Good location and good value for money. The property is not a modern facility however has got all necessities covered. The grocery store is right downstairs. Property also offers a covered parking space for 20 euros/day. Public transport is around 500 meters away and there is a wide range of restaurants in 100 meters range. The property is built in a peaceful neighbourhood. The staff is also very friendly.

The location is superb for people trying to explore the most famous gaybourhood of Berlin. It is also close to the U-bahn which can easily take you to the city centre. The hotel is clean and good value for money.

The hotel still uses traditional keys for the door locks and they only gave us one key despite it's a room for 3. This was very inconvenient as we didn't always come back at the same time. However, the reception allowed us to leave the key with them and they are 24/7 so it wasn't a big problem, just inconvenient compared to a key card system. Also, the curtains in the room can't really block the light 100% so I was waken up by the sunlight every morning.

The hotel was good in terms of quality and price. There were 2 metro stations nearby. One takes you to the Alexanderplatz (city center), the other to Rudow (where you can catch a bus to the airport). You can reach the city center in 30 to 40 minutes and the airport in 1 hour. The room was small, but enough for a single person. There was a big desk, so you can do some work. Place was clean. You can hear some noises from the corridor but it was relatively quiet. There is a Penny store next to the hotel, so you can do some shopping.

Not much to complain about really.

The location is amazing - a nice quiet neighbourhood, but with plenty of bars and restaurants, 10 minutes friom the U-Bahn station and 5 km from some major attractions. The reception is open 24/7 and they are super helpful. There is a possibility of paid early check-in and late check-out, depending on availability. The room is quite small, but really cosy, clean and nice. There is some cute artwork around the hotel.

The photo of the double room shows a balcony, but there aren't any balconies apart from the communal ones on each floor.

The room was clean and beds comfortable. Didn't have breakfast in the hotel. Staff were friendly In the middle of Schoenberg so a great location

The room wasn't air conditioned and got very hot The water. temperature was difficult to control. Sometimes scalding hot

- The staff was nice and helpful and spoke very good English - Super quick check-in and check-out - Clean room with a great view - There were funky decorations both in our room and in the communal areas which made us smile every time we passed by - We loved the location! It is quiet yet close to many cafés, bars, shops etc. (also there is a grocery store literally 10 meters from the hotel) Note: The first time you arrive at the hotel, you need to ring a bell next to the hotel door and the receptionist will buzz you in immediately. We got a bit confused about that.

- The wi-fi signal got significantly worse towards the end of our stay (I suppose it was because there were more quests)

I liked the location close to all gay bars. It was nice to get upgrade for a room with balcony.

The reception was hard to find and at some times there was not hot water coming in shower.

The staff was rlly nice and the cleaning was amazing! We had a little balcony next to our room and that was really comfy and useful. The 2 bathrooms were also a lifesaver! (and the little fridge)

Sadly the breakfast was really expansive (so we didnt go there)

Very nice room with a double bed. My room did even exceed my expectations as I also had a large balcony. Overall the hotel is very clean and the staff was friendly. The location is good for exploring Berlin as public transportation (in my case the U-Bahn) was easy to reach. Considering the value for money I can recommend the hotel.

Unfortunately the evaluator was not working during my stay, so I had to walk four floors upstairs. Moreover, the rooms are not fully sound proof - whilst the staff was cleaning another room, it was a bit noisy in mine.

The rooms were very clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is good too every easy access to most places and within walking distance to most sites. Local cafes and shops means you can get everything you need. Very very good stay
