Super location. we booked the room very early with good price. the room is bigger than I expected, with nice desk, then I could also work some. Bathroom is small but you get everything you need. very friendly staff. our room is very quiet. I and my husband stayed 8 days, the cleaning staff came to the make the bed, change the towel and take away the trash, however I feel they didn't clean the ground during I stay, seems they only clean the ground before the guest changes, it's not a big problem, but it would be greater to clean the ground every 2-3 days.

The staff were really accommodating and in high spirits! Really made us enjoy our stay. Loved the decors both on the halls and in our room. Possibility to wash clothes and have breakfast were plusses. Plus having staff around from early morning to late night helped a lot. Rooms were warm and beds soft and clean, tea and coffee always available and couldn't really hear anything from other rooms.

Really cannot find any remarkable things to point out - maybe the shower was a little too fast in changing from cold to boiling hot, but one learns to use it fast ;)

The hotel is a great location and the price is honestly perfect especially that I booked last minute. The room size is very reasonable. The bed and pillows are comfortable and provided a great sleeping experience. I really appreciated that despite the economic price they still supplied things in the room like kettle and some coffee bags. Small thing but shows care and attention to details. Clean towels and clean toilet. Good ventilation and heating. The room door is equipped with locks.

I found a woman's hair on the bed but I assumed it is from the cleaning person and the sheets still were new but please pay attention to that in future not to ruin the great experience.

We like the location, a couple of minutes from the train station with lovely bars and restaurants nearby. The room decor is lovely.

The curtains could have fitted the entire window rather than leaving the side panes uncovered. The people sitting on the restaurant balcony almost had an unwelcome surprise when my husband was getting ready for bed 😂 and the sun was very bright waking my daughter up at 5am. The restaurant didn't cater for a vegan diet which was a shame. We could have had bread (possibly) and jam, and dry cereal with a piece of fruit but thought €10 each was a bit steep for that.

Location of the hotel was perfect- very convenient for shopping and partying. Check-in was quick and uncomplicated. It was very quite outside and inside the hotel. Good wifi. There was a kettle in the room - much appreciated. Room was spacious. I would stay there again.

Took me couple of minutes to find the hotel at night because the entrance doesn't have a big sign, but still not a problem. The trash bin in my room wasn't emptied from the previous guest - was full of napkins, used medications and whatever stuff - lack of attention to details.

The old traditional european building with its high ceilings where really nice. The room was big and suitable for 4 persons. It is close to public transport and the free coffee mornings even if you did not have breakfast was very tasty as well as a kind gesture . I also have to mention that the staff was very kind and polite.

Very minor but there was little smell related-to dust or more due to the fact that it was an old historic building, so maybe this was normal…but the general cleaning was definitely properly done.

3-person room was quite spacious. Bathroom had soap and bodywash, also a magnifying mirror. It was possible to eat breakfast without preordering and it was plentiful. A kind lady even came out and asked people if they wanted freshly made omelet (really delicious). Not to complain, but couple of things future visitors may want to be aware of: * there is no air conditioning, the rooms are hot during summer; * access to the elevator needs climbing stairs; * the pillows are small; * the staff forgot to change towels, despite promising to do it. Basically a pretty cute little hotel, on the cheaper side for Berlin. I would recommend it.

I was counting on using the washing machine in the hotel, but it was broken. The housekeeping seemed to be struggling to manage the overall situation in the hotel (e.g. they had no idea where the irons were and guessed they might have been stolen - but to give credit: after a while they managed to find one and brought it victoriously - all is well that ends well).

The spacious 4 bed room, perfect for a family with 4 single beds. Great location, easy access to everything.

We didn’t not like anything but the following changes/ additions would make it better. Bathroom on the small size could do with being a foot or so larger for easy of moving around, hooks for coats would be a great addition and 2 pillows for each bed as a standard would be appreciated

Great location, nice neighbourhood, comfortable and spacious room, clean and very affordable. Friendly and helpful staff.

We can understand that some may think that the exterior is a bit run down, also the shared in door spaces but nothing that the rooms reflect. Some may also feel it’s noisy from outside traffic and street life but hello, you’re in Berlin. There will be noise as in any major city.

Hotel makes me a little confusing when I tried to find hotel but it’s fine . Location is closer to subway and local restaurants around , supermarket . It’s very convenient for traveler , one thing i highly recommended is Daniele was amazing staff who supported us for easily check-in , gave us directions how to reach to our destination. Thanks Daniele and we would come and stay again with hotel ^^
