This was a very clean and modern property. The rooms were not large, but everything was laid out well so that it did not feel tight. I liked that there was a laundry in the building and that it was very easy to use with WeWash app. I appreciated that guests had access to the supply room for extra towels or other supplies

The location did not have any staff on site. I usually prefer to have someone on site in case there are any issues. Luckily, I didn’t have any problems. We paid extra for a small balcony, but it overlooked a parking lot and so we didn’t sit outside. In hindsight, I would not pay extra for the balcony in that location. We were disappointed that we were not able to leave our luggage in a luggage room on site after we checked out. We needed to bring our luggage to another hotel and pay to have our bags kept for the day. This this was an inconvenience.

Great location on Kudamm, close to shops, restaurants and the metro. Very clean and spacious room, the beds were super comfortable, we had water and some nice teas. You can cast your Netflix onto the TV, though traditional channels didn't seem to be working. There is no reception and you don't really see staff (apart from cleaning on the floor when people leave their rooms), so the information you need is shared via Whatsapp - it was timely and in full, so we had no problem with check in, acess to the room and check out.

Not having reception / looking like a traditional hotel also means you lose a bit of the atmosphere, the entry looks like it's in reconstruction and it seems a bit weird at first. It was absolutely fine though, we would come back to stay there again.

Amazing! The room was modern and stylish, with great bathroom amenities (even the shampoo was excellent). The hair dryer was really appreciated. The location was fantastic, with plenty to see and do nearby. I especially loved the cozy seating area by the window, perfect for relaxing before heading out for the evening. Bed was also very comfy. The coffee and tea station was a lovely touch, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the locker room on the 5th floor was very convenient for storing my suitcase after the check-out.

The lighting in both the room and bathroom could have been improved, especially around the mirrors and shower. Additionally, there were no cleaning supplies available for small spills, like drinks etc.

A dystopian travel experience. Humans, at least I think they’re humans, are occasionally spotted on the ground level headed toward the door. Other than that, all interaction is through AI chat, a friendly avatar who seems genuinely concerned about your wellbeing. Utilitarian in the extreme, and I imagine that might work very well for some. Think in monochrome, black and shades of grey, with metal & glass, and durable plastic carpet. All very efficient, indeed. Cameras and access codes. One gets the feeling Big Brother is watching. Travel with zero unpredictability. And sometimes, that is quite good, depending. Lovely neighbourhood and perfect location, to be sure. Good for those seeking anonymity, at a good price.

My experience in Numa Kudamm was perfect. The location was great. The hotel is at the center of one of Berlin's best neighborhoods. And transportation is not even an issue. You find a tram or bus any time of the day or night. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The quality of all the materials used in the room was very impressive. Check-in and -out without a reception wasn't an issue and the codes worked really well.

It's not something completely negative but the WhatsApp messages sent by the hotel could have been less. An e-mail (or message) with all the instructions was enough for me.

Everything , the room is super clean and nice, location is more than perfect near from restaurant malls , shops even the train station is couple of minutes walking, they provide new towels and coffee and tea refills.. I really enjoy my time in the room( the smart TV is very good, even the fridge was silent which is very rare 😀. Normally I disconnect but there appliances is new and work very well.

Every thing was very good, maybe a microwave or toaster will be a plus, but honestly every thing around that you not might need unless for longer than 3 days stay

There was enough hot water 💦. The equipment of bathroom was advanced and modern . The room was spacious .👍

The air conditioning and refrigerator were not working . They should have checked them before guests coming in . This system was a bit silly . They had got a lot of money and guests’ passports ; they still asked people for registration and made things difficult and less efficient . What is more , the system does not always work well . So , you need do such a silly thing over and over again .😔

Very spacious in our room. Bed was large (only negative was it was two single mattresses pushed together). Large fridge. Plenty of space for clothes. Great shower. Great location. Amazing facilities for extra bedding, towels, yoga mats and clothes washing and drying. Will be using Numa again on other trips

As mentioned bed issues. Breakfast seemed not worth it. For price vs facilities provided could not have been more pleased. Random Gym in middle of building was a slight negative as lots of people coming and going. Again very tiny things as not much we did not like.

This is a digital-only accommodation (no interaction with humans), right at Europa Centre, in the centre (Ku'damm) of Berlin. Going out of our accommodation we stepped directly into a lovely Christmas market. Quite idyllic. The room itself was surprisingly spacious (considering the central location), very clean and with modern furniture.

Being digital-only, the place lacks the human interaction, which can be a plus but it could also be a minus. I guess one should consider it more of an apartment than a hotel. The entrance of the building was a bit of a shock. It had some torn flooring and walls that made the place look unwelcoming. Maybe there were works going on, but I could not see any signs indicating this.

Very good location just in the middle of Kudamm neighbourhood, overall nice minimalistic design.

We had dirty pillows, it looked like somebody stepped on it with a dirty shoe, when we tried to contact property it was not possible and we were advised to search for a solution online - in the end there was a laundry where we could take clean pillow cases on our own. Per description room had a balcony which technically is true, but it was so small and depressing - in the corner, maybe 1,5m2, facing birds shit and pipes 😂 Room was very spacious but it was missing some countertop or anything where you can prepare and store food. There was basically no kitchen equipment only 2 plates and 2 mugs, and set of cutlery therefore it was a bit difficult to prepare breakfast in the morning. I think it was a bit too expensive for what is was.
