Location is very near to zoo and in peaceful surroundings. Great breakfast. Indoor garage is available, although 20€ per day.

Cleaning of the room should be ordered. Even though we request the cleaning, it was not done (e.g emptying of bins was not done).Price of the garage is high.

* Staff are very hospitable * Check-in and check-out is smooth and fast * Location is so vivid. Almost near everything like food , rosmann supermarket and a pharmacy. * Room size adequate fit solo travelers and a couple with no kids. * Hot water is available 24/7. * The receiprion is available also 24/7 * There is a vending machine (hidden gem)

* The breakfast is overpriced , don't go for it unless you are too lazy like me to have it elsewhere in the morning. You are limited to few bakeries , eggs , sausages and ham, yogurt , cheese , fruit salad and some salami. They have a coffee machine. For 17 euros , that's an overpriced choice in my opinion. * You have no control over the air conditioning, you just have the choice of opening it and closing it. Sometimes too hot , others too cold. The AC unit in the room is useless * There is no phone in the room to contact the room service or the restaurant. * The cleaning service has to be "ordered" a day before. So , don't expect your room to be cleaned unless you ask for it.

The hotel's location is truly a highlight. It was incredibly easy to navigate Berlin with the metro stations just a short walk away. Also, there were plenty of [restaurants/cafes/shops] right on the doorstep. Despite being central, the area around the hotel was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep. The staff were consistently polite and helpful from check-in to check-out. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning. There was a wide selection of hot and cold options and it was a great start to our day.

While the quality and selection in breakfast buffet were good, it would be a nice touch if there was a bit more variation in the food offerings from day to day, especially for guests staying for several nights.

A friend and I stayed there for three nights and had a great experience! The bed was very comfortable, the room itself was spacious enough, had adequate room for our luggage, as well as getting ready comfortably, and, most importantly, was very clean! (we also received new towels every day) The location is just right, with S-Bahn, U-Bahn and bus stations all within walking distance, and we felt safe walking back at night, as two young women. I have to note the friendly and accommodating stuff at the reception, who were most helpful when we had to leave a night earlier due to an airport strike. Overall, I would definitely recommend!

Frankly, I expected much less and I was VERY pleasantly surprised. Not only the area is simply perfect--with easy access to both the main train station by S-Bahn coursing every several minutes and the beautiful Berlin Zoo--but also it's quiet at night. The room was spacious, the bed was big and very comfortable, the bathroom also was very well-planned so there was enough space to comfortably get ready for the day and destress under a hot shower after all the sightseeing. It was very clean. I haven't used the breakfast option, but there are many eateries around the hotel. Staff spoke beautiful English and was really friendly. Also, the room's door had chain lock built in, so that was a very pleasant surprise that might be a big plus for some solo female travelers! And for several people, both my friend and I got separate card key for the room which was also a big plus since we could part our ways during the day if we wanted to--not all hotels provide that, so I was glad they did!

The room was clean and comfortable. There was an air conditioner in the room, so I could regulate the temperature to a suitable level. There weren't very many options for breakfast, but you could choose between hot and cold meals, or make yourself a sandwich, which is enough in my opinion. Also, loved the tea selection and the normal-sized mugs! The staff were great - always polite and helpful! The hotel is close to the shopping street, there are bus stops close-by and a U-Bahn station was just a short walk from the hotel. There are shops and a pharmacy in the vicinity, as well as a bakery and a couple of restaurants (Chinese and a kebab place) right next to the hotel.

There wasn't much storage space in the room - no shelves in the wardrobe, very narrow self under the mirror in the room. The table was OK, but a kettle under a TV is not the best decision. I had to be careful and move it forward when using it. Not a big deal, obviously. The sink in the bathroom wasn't very comfortable to use, either. None of those things are deal-breakers, and the pros far outweigh the cons. Just some thoughts on what could be improved.

perfect location - two underground stops a short walk away (approx 10 mins), a bus stop a few steps away (number 100). lovely area. hotel was immaculate and comfortable for me and my son. we stayed 3 nights, managed to see and do so much. Was pleased we stayed here rather than the other premier inn in Alexanderplat which is a much busier area. Breakfast selection was lovely, meats, fruits, sausages, bacon, eggs , beans, yogurts, oats, seeds, pastries, juices etc etc. Room was quiet, spotless and a higher standard than premier inn hotels in England and Wales. Would happily stay in again if we return to Berlin.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Excellent and convenient location on the Kudamm; near the zoo and Saturn centre. Price was extremely reasonable; room was spotless and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. Blackout curtains were great too

The 'cool' fan setting didnt seem to work and only blew out hot air but after the first night we just didnt have the fan on at all and the room temperature was fine. The fire doors are really heavy so if people let their doors slam when they go into/leave a room you feel the whole room shake. The hotel aside from this was very quiet though and we only really noticed it in the mornings when people would go out.

Excellent location, very close to public transport stations and also close enough to walk to nearby shops etc. The place was immaculate, and the staff were really friendly.

My only small complain was that we could have been informed at check in that if we wanted room service, we needed to request it. So when we got back on the first day, our room hadn't been cleaned. That's when we asked reception and found out.

The location of the hotel was in a nice area. It’s a 6-minute walk to the metro and bus. Markets and shops are also very close. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

However, I was not happy with the cleanliness. We stayed for a total of 10 days, and the sheets were not changed without us asking, despite the cleaning crew entering the room. They only changed the towels and made the bed. You have to specify if you want the sheets changed. During our 10-day stay, I specifically noticed that they didn’t even replace the soap. Thankfully, I had brought my own hand soap. Also, I want to believe that they genuinely forgot, but every time we requested cleaning, I noticed they didn’t vacuum the floors because the bathroom and room were full of my hair. Every morning, we were woken up by the sound of them vacuuming the hallway, but they seemed to forget to vacuum the room. This was the only downside.
