air conditioning, only a table fan. It's been +27C when we visited and it was awfully hot in the room. And also the bed consists of two one-person beds, which may be pretty uncomfortable.

The area was very quiet and modern, with a large park nearby, filled with families and sport lovers. Close to multiple U-lines, and the city centre is about 30 minutes on foot. The receptionist was very polite and kind. The room was clean and comfortable, and the whole place was very silent, like I was the only one staying there - maybe because of the weekend. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bedsheet and the towels were clean (the quilt was filled with feather, so that's something to look out for if you're allergic - I'm not and it was quite comfy). TV had 50 channels, mostly german but with a few english, french (and even one korean) ones, if you care about that kind of stuff. All in all, I had a perfect stay.

It’s in a convenient place for me (next to the office), it is quiet, well equipped room - bath, tea kettle, etc. The staff was very nice letting me check in earlier, they are friendly and welcoming.

I missed having a couple of tea bags to make tea in the room. Would have completed the experience 😊

We loved this little hotel. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very quiet, but only a short walk away from a station and approximately 30 minutes walk from The Brandenberg Gate and other major sites. Also very close to the park. There wasn’t a huge choice of food at breakfast, if you want a fry up this isn’t the place for you, but it was fine for what we wanted.

The only small issue was that the shower tended to run hot then cold without warning.

Great stay and value for money. Clean room, with a decent amount of space. Convenient location, close to subway and bus station and many attractions within walking distance. Was good having the fridge and kitchenette. Staff really friendly and helpful.

Kitchenette more for making small things rather than full meals as hob and pans provided quite small, but still great to be able to buy things and store in fridge and prepare some meals. Hotel reception is only available Monday to Friday- this was fine for us but just something to be aware of.

Large and comfortable room and very clean and large bathroom. Really close to train for easy access anywhere in the city. We took breakfast as well and it was ample and varied with a good selection and nice homey touches. Awesome soundproofing in windows!

The room was a bit hot and stuffy - we weren’t able to control the temperature at all- we were able to open the windows to air out the room but because we were on the first floor and the hotel is right near the train we kept the windows closed at night.

This comfortable and attractive apartment is compact, but well designed. It is located within easy walking distance to the U-Bahn and shops. We particularly appreciated the free laundry facilities in the basement.

The kitchen is too compact for those wishing to prepare their own meals. At one point the induction stovetop stopped working, but was quickly replaced with a portable temporary stovetop by the helpful staff at the front desk.

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel. The first time was before Covid, then it was practically new. Now the hotel is in excellent condition, convenient contactless registration, receiving a key card via machine, excellent location and accessibility to most of the main attractions of Berlin on foot or with S-bahn. Great possibility to book the parking place in the underground garage for a car.

I can't point anything out. I would like to have an oven or microwave in the room for heating semi-finished products. But this is just a hotel, and the description does not include full kitchen equipment.

The hotel was nice and quiet, with comfortable rooms. Bathroom large and clean. Free wifi worked well. Breakfast buffet was small, but was only 10Euros, and was fine. Location was good for three U-lines for trains. Nice small park right next to hotel.

Room heating didn't work, which made it a bit cold. Staff were pleasant, but not particularly cheery or warm. Staff finish at 10pm which was fine until I had a room key not work and had to try to find someone.

Perfect and nice location. Located at the Gleisdreieck Park also 5 min walk from the metro station in a green and nice neighborhood. You can walk to the main historical places. The room has perfect natural light and is also super comfy with your own kitchenette. I will return :)
