Great hotel great facilities, the best breakfast buffet I have had in a very long time. Definitely worth the money.

Had to pay to use the pool and sauna, which is always part of the stay at 5 star hotels. The portions with the night menu for room service were disappointing. Food was delicious though.

The family room was very large and comfortable. The bathroom was impressively spacious. Excellent value for money for a family of four. The pool is excellent and children enter free of charge when accompanied by an adult. The adult only needs to pay 10 Eur and only if using the pool, otherwise one can just accompany the kids without paying. The bar is great with an excellent offer of drinks and open until late.

Parking is quite expensive, practically all surrounding parking lots were cheaper. Location is okay - close to the park but rather isolated from the main sights (if you don't count the zoo and west Berlin's shopping area). Metro is not closeby. Best to have a car (taxi) if lodging in this hotel. Really poor EV charging options - only two 11kw chargers in the street which are occupied more often than not. Not many restaurants around (only two) and only one breakfast place. The rest is a good 10-15 min walk. Tv selection offers German-speaking channels only.

The room I stayed in was spotless, very spacious, well-ventilated, and offered a beautiful skyline view. I especially liked the modern design with plenty of storage, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is also conveniently located in a nice area, with many restaurants and shops within a 10-minute walk. There’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel, and the underground is only about a 5–10 minute walk away. Breakfast was superb, with a generous selection and top-quality food—exactly what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. The pool was execellant although a little small and there’s an old excellent spa area with sauna and steam rooms and foot spa- however like the swimming pool you have to pay €10 extra per person per facility but kids to used use everything for free when accompanied by adults - but it’s all free the first day.

While the staff were generally very nice, some of the bar staff came across as rude and impatient when we tried to order drinks. We had to wait a long time before being served, and when we finally placed our order, the barman was noticeably impatient. Another downside was that my parents received a smaller room, even though we paid the same price and booked the same type, which was a little disappointing.

Awesome kid friendly hotel. I travelled with my family, which consists of a 2 and a 6 year old. They enjoyed everything about the hotel from the indoor swimming area to the tailored breakfast area for kids. I was highly impressed.

For some reason, the TV casting device didn't work so well in our hotel room. We were able to cast YouTube onto the TV in our hotel room, but it would, for some reason, lose connection frequently. We tried troubleshooting the problem by using multiple devices and trying different streaming apps, but nothing seemed to work. Then again, this wasn't a big deal. I just thought I'd point it out as feedback for improvement :)

We stayed at the InterContinental Berlin by IHG for 3 days in July with our two daughters (ages 9 and 6), and it was an excellent family-friendly experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Our kids especially loved the indoor swimming pool and the kids’ play area—great amenities that made the stay even more enjoyable for them. Breakfast at the InterContinental was a daily highlight. The buffet offered a wide variety of high-quality options, from fresh fruit and pastries to hot dishes and made-to-order selections—something for everyone in the family. The hotel’s location near Tiergarten and the Berlin Zoo was also perfect for exploring the city. Overall, we were very impressed by the service, comfort, and attention to family needs. We will definitely be choosing the InterContinental brand for our future travels!

The hotel is very nice. I really appreciated the Marlène Bar and restaurant (fabulous Schnitzel). The location is great: you are in the Park in 5 minutes and very near the big shopping street. Really convenient and very quiet. I want to Thank Mr Hernandez at the reception because he was incredibly professional. I wasn’t Happy with my suite at all because it was completely different from the pictures on Booking.com. Mr Hernandez took my problem very seriously and gave me the room on the picture, which was a fabulous appartement. Je even came with me to see the flat first. That’s what I call a 5 star service! Thanks to him, I had an unforgettable stay in this great hôtel and I will definitely come back next Time I am in Berlin. Thank you again Mr Hernandez!

Some members of the staff are quite cold. When I explained my picture problem for the 1st Time, the young lady at the reception told me that They were not responsible for the pictures on Booking. I found this answer really unprofessional! Like if it was not her problem. That’s not the kind of answer and reaction I expect from a 5 star hotel!

Excellent size room, located on same floor as the Club lounge. Club lounge gives you access to breakfast each day, (which unfortunately booking.com make you think you have to pay extra for in the booking process, you do not need to) drinks though out the day, afternoon tea, evening snacks and alcoholic drinks. also gives access to the Spa. It is a very relaxed area. We walked to Charlottenburg Palace and the otherway to see Brandenburg Gate and other famous landmarks. The Marlene bar/ restaurant is relaxed and food great, vegetarian options too.

The breakfast was awesome, the omelett was delicious in it self. Lost of everything. Would say it was the best of all of our hotel stays. Close to the zoo, that it amazing. Here is a diamond to see. Bags was delivered up to the room. Kind and helpful staff. Its located in the center so walking distans to grek resturang, shopping.

To note before staying is that parking can be done in the garage for 32 euro/day. Not cheap. But at the same time street price is the same. For dogs it cost 30 euro a day, also not cheap. But this could be a nice heads up. According to bookings pm it was free, but that fault i think is booking.com
