Had all we needed for the purpose of our trip. The Kitchenette rooms were a great asset although if you are a tea drinker bring your own travel kettle as the kitchenette only has a coffee maker. The hotel is in a great location with many local visitor spots within reach. Right beside train station which made it a convenient base to travel around from. The staff were very friendly and helpful, very security conscious too which I found reassuring. Breakfast had all the basic staples needed. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Despite 2 phone calls confirming the beds pulled apart, found beds were bolted together which staff weren't aware of. No issue if you are travelling as a couple but could be an issue for large groups travelling and having to share. There is a 15e charge to use the sauna which I found excessive given the room consists of 2 showers, a sauna and some loungers.

We loved the vibe of this hotel : the colors, the organisation of the reception, breakfast room and bedrooms. Everything looks new. We got to “suites” with kitchen. 3rd and last floor. With an Amazon view on the city center and the river. It is closed to the train station as well as closed to the city centers and 20 mn walk to the Sansouci Park. The staff is quiet, welcoming and helpful. We even extended our stay. The rooms are large, the kitchen is very well equipped. The bathroom is also large with plushy towels. The beds are very confortable. There is a coffee machine in the room and the Reception gave us extra coffee cpas. The hotel is very clean. There was no space in the underground parking on Saturday but we were lucky to find a place in the street : it is free from Saturday 6pm to Monday 8pm. However the hotel proposed us outside spaces. On Sunday evening we got spaces underground at 15€ for the night. There are many restaurants in the area. The breakfast at the hotel is very good, fresh, continental, sugar and salty. the staff makes sure there are all the products on display. It is a bit more crowds after 8:30 but there is a very large space with many tables. We will come back either renting a suite or a classical room.

The staffs were very kind and friendly. Also the room was very clean and tidy. The hotel located near the Potsdam Hbf - walk distance. Highly recommended!

The hotel does not have their own parking space - it cost 15€ over night and connects to the hotel via lift.

The location is good, close to the main train station but about 10 mins walk to the city centre and main shopping and dinning street. My room and bathroom were big and clean, the shower was modern. The bed was comfy and the wi-fi was good. Breakfast was good but definitely not in the standard of a four star hotel. Outside the rooms in the hall, the hotel walls and the carpet are dark, which is not very welcoming.

Great location and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Staff are security conscious and were very pleasant to engage with. Kitchenette rooms were a major plus. With supermarket across the road could stock up for breakfast and snacks.

The charge if 15e for use of the sauna is excessive given its only a sauna and two showers! The Kitchenette would benefit from having a kettle instead of a coffee machine.

The location close to Potsdam train station is excellent. Hotel is quite new, very fresh and modern minimalistic style, I liked it very much. And it was cheap, at least in what I assume is the low season. Of course, if your main target is Berlin, and you plan on experiencing nightlife in Berlin, Potsdam is not necesarily good, it's 40 minutes or more away, but if you are for instance visiting the excellent Museum Barberini in Potsdam, as I was, staying in Potsdam is OK. Or if it just a couple of day trips in to Berlin is enough for you.

Clean, quiet, and definitely how close to the Hbf.

The check-in is too late at 15:00, There is no good water on the prakefast. The location is great, but there is a problem with reaching it via Google maps in a short way. Need to be fixed.

I liked that the room was cozy and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff were also friendly, and I had a lot of paperwork to do, so I asked for it to be printed several times, and they all responded kindly. Breakfast is also excellent.

I felt the hotel wifi was very unstable and slow. However, I don't think this hotel's problem is limited as internet speed and environment are problems for the entire Germany. Some rooms are very far from the elevator and require a long walk to reach them.

We had a heating problem in our initial room, which got fixed incredibly fast. The breakfast selection is excellent. Location is right next to the train station with trains into Berlin if needed and public transport to the entire city. City centre is walkable within 20min. Perfectly sound proof rooms.

A kettle or a small fridge in the room would be nice, but we managed fine without.

This is a modern hotel within 5 minutes walk of Potsdam Hauptbanhof. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and a good shower. Breakfast was excellent for the price with a huge variety of cooked and fresh food available. Only 30 minutes on the S-Bahn into central Berlin (€11.90 for a 24 hour ticket) and trains run all night. Makes an ideal base for visiting the City without the expense / noise of a City center hotel. Would 100% stay here again.
