The location, the staff were great. Rooms are big, and comfortable. Breakfast was good, I wish they could add more gluten and lactose free options though

Complementary tea/coffee in the rooms would have been appreciated. The noise isolation between rooms is not great, I was able to hear my neighbour snore at night

Our staying in this Titanic hotel was amazing! The staff is professional, and nice, they are always keen to help and show tremendous devotion to their work. The facility was clean, and calm ! The breakfast room was amazing, so clean and neat, and the food was just perfect and delicious. I loved every second of our staying ! Thank you.

Slept badly because the air conditioning did not work. As the windows then had to be opened, we suffered from traffic noise

Nice hotel, friendly staff, nice and big beds (and not to twin beds put together). Nice shower.

They stopped my friend for visiting, so I had to get him downstairs. And should be more than one lift working on this hotels with 6 floors and many rooms.

Good location near Wittenberg Platz and Nollendorf Platz metrostations. Friendly service and clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. We had a room towards the streed so a bit noicy, but the windows were well sealed, so with ear plugs good night sleep. Otherwise the hotel was very peaceful and well kept and room was spacious enough.

Room was hot; air conditioning did not work, maybe due to the fact that it was very warm for the first time in this spring. We could open the windows though before going to bed, which made it bearable. But if staying here during the summer time, check first, that the air conditioning works.

I stayed in this hotel previously, before it was rebranded as Titanic. The location is great for nearby shopping, restaurants, and bars. It's also perfectly positioned for transport links to get around Berlin. I had an early flight and arrived at the hotel around 11am which was 3hrs before the advertised check-in time. I spoke to the front desk just hoping to leave my bags at the hotel until I could properly check-in however the hotel allowed both friends and I to check-in early which was way above our expectations. I would definitely return to this hotel again.

I really didn't have any complaints but being British I would have loved tea/coffee facilities in the room. Not an issue though as plenty great coffee shops nearby.

All was fine - location, bed, desk, mini fridge, etc. Room temperature was ideal for both - cold and warm days. It’s easy to adjust the air system following the instruction in the room. I was worry as I read some reviews about low heating in the room. But all was fine. It was helpful to get kettle in the room.

There is no sign “Make up room/Don’t disturb”. So room cleaning unfortunately always came when I was inside and never - when I was out.

We had an extremely comfortable stay. Very spacious rooms, great facilities, excellent breakfast options. Located in the heart of the city, the closest metro station is only 5 mins walking distance. And you are only 5 min walking from the main shopping street in Berlin, Kurfürstendamm. Staff were extremely helpful, especially Damian, the restaurant’s manager, and very thoughtful as my husband had an emergency surgery during our stay. Definitely our No1 option for every time we will be in Berlin!

Decor of communal areas. Rooms were stylish and modern. Windows that open for fresh air is a nice alternative to cool air conditioning. Ease of entry to room with card. Generous storage for clothes and luggage. Large mirrors. Good firm mattress. Plenty of sockets/USB ports. Shower and toilet in separate compartments was a clever idea.

Pillows were quite uncomfortable. WiFi was quite poor. Air conditioning system wasn't particularly user friendly. Rooms could benefit from a coffee/tea station.

+ Location was Central to go by foot. + Very good beds, slept well. + Reception was very service-oriented and all problems were solved. + Lidl was near (maybe 50 to 100 meter) + It was business area and we wanted to see Christmas Markets and for that hotel suited well.

- Breakfast was ok and filling, but coffee was very big disappointment. For Finn or at least for me the coffee is most important drink at morning. Coffee was automatic as everywhere but portions were very small. Maybe it is cultural difference. I drink lot of coffee.
