Good hotel, with nice and big rooms, with all needed facilities, balconies included. Nice and helpful frontdesk personnel. Very good breakfast. Unfortunately, we didn't test the Sri Lankan restaurant downstairs apart from having breakfast there, as we fell for the Block House chain of restaurants.

The hotel isn't quite close to the main means of urban transportation, as marketed. But we managed to find our way through the big city, with a little help from Google Maps and a couple of 5-day Berlin Welcome Cards (by the way, they aren't worth the investment, as they don't ensure any discount for the main museums in Berlin - it's only deceaving marketing; but we used them extensively for travelling around, at least, without caring about buying and validating single tickets every time).

Room?! - was 10X on first floor which beside the road and was clean for each day during my stay; Location?! - not quite sure as there is plenty hotels to choose around the area and also depends on what you are looking for or doing so; Breakfast?! - a small selection to choose, but it was great, fresh and tasty etc. Staff?! - very cool, fine and helpful... depends who is on duties etc.

Not a modern house anymore, with years for operations; Room Location - beside the road, can be noisy; smell of the Curry in the room/corridors/stairs and reception etc., as there are restaurants under the window, main entrance of the reception etc., even i do love curry...!!!

Good hotel for this budget. Room is comfortable and quite big. Furnishings is stylish and new. Room was cleaned every day. Bathroom had everything necessary. Good area , with grocery store and a lot of transport options to get into city center.

No cattle, hence no opportunity to drink tea or coffee whatsoever. Temperature inside refrigerator was very warm, it was useless. Floors were not clean, after staying in the room, dirt and small crumbs remain on feet/socks.

The room was super confortable for a short or even a long staying. The room itself and the bathroom was clean and it had a lot of space. Water glasses and a fridge were in the room, which was super appreciated. Also, they can provided you pillows, baby crib, etc. The hotel is in communication with a Restorant (Indo/Mexican food) and, eventually, you can order the food to your room.

Just a detail, but theres not a "bar" or coffee/tea station in the hotel itself. If you feel you want to drink something warm, there was not available.

Room was great and comfortable, staff were very helpful, and a clean room and made bed every day was nice. Late checkout was accommodated easily and bag storage was also offered onsite before and after checkout as required.

We were there during a heatwave, so the lack of air conditioning during our stay was a little uncomfortable. They did supply a fan, but air conditioning would have been a welcome addition

The bed was comfy and the room was spacious. Breakfast was nice, and the staff was nice as well.

The bath leaked a little bit (but it was ok) and the location wasn't the best fit for us - its more suitable for people who are looking for shopping. Transportation was ok.. 5 minutes walk from a bus station and 10 minutes from the metro.

Location was very convenient for me with the u Bahn station being a short walk away and lots of restaurants close-by. Neighbourhood seemed to be okay too. The room was nice, decent size and cozy bed, spacious bathroom. There is also free WiFi for visitors. Breakfast was also good, not too big, but still plenty of options to choose from and everything tasted good and was fresh that I tried. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

The room was overall clean, but I did find a few hairs on the floor that weren't mine, not a big deal, it happens. Also it was a bit dark in the room, the lights are very dim and the socket didn't seem to work unless the lights we're on.

Great location in a quiet residential area ten minutes walk from the main shopping area and public transport. Lots of dining options available close by offering a variety of cuisines. A fabulous Italian just across the road was our favourite. Very helpful and friendly staff, very spacious room and a good buffet breakfast made for a very comfortable 5 night stay ( I know it says 1 night, but things change).Would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were very modern and very clean. A part of my job is to assess cleaners at work and I was very impressed with the cleanliness of my room. The cleaning staff are doing a great job.

The location isn’t the best. You have to take a bus and 2 trains just to get into Berlin. We spent a lot of money on Uber’s which are very reliable btw. A vending machine at the hotel would have been a bonus too.

Almost everything was very good. One of not many places with free parking under shop nearly, friendly staff, good location (near tunnel to Žikov district uphill and metro station few meters from hotel), walkable (or only few minutes by metro) distance to the oldtown and sightseeing places. Small but fast elevator. Bathtube in the room etc... Breakfast was also good to start the day wuth more energy.

I guess I was not lucky, but my room was almost first near the staircase and elevator and in the morning it was too loud for me to sleep (elevator sounds, people talking). Doors was not so good with soundproof and it needs some updates I guess. Also in the morning, before checkout, hotel staff members were fixing the railings in the stairwell, hammering and using an electric screwdriver. I dont know why to do it before checkout while some people are resting, but after a long journey, I couldn't get the maximum amount of sleep and be properly rested. It was the only one minus in my stay.
