Great hotel great facilities, the best breakfast buffet I have had in a very long time. Definitely worth the money.

Had to pay to use the pool and sauna, which is always part of the stay at 5 star hotels. The portions with the night menu for room service were disappointing. Food was delicious though.

The hotel is very nice. I really appreciated the Marlène Bar and restaurant (fabulous Schnitzel). The location is great: you are in the Park in 5 minutes and very near the big shopping street. Really convenient and very quiet. I want to Thank Mr Hernandez at the reception because he was incredibly professional. I wasn’t Happy with my suite at all because it was completely different from the pictures on Booking.com. Mr Hernandez took my problem very seriously and gave me the room on the picture, which was a fabulous appartement. Je even came with me to see the flat first. That’s what I call a 5 star service! Thanks to him, I had an unforgettable stay in this great hôtel and I will definitely come back next Time I am in Berlin. Thank you again Mr Hernandez!

Some members of the staff are quite cold. When I explained my picture problem for the 1st Time, the young lady at the reception told me that They were not responsible for the pictures on Booking. I found this answer really unprofessional! Like if it was not her problem. That’s not the kind of answer and reaction I expect from a 5 star hotel!

Excellent size room, located on same floor as the Club lounge. Club lounge gives you access to breakfast each day, (which unfortunately booking.com make you think you have to pay extra for in the booking process, you do not need to) drinks though out the day, afternoon tea, evening snacks and alcoholic drinks. also gives access to the Spa. It is a very relaxed area. We walked to Charlottenburg Palace and the otherway to see Brandenburg Gate and other famous landmarks. The Marlene bar/ restaurant is relaxed and food great, vegetarian options too.

The breakfast was awesome, the omelett was delicious in it self. Lost of everything. Would say it was the best of all of our hotel stays. Close to the zoo, that it amazing. Here is a diamond to see. Bags was delivered up to the room. Kind and helpful staff. Its located in the center so walking distans to grek resturang, shopping.

To note before staying is that parking can be done in the garage for 32 euro/day. Not cheap. But at the same time street price is the same. For dogs it cost 30 euro a day, also not cheap. But this could be a nice heads up. According to bookings pm it was free, but that fault i think is booking.com

Great location, clean rooms, great breakfest. Very welcoming staff, kind and helpful. Great michelin star restoran an top of the hotel, we had a great experience there - food, wine paring and service all excellent!

Big swimming pool, Excellent breakfast, the location was good, the room was sufficiently big, there was a great water pressure in the shower.

Expensive parking, pool cost extra money, gym room has no windows and not cool enough. They didn’t provide us a pillow for the toddler and when we asked at the reception, they told us there are no availability for extra pillows or blankets. There was a weird noise coming out of the ceiling of the room and when the doors of the other rooms shut, you hear it VERY well….

A lot of food to offer at Breakfast but the Dining Room was very big as needed to cope with large numbers of guests and I think the quality of the food on offer suffered as a result. Byredo toiletries were a lovely touch and the en-suite bathrooms were very well designed and impressive.

Charge levied for using pool and spa which was disappointing and unnecessary and it wasn't busy! TV channels on offer in the Room were limited and no streaming services on offer e,g, Netfix to avail of. Very limited number of USB charging points in room.

The staff were very friendly. We were able to check in a few hours early and got a free late checkout as well. We were able to store our luggage after checkout for a few hours free of charge. There was a variety of breakfast options which were all delicious. The spa was nice and quiet with a sauna, steam rooms, relaxation room, an indoor swimming pool, and hot tub. The hotel room was a decent size for the price with a nice bathroom. It was completely quiet and the shower pressure was good. TV also allowed for casting from a device with great, unlimited wifi.

The bed wasn’t the most comfortable and the pillows were quite thin.
