The location, the staff were great. Rooms are big, and comfortable. Breakfast was good, I wish they could add more gluten and lactose free options though

Complementary tea/coffee in the rooms would have been appreciated. The noise isolation between rooms is not great, I was able to hear my neighbour snore at night

A clean and modern hotel, perfectly located near the train station and well-connected to the bus network. The area offers plenty of restaurants and shops, yet remains quiet and peaceful at night. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room was well-equipped with everything needed for a short stay. Highly recommended for convenience and comfort.

The room lacked coffee and tea making facilities, which are typically expected in a hotel of this category. It’s disappointing to see that this issue has been raised by other guests previously, yet no action has been taken to address it.

Excelllent location, near city centre Underground parking.

Slept badly because the air conditioning did not work. As the windows then had to be opened, we suffered from traffic noise

Our staying in this Titanic hotel was amazing! The staff is professional, and nice, they are always keen to help and show tremendous devotion to their work. The facility was clean, and calm ! The breakfast room was amazing, so clean and neat, and the food was just perfect and delicious. I loved every second of our staying ! Thank you.

Good location near Wittenberg Platz and Nollendorf Platz metrostations. Friendly service and clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. We had a room towards the streed so a bit noicy, but the windows were well sealed, so with ear plugs good night sleep. Otherwise the hotel was very peaceful and well kept and room was spacious enough.

Room was hot; air conditioning did not work, maybe due to the fact that it was very warm for the first time in this spring. We could open the windows though before going to bed, which made it bearable. But if staying here during the summer time, check first, that the air conditioning works.

The property is centrally situated near useful transport links. The staff were really excellent and helpful. My bed was very comfortable with high quality clean linen. A good shower and everything one could need in the room or available.

There is nothing I did not like but there was a fault with the air conditioning in my room during a heat wave which was no fun, especially since my window opened to a very busy and noisy street. In the evening it would be lovely to have access to some of the lovely seating areas available during breakfast, including outside.

I stayed in this hotel previously, before it was rebranded as Titanic. The location is great for nearby shopping, restaurants, and bars. It's also perfectly positioned for transport links to get around Berlin. I had an early flight and arrived at the hotel around 11am which was 3hrs before the advertised check-in time. I spoke to the front desk just hoping to leave my bags at the hotel until I could properly check-in however the hotel allowed both friends and I to check-in early which was way above our expectations. I would definitely return to this hotel again.

I really didn't have any complaints but being British I would have loved tea/coffee facilities in the room. Not an issue though as plenty great coffee shops nearby.

All was fine - location, bed, desk, mini fridge, etc. Room temperature was ideal for both - cold and warm days. It’s easy to adjust the air system following the instruction in the room. I was worry as I read some reviews about low heating in the room. But all was fine. It was helpful to get kettle in the room.

There is no sign “Make up room/Don’t disturb”. So room cleaning unfortunately always came when I was inside and never - when I was out.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, nice and big beds (and not to twin beds put together). Nice shower.

They stopped my friend for visiting, so I had to get him downstairs. And should be more than one lift working on this hotels with 6 floors and many rooms.

Decor of communal areas. Rooms were stylish and modern. Windows that open for fresh air is a nice alternative to cool air conditioning. Ease of entry to room with card. Generous storage for clothes and luggage. Large mirrors. Good firm mattress. Plenty of sockets/USB ports. Shower and toilet in separate compartments was a clever idea.

Pillows were quite uncomfortable. WiFi was quite poor. Air conditioning system wasn't particularly user friendly. Rooms could benefit from a coffee/tea station.
