Excellent location in Schoeneberg, across from Nollendorfplatz U-bahn station which makes it simple to get to Potsdamer Platz and Brandenburg Gate/Bundestag/Museum Insel, Kreuzberg and Prenzlauer Berg. Very easy and efficient check in with the door code, no keycard required for anything. Laundry facilities. Clean and unexpectedly large room, great shower, comfy bed. There is a Lidl grocery store very close, for cheap snacks, drinks and breakfasts.

Just a comment that guests should make sure nobody comes in the front door without having a code. Or give the code to a "visitor" because it is the same code for the front door and your hotel room.

I love the concept of this hotel. All doors and pin codes worked perfectly, the room was well-designed and clean. Also the location is great - 2 min to Ubahn station with 3 metro lines.

Although the support in whatsapp always answered my questions, the chat not could be set up better because it gives irrelevant answers very often. This extend the time between your request and help received.

Great apartments as a base for visiting different sites in Berlin. They are modern and spacious apartments in building that is un-staffed, so check-in and all services are digital, but everything worked well, and there is a 24-hours support service available. Water, tea, coffee and milk all provided on arrival, and these, together with towels, toilet rolls and sheets, could all be replenished at will from a storeroom in the building, which is a very helpful and worthwhile feature. The location couldn’t be much more convenient, with a bus stop right outside, the U-Bahn station just across the road, and many shops supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

The kitchen area was small and rather cramped, but I think those in other rooms may be bigger. My apartment was roomy if the furniture was a little on the minimal side – a couple more small tables would have been welcome.

The room was very spacious. I loved how huge the shower was. The room had all the necessities you needed. The hotel is across the street from the train station, which made it very easy to commute throughout the city. I also enjoyed not having a key card, so you didn't have to worry about losing it. You use a pincode to access the hotel & rooms which I enjoyed.

Wouldn't recommend paying extra for breakfast. There are not many options. The quality & choices aren't great. It's convenient if you don't feel like going out for breakfast. I found a strand of hair multiple times in my food almost each morning. The A/C in the room wasn't great. Even on the lowest temperature, the room was hot. Had to open the windows for fresh, cool air, which I didn't mind.

The size of the room and location were perfect for my family of 3! The service was quick when we had questions. Public transport is near by and taxis or Ubers were quick to pick up. The Metropol is across the street and the Berlin Wall and Checkpoint Charlie are within 15 minute walking distance. Thank you, we highly recommend your place when staying in Berlin!

I think the instructions for checking in could be better because there's two doors with pin pads. Maybe a sliding door for the entrance to the shower/sink area for privacy.

Very nice interior, comfy bed, everything is clean and looks modern and beautiful. It was a perfect location for my trip, because I was traveling for the rock concert that was happening right infront of the hotel almost (across the road / "Metropol"). Quiet room, understandable instructions provided to how to get inside, everything seems to be perfect. Very unusual since no reception, but very interesting and comfortable approach!

(Got a little lost when trying to find "where to go next" inside, after getting through the first entrance door. :D Used some help of other people around to find the elevator)

Overall good quality hotel. The room was nice and comfortable. Great location. Hotel is completely digital and has no staff present. Everything was easy to use however.

This hotel has no staff present in hotel so this can sometimes be a weak point. I stayed two weeks. During few nights there was a group of drunk young guys partying in hotel. Hotel sent security stuff to calm them down and partying stopped for a while but the next day they continued. Hotel sent staff again and they stopped but continued later in the morning again. Intervention in this trouble and noise situation should have been even more effective. But at least something was done to situation and staff was easy and fast to contact through whatsapp in this problem situation. All in all I can still recommend this hotel.

It is a bit cramped for 4 people. The shower had all glass on it so it is ideal for couples only. Otherwise, there is no privacy. We had to cover the half part of it with bedsheets when taking a bath. There is also no one to talk to if you have urgent questions. You initially have to talk to a bot. They will route to human if bot is unable to understand. No cleaners until you leave. Washing machine and Dryer are all in German. Would be good if there are English instructions pasted somewhere in the room.

Excellent location. Super clean, modern apartment. Easy to check in with a code. Excellent and fast communication with staff via WhatsApp. There was an option to ask for clean towels daily. Also we had spare pillows and duvets. There was all necessary kitchen and dining equipment, stock of teas and coffees. Several supermarkets within 1 min walk

The only things missing was a laundry machine, which we had in our numa apartment in Vienna. Also there wasn't a toaster. Would recommend to supply at least one non stick pot. There was a nice stainless steel one but when doing eggs in the morning, it was very hard to clean. other than these 3 minor things, there is absolutely no negatives here. Superb!!!!!!!

Great location and nearby to good bars and restaurants. Easy PIN code access and the rooms are generally well equipped.

My room on this occasion, unlike previous visits was on the first floor and the windows overlooked the Main Street - this meant it was subject to noise from people passing by at all times of the day and night. The room also needed more towels. After 4 nights, the towels were far from fresh. Was unsure how to get more but eventually flagged down a member of the cleaning team.
