The location of the hotel is superb! It is right next to a subway station, so downtown is 15 minutes away. Also there are shops, restaurants literally on the other side of the street. Uber is also available and rather cheap in Berlin. The hotel itself is not the newest and as a single room they gave me probably the smallest room. However it was looking over an inner garden and was super quiet. The bed was comfortable, bathroom super small, but everything was well operational. The receptionists were exceptionally kind, while the ladies at the breakfast room were a little bit "military style". The breakfast was good, not a super selection, but completely acceptable for a few days stay.

There was smell on the corridor, so a balcony door was always open on the corridor, which somehow handled the smell but made it cold too. The wifi was a bit difficult so I rather used my own mobile net. I know it was a busy period for Berlin, but still, price-value ratio could be better.

The staff was really helpful and nice. When we entered the room, we could smell freshness and cleanses. Everything necessary was in the room. The food on the breakfast was amazing, with a huge choice and a lot of fresh food. The location is perfect, a few minutes away from U- bahn, bus stop right in front of the entrance and 15 minutes S-bahn. In the area many many restaurants, shops or even pharmacies. The facilities are right at the point of the money value.

One small thing is that in the room, there wasn't enough light from the ceiling.

Friendly and accommodating staff. We arrived early in the morning, but they kept our bags safe and had our room ready well before we expected. Room was really spacious with a balcony and good views. Restaurant attached to the hotel was top-notch. I would highly recommend the döner box! Location was good, especially since the metro station is just across the road. Be aware that it’s about a 30 minute walk to Brandenburg Gate, and about 20 minutes on the metro to Alexanderplatz.

The hotel is in a good location and has friendly staff. The room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities (hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, towels). Breakfast was great, offering plenty of options, including lactose-free milk and butter. Luggage storage is also available free of charge.

The doors are quite thin, so if someone is talking in the corridors at night, it can be a bit annoying. The restaurant area is somewhat small, so you might have to wait a little to be seated, but it’s not a major inconvenience.

Staff was always polite and welcoming, breakfast was great, we had a room overlooking a lush garden which was amazing, we felt like we were in the middle of a forest. Location was great, well connected to the city center.

We had no safe in the room. There was no central, ceiling lighting, and the lamps couldn't be rotated to aim at the ceiling to provide a more diffuse lighting of the room. One of the beds (single bed) could've been comfier.

Perfect location, nearby bus and train station, metro. Staff was good, breakfest too. You can also use the kettle by paying a deposit. The luggage room is available too. The hotel is fully consistent with the money paid

The room was cool, the first night the radiator worked when I turned it on to the maximum setting of 5, the next day and night it didn’t work, I don’t know what caused this, is it heat saving? This may be because my room was on the first floor, the upper floors should be warmer.

The hotel is not far very from the city center, but it felt like we were suddenly in Istanbul :D The good thing is there are many restaurants, cafes and minimarkets around. Only the parking place was a litlle bit of walk, not right next to the hotel. We also had a problem with entering our room, the door lock battery was out, so we were offered other options. The staff was very helpful.

The is my favourite hotel in Berlin. The location is excellent, opposite is the metro station and the bus stop. it is a few stops to potsdamer platz. The hotel is claen, quite and near to so many restaurants and coffee shops. I was also surprised to find that my room was upgraded to a larger one with more facilities for no extra charges, For that I must thank the hotel officer, Mr Walid Lotfy for his kind care during my stay. I will definitely go back.

Maybe the room needs ceiling light and net curtains.

The hotel is very clean and well presented very minimalist look. Basic budget with a small touch of luxury is just what the traveller needs. Food available down stair late at night for when you need that juicy burger to recover from all the party's you can go to very close to bars restaurants and clubs. If your in the mood to see the rest of Berlin the u ban public transport is only a step away.

Not much can be said on what I didn't like. Mattress was clean and had a protector. Shhets were clean, towels offered everyday and cleaning offered everyday. However there was no pillow protector so I could clearly see someone else's soaked up sweat from the previous guests. This was over first inspection of the room and no dout over my stay my sweat was also being soaked into the pillow material directly. However I am quite pleased generally it was minor oversight. It was very very hot the week away and it's understandable the people would be sweat much more than usual. Also would suggest better signage branding outside to let customers know your a hotel if it wasn't for the website people might not know your even there.

Location and price

The snack vending machines available only accepted local coin currency. As a visitor from the US who only carries a card in their wallet I would have wanted to see a card reader on the vending machines.
