I loved the attention to detail with the styling of the room (Japanese inspired details, e.g. blinds). I stayed in the luxury double room and it was quite spacious and appealing. The bed was very comfortable. There are good bus and U-Bahn connections. The hotel is in a quiet street, which was important for me.

The shower curtain did not prevent the water from making small puddles on the bathroom floor and there was no mat for my feet when I got out of the shower. This is a a little annoying but would not stop me from staying there again as I really liked the room. I didn't complain about the missing mat, and it may have been rectified if I had said something.

I stayed one night because my usual hotel Riu was fully booked and I’m glad I did! Check-in was fast with a tablet, and Mohammad and his colleague were very friendly they gave me free upgrade to bigger room. The best part was the check-out after many years of traveling, this was one of the best with smiling receptionists . They even brought the invoice to my car! Merci beaucoup to Baha and his team keep providing this great service!

All in all we had a wonderful time. The room was small but it met all our requirements. There was no shampoo or any cleaning products but luckily a good supermarket on the corner. No room cleaning in the three days we were there but I was given fresh sheets when I requested them. The breakfast was ok. When we went down the egg tray was empty and was not re-filled but we simply stayed without. We were very happy with the check-in and the reception was very polite. We could leave our luggage there for a few hours which was nice and we could enter the hotel in the small morning hours after coming back from a night out without any issues. I will happily stay there again.

There was confusion over which Quentin Hotel I was staying at. Went to a different location, at first the staff there was helpful in getting us back to the Hotel we were to stay at. A possible solution is to emphasize which one of the Quentin hotels was booked.
