Good location and good value for money. The property is not a modern facility however has got all necessities covered. The grocery store is right downstairs. Property also offers a covered parking space for 20 euros/day. Public transport is around 500 meters away and there is a wide range of restaurants in 100 meters range. The property is built in a peaceful neighbourhood. The staff is also very friendly.

We were traveling with a car so parking spot in the hotel's garage was very convenient. Hotel is pet friendly so we could stay with our dog. Breakfast was nice with variety of different food for every taste.

Additional fee of 20 EUR / day for a dog was not so cheap. Hotel is located in LGBT district with lots of their bars and restaurants - which we didn't mind, but someone might. Our teenage daughter found it very interesting. ;)

The location is superb for people trying to explore the most famous gaybourhood of Berlin. It is also close to the U-bahn which can easily take you to the city centre. The hotel is clean and good value for money.

The hotel still uses traditional keys for the door locks and they only gave us one key despite it's a room for 3. This was very inconvenient as we didn't always come back at the same time. However, the reception allowed us to leave the key with them and they are 24/7 so it wasn't a big problem, just inconvenient compared to a key card system. Also, the curtains in the room can't really block the light 100% so I was waken up by the sunlight every morning.

The hotel was good in terms of quality and price. There were 2 metro stations nearby. One takes you to the Alexanderplatz (city center), the other to Rudow (where you can catch a bus to the airport). You can reach the city center in 30 to 40 minutes and the airport in 1 hour. The room was small, but enough for a single person. There was a big desk, so you can do some work. Place was clean. You can hear some noises from the corridor but it was relatively quiet. There is a Penny store next to the hotel, so you can do some shopping.

Not much to complain about really.

The location is amazing - a nice quiet neighbourhood, but with plenty of bars and restaurants, 10 minutes friom the U-Bahn station and 5 km from some major attractions. The reception is open 24/7 and they are super helpful. There is a possibility of paid early check-in and late check-out, depending on availability. The room is quite small, but really cosy, clean and nice. There is some cute artwork around the hotel.

The photo of the double room shows a balcony, but there aren't any balconies apart from the communal ones on each floor.

The room was clean and beds comfortable. Didn't have breakfast in the hotel. Staff were friendly In the middle of Schoenberg so a great location

The room wasn't air conditioned and got very hot The water. temperature was difficult to control. Sometimes scalding hot

the room was clean, comfortable, well furnished with a wonderful shower and bathroom that made the entire stay luxurious

The only improvement I could even begin to think of would be a fan during hotter times of the year

I liked the location close to all gay bars. It was nice to get upgrade for a room with balcony.

The reception was hard to find and at some times there was not hot water coming in shower.

The staff was rlly nice and the cleaning was amazing! We had a little balcony next to our room and that was really comfy and useful. The 2 bathrooms were also a lifesaver! (and the little fridge)

Sadly the breakfast was really expansive (so we didnt go there)

Lady Victoria on reception was absolutely fantastic! Beautiful, smart and had an amazing rings and tattoos. The room was ok, warm, clean. Everything worth that money. So we are very happy been guests of this tiny hotel 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 thank you very much ❤️🥰
