The buffet breakfast was excellent. We stayed there for 5 nights, and every morning, it was possible to have a different choice of foods. A custom-made omelette was available on request with no additional charge. During the weekend, a glass of sekt/prosecco was also availabe for free. The breakfast restaurant was spacious enough, and there were three coffee machines to serve the customers, preventing excessive waiting. - There was a daily option not to have room service which was indicated with a badge on the door by the customer. As a reward, a complimentary beer or a glass of wine was offered in the lobby bar. - The location was excellent, next to KaDeWe department store and at a walking distance from the Zoo and Wittemberg Platz stations. We stayed in this hotel for the second time.

The hotel should have arranged a warmer weather with no rain! As a matter of fact, I am not able to point out negative details of this hotel during our stay.

Location excellent, secure parking and we loved the breakfast. Room was clean and nice.

The prices in the bar are simply ridiculous. 14 euro for a glass of wine and 6 euro for a normal cappuccino.

Very spacious standard rooms with all the comforts. The location is fantastic right in the middle of the Ku’damm.

One tiny note it would have been great to have a bottle of water as a welcome in the room. Especially when you arrive later having a drink for the evening is always nice after long travel.

- no complimentary water, strange for the hotel of this level. But feel free to buy water in vending machine at 4,5 eur per small bottle - in the room for 2, only one bathrobe was in the room (other provided after a call) - no extras provided in the room, need to call and request - someone entered the room with no time to answer after the knock, which was strange because once it was soon after cleaning is done, another time was our check out date (2 hours before check out time)

Top hotel. Great room, very clean and most important, upon request they will do a full cleaning room every day. Great spa too.

The breakfast box which I had to order since the breakfast cannot be served earlier than 6.30am was made with very little and poor quality things. I am very disappointed! In fact a regular breakfast cost 35 euro (!) but the tag away box contained only: 1 small orange juice, a bootle of water, a cafe, a yogurt, a small chocolate snake and a sandwich. No fresh food like croissants, baguette fresh bread, cheese, and so on. Totally not acceptable!!! For a hotel like that, as it happens in many other hotels they should serve a light breakfast for early bird people, btw 4.30am and 6.30am with much more fresh and good quality food, in a small room.

The hotel’s location was excellent, with many stores, restaurants and transportation options nearby. I requested a room with a street view, and I was given one. The continental buffet breakfast was something my partner and I looked forward to each morning (we booked with breakfast, which was worth it). We also appreciated the late checkout time of noon, which was a nice change compared to most hotels that require checkout by 10 or 11 a.m. The hotel is 5 minute from the Berlin Zoo and 35-55 minute walk to the Berlin Gate. The hotel itself is modern, well light and have great helpful staffs.

The shower could have been more cleaner.

Crowne Plaza Berlin City is located in city center of Berlin. The central location is convenient and perfect for the main purpose of our trip to do sightseeing, visit museums, have great food and do some shopping. Kurfürstendamm including KaDeWe is just around the corner. Nearby you will find numerous restaurants, coffee bars and cafés as well. Public transport connections to other parts of Berlin are easy via multiple options of U-bahn, S-bahn and DB train station just around the corner enabling us to explore the rest of the city. We stayed in a Standard room on the back of the building (without noise from outside), which was spacious, clean with comfy beds and furnished in a modern contemporary style. The complimentary welcome cookies in the room and drinks in the bar as IHG member were appreciated. We did not book breakfast so no comments on that. Lastly, we have to mention that each single staff member was really helpful and welcoming.

the property from the inside. Is very nice and the staff are very friendly. Good interaction with check-in/ check-out. Housekeeping does a great job too. On the days that we had the breakfast, the variety and options are great!

Would be nice if the breakfast wasn't so expensive, it's not the ideal option with so many spots in the neighborhood. If you make it more affordable, then likely to have more guests want it. The bathroom can have some additional basic toiletries like vanity kit, conditioner and bathrobes. You have to ask for those things separately, if you want it which is also okay.

Comfort of room - its like an American style with European/German flair. Feels very safe, secure and comfortable. Love the room. The bar staff are always super caring and passionate about their job.

Breakfast felt very busy and rushed and expensive for the overall experience. Spa and Facilities although staff was nice, I felt that it was crowded and lack of attendants. also some of the people in the SPA were quite rude to me unfortunately (not the staff) but specifically someone ( a guest there). I think it might've been my appearance/background but I don't want to generalize.

The proximity to the most exciting part of Berlin

I thought I had booked a room with breakfast - which, mistakenly, I hadn't. I asked booking.com to contact the hotel to see if they could offer me the booking.com room price with breakfast but the hotel never came back. I was disappointed in this as it was our 3rd stay there and each time we had booked a room with breakfast. In fact the last time breakfast was not ready in time before we had to leave - on Jan 1 2024 - so we had to forfeit it. In that respect I thought the hotel could have worked something out but no one from management ever came back. Not the service I expected.
