Well equipped spacious studio as such, however the sleeping area is an alcove, so on one side there was only 15 cm space to get into the bed! Spacious bathroom. Extremely well noise insulated: you cannot hear street noises. 10 min walk from Potsdamer Platz. U-Bahn is next door. Bio 365 grocery shop next door. Lidl 10 min away.

The window blinds function randomly, meaning they would open by themselves at any time. Sun hits the windows most of the day. Not any kind of instructions provided. It would definitively require some. Same for the thermostats. Not self evident to manage. The staff is only present from 10 am to 6 pm. Missing a bread toaster, overwise well equipped kitchen. No recycling bins at all anywhere in the premises - at least accessible to the customers - which is surprising for Germany.

Larger than expected room and balcony, including full kitchen and dining table. Some coffee/tea was also included. High speed internet was great, especially for working. Everything in the building was very clean. Overall it was amazing

Noise in the night / sound insulation: People in the next door cafe were loud, plus sounds from neighbor rooms were easily heard. Wasn't a big issue for me but for more sensitive sleepers might suggest a different location. Secondly, not really an issue but lack of 24/7 reception. Getting in after 6pm by ringing the doorbell where a remote doorman lets you in was a bit odd.

If you need to stay close to Postdamer Platz, this hotel is located perfectly. Clean, quiet and safe neighbourhood. The staff is truly the nicest and always ready to help. My room was spacious and comfortable but I think I got the bigger room than I booked and I really appreciate that. The wifi worked great. This room was like a tiny apartament with all I need concerning the bathroom, kitchen corner, big closet, bedroom and daily space. I stayed there during the very cold winter period so the warm temperature inside was fine for me. Thank you!

Our studio room was located on the corner of the block so the bedroom was separate to the kitchen and dining area. We overlooked the park at the back - not much noise, even with the road nearby and the S-Bahn station next to us. Great place, 5 minutes from Potsdamer Platz and Lidl was less than 10 minutes walk away. Dinky dishwasher but fine for 2 people. Coffee maker was well received by my husband. We will definitely stay again.

We'd travelled from the UK so didn't have dishwasher tablets with us - replacement was left on the first day but not on the next two. Could have done with a larger tea cloth too. Only minor issues - the studio was great for us.

Perfect for 2 people on a short break visiting Berlin. The room and balcony were very clean. The bed was comfortable with good storage options. Loved the bathroom, finished to a high standard with a nice rainfall shower - just what you need after walking round Berlin in the heat! Small kitchenette type of arrangement with double hob, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and a washing machine. They provide you with coffee pods, tea etc as well as dishwasher tablets and washing machine capsules, we made use of all of it. Daily cleaning as well which was a nice touch. Lovely balcony to relax, read or work, don't expect city views but nice to have! There was a shop/cafe downstairs with all your essentials, a little on the expensive side but convenient. All staff were very friendly and they held our luggage on the last day which was very useful!

The lift was out of order for the whole duration of our stay which was disappointing and we only received an email about it the day we arrived! Perhaps just bad timing? We were on the 4th floor so gets a little tedious when you come back and forth, good job we're young and fit! The outdoor furniture on the balcony could be a little better, two tiny chairs and a small table, ended up using the chair from inside anyway. The photos can be a little deceiving so when we arrived the apartment was a bit smaller than we expected but didn't put us off.

We booked a studio but were given a room upgrade, which was a lovely start to our trip. Staff were polite, professional and attentive. The property was very clean and modern. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean with excellent water pressure, plenty of hot water and heated floors. Coffee and tea were replenished daily, and though the weather was on the chilly side we had good morning sun and were able to enjoy coffee on the balcony. Big windows for good light and sun, with blackout curtains for a good night sleep. Some noise as people passed to their rooms, but a very quiet stay overall. There was a transport strike in Berlin for two days of our stay. But with a bit of planning, we were able to walk to plenty of sights, restaurants and attractions. The U bahn is right outside the property. The S bahn is nearby. The shop downstairs was perfect for all our basic needs and had good hours. When we return to Berlin, we’ll definitely stay here again. It was so nice to come home to a clean and comfortable apartment after long days out. We really enjoyed our stay here.

There is nothing we didn’t like.

Daily cleaning of apartments, washing laundry pod and dishwasher pod provided daily, towels changed daily and beds and pillows/ duvet some of comfiest ever slept on when travelling. I was in Europe for surgery so this was key. Balcony and view fantastic, heated floor in bathroom and control of radiator perfect to dry washed clothes. Kitchen applications high standard and fantastic use of space. Coffee pods brand and machine are amazing too! Shop in apartments is fantastic. 7am-10pm opening hours daily, food is high quality and healthy. Excellent.

For 5 nights stay would have expected the bed sheets to have been changed at night 3.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Clean, great location right next to the U, lovely friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast was super, great choices, and beautifully presented. The breakfast area is next to/within a gorgeous organic shop where you can buy almost anything. All the staff were lovely. The room (double studio) had everything we could need. Endless coffee pods for the machine, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The bed was super comfortable, and the shower was excellent. I would highly recommend these apartments, and would definitely stay again.

The hotel is in a great location to explore the many touristy sites. The room was spacious with a nice kitchenette, dishwasher as well as washer. Very clean. Helpful staff. Metro just next door.

No AC but I knew it when reserving. Also, the hotel says it has parking. This is the reason I picked the place but I think it's a bit misleading. It does not have its own parking space but they recommend parking places nearby. Initially, I was not happy about it but in the end, it worked out great for us bc we were able to find free parking just one street over.

I had a wonderful stay at High Park Berlin at Potsdamer Platz. The apartment was huge, perfect for families with kids. The receptionist was warm and welcoming, making check-in a pleasant experience. The location was convenient, with the U-Bahn station just below the block, making it easy to get around the city. There was a mini mart downstairs for breakfast, offering convenient options. Many major attractions, such as the Reichstag, Brandenburg Gate, and Potsdamer Platz, were all within walking distance.

During my stay, there was a public transport strike, so the U-Bahn was not in service (not the hotel’s fault). Thankfully, Potsdamer Platz S-Bahn was just a 7-10 minute walk away, so getting around was still easy. There was a washing machine with a dryer function, which was useful, but the dryer took forever to dry clothes
