Hotel is spectacular and in a relatively quieter part of the city. We were there for the half marathon. Hotel was well prepared for the event with early breakfast option and pasta serving in the downstairs bar. We were expecting a much older hotel, but from the rooms to the lobby it was nicely decorated and quite new.

If you are booking the hotel for the half marathon or the marathon, you gotta be ready for some running/walking. Due to the structure of the event area, you have to walk/run around 2 km till you reach the entrance gate. We used this distance for warming-up…

I thought the location was amazing because one doesn't need to go into the city-centre for bars, restaurants and take-aways, but the hotel isn't far from the city at all by bus, which happens to have a bus stop situated conveniently a hair's breadth away. The staff were friendly and accommodating, with the bar staff making a perfect negroni! The city view exceeded my expectations and was enjoyable alone.

The lamp next to the chair in my room didn't work, but it wasn't essential to my enjoyment. There's not really anything I disliked. I would possibly make it clear when booking that a deposit needs to be authorised upon check-in, but I had the money 'back' the day I checked out, so nothing to grouse about.

Very good breakfast at the hotel, lots of variety and decent quality food. Room is a decent size, plenty of storage space. Very large and comfortable beds. Staff very friendly. Bar is a little over priced - but there was also a vending machine in with Beer & Wine which was a lot more reasonable. Not too far to walk to the Tier Garten, Potsdamer Platz & Brandenburg Gate. Always taxi's outside the hotel as well

Not that well connected for public transport, but lots of places are walkable and taxi's are reasonably priced

Very good hotel, the staff are very nice and friendly, excellent location, close to many historic places in Berlin, such as Check Point Charlie, the Brandenburg Gate, which is the postcard of the city of Berlin, and other monuments. There a variety of public transportation near by.

Everything was perfect.

Location good for commuting and connections.. Due to issues at check-in, we were upgraded and had the pleasure of a larger room.. Good facilities.. Comfortable king bed.

Coffee machine only, no option for tea unless purchased.

Spacious room and bathroom for the price. Good breakfast and really helpful staff.

It was a bit further away from the main attractions and eating areas so factor in u we or taxi or public transport costs.

It was quite conveniently located close to the main stations, bus and in a good part of town not too far from the main train station as well

Hard to fault it, plus majority of the time was spent outside, maybe the luxury element was lacking or missing.

We loved the spacious and bright room, the comfortable bed and the excellent and clean shower. The staff was welcoming and gave us excellent service.

The lobby and bar were in the entrance area and it was not pleasant to spend time there. Everything is very dark. There is no spa and the location is in an area a bit far from cafes and restaurants

Clean room and breakfast was great

I was told on the Booking.com website that there was a spa/ swimming pool. It was therefore unfortunate to find that this was closed/ not available for my stay.

the hotel as always has great first class staff, they are kind are very open for help and making you feel like a special guest. Has good parking options and good location. The rooms are comfortable, the lobby bar is cool

I did leave a good score because I belive the hotel is still great but: 1- no water in the room 2- outside in the front there used to be heeters now there are none 3- the room is a bit outdated but still good - minus is the micro small TV in a sheraton... I visit this hotel since 8-9 years and first time I have noticed some minor set backs
