Location, so close to transport, plenty of restaurants around. Room was a good size. Bed was comfortable. Breakfasts were generous. Good value.

Staff were mixed. Some really tried to help with information. Others just said can't help. The shower leaked badly. Bathroom was awash after every shower.

The room wasn’t ready before 15.00, which is fine, that’s in the conditions. However not much before 15.00 there was a massive queue at the reception, i was waiting to check in wt least 20-30 minutes which is quite uncomfortable. Everyone was filling in the documents right at the spot which resulted this long waiting. The steff could have at least prepare with filled on documents to get a faster check in or something. I never stood in queue to check in.

3 single beds in the room; large room rather than sofa bed; bedsheets clean; staff friendly/professional; has lifts; our room very quiet location; hotel literally 2 minute walk to train station(direct to city); approximately 15 minute walk to another station; excellent value for money buffet breakfast (lovely lady on the breakfast desk); area felt very safe even at night. Overall excellent value for money. Although on a busy road and a railway line outside the hotel, there wasn't much noise.

Mould on bathroom sealant and apparently on the shower curtain; my wife reported the bathroom wasn't fully clean when we first arrived; there was no A/C in our room (this wasn't an issue for us but may be for others); room decor dated; beds possibly a bit on firm side.

A good hotel we have been to before. They were flexible in allowing my wife to bring breakfast along to our room when I I wasn't very well. Thank you.

I like sleeping with the windows open exposing us to the Ubahn trains roaring by just across the road. We could have closed the windows and used the air con; so that was our choice and not a big problem.

I was particularly impressed by the excellent value for money offered by the service. The pricing was very reasonable, considering the high quality of the accommodations provided. Additionally, the location was exceptional, offering easy access to nearby attractions and conveniences. This aspect greatly enhanced my overall experience, making it a memorable stay.

However, my check-in experience was less than ideal due to a rather lengthy queue, which appeared to be caused by some internal system issues the staff was facing at that moment. This situation unfortunately prevented me from asking questions I had in mind, as I did not wish to further delay the check-in process for others waiting behind me. It was a bit of a setback in an otherwise wonderful experience.

This hotel is located in a very good spot for exploring Berlin with public transport. Rooms are not luxurious but have all a family can ask for. Breakfast is reach and the breakfast room is spacy and very well located. Parking space both standard and undergound is a big plus. Very high value for money hotel.

A small renovation in hall carpets and in rooms' interior would improve first impression

i want to say that hotel was very good. Its very comfy 4 bus stops from potsdamer plats - there goes direct bus. Metro is also very close, near by quite a lot of grosery stores, shops, cafes Room was clean, towels was changed every day, very war, hot water goes immideatly. I really didnt see nothing negative. Especccially price very affordable.

the rooms are old but its ok, everything is functioning. the only issue is that they charged extra 5 euros as a tourist tax although it was already included in booking (and there was no info related to this extra payment when we made the booking)

It was a very good sleeping option for me and my friend; the location is great - very close to two metro stations, and the bus stop as well, but you could easily walk around on foot (Potsdamer Platz is like 20min by walk). The staff was super friendly and we didn't have any problems to communicate in English; they also allowed us to check in earlier which is a big plus!

During our first day, all of the three lifts didn't work and we had our room on the 7th floor; however, they were under repair at the moment, so I understand the situation. After that, we didn't have any problems while using the lift.

Really comfortable bed and lovely hot water! Very clean and quiet and very close to the U-bahn. I felt quite safe walking back to the hotel at night and we found great restaurants and supermarkets in the vicinity. I loved having a telly to improve my German.

I'd really have liked a bigger supply of teabags and milk !!! So I could have a cup of tea every morning.
