The staff was very nice, quick check in and check out. There is an elevator. There are supermarkets such as Aldi and Rabe within walking distance, public transportation was also close and there are all kinds of cafes and small restaurants in the area. The room was a suitable size for one person, I liked that there were many mirrors and that they were large. I liked the large windows and it was possible to open one of the doors

The mini bar was too small and in my opinion did not cool well enough, there were not enough channels on the TV (I don't know if it is under the control of the hotel)

The people on reception were really lovely and very helpful at check-in and also when leaving. They kindly stored my case for the day and called a taxi for me when I returned later always with a smile on their face. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were great too. There was a young lady serving in the morning, who remembered me (and my room number) on day two - she also greeted me in a friendly way. The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable. I felt very safe and I was delighted to be able to open the window for fresh air.

The only downside was that there was a wall in the middle of the room as you tried to get into the bed. I am guessing there were renovations and it needed to be there. However as the room was already quite small, it felt smaller. In the end I pushed the bed against the wall so I had a bit more space. There were stylish tiles on the floors in the bedroom - yet they felt a little cold. They would be cool in summer. However I can imagine they would feel cold in winter, so a rug by the bed would be nice.

Very nice hotel. The room was even bigger and better than we expected. Very clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is super friendly. Breakfasts are delicious and filling. The only thing that spoils the hotel a little is its distance from the center. But very close to the hotel there are stops for all types of transport, it was quite convenient to get to any point in the city. I wholeheartedly recommend the hotel

Hotel was stylish and spotlessly clean, pleasant staff and excellent breakfast.

Room 607 was disappointing the shower was in the bedroom, the toilet was opposite in a small cloakroom with a hand basin that was too tiny to use properly. The standard size double bed was up against the wall so, made it difficult to get in and out of bed. This particular room should really only have been for single occupancy. If we had one of the other 4 mini rooms there would have been no problem at all, as they are what is shown on the booking.com website.

Loved the modern interior and the stylish decorations. Rooms were pretty and practical with enough outlets, black-out curtains and nice TV. Also bathroom was very nice with a great shower. Also breakfast was nice and people were always friendly. I could communicate through whatsapp beforehand that was great.

The parking garage was very small and it was challenging for us to park our Tiguan in the last remaining spot.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. There was a decent sized desk for working from the room. It's also convenient to a couple of ubahn lines and buses. Overall, a very pleasant stay

I didn't have breakfast because I thought the price very expensive. Unfortunately, there are few good coffee options around the hotel before 8am

The Hotel location is amazing in Potsdamer street. It life street with lots of restaurants around different cuisines. Inexpensive bus station in front of the hotel as well as metro few steps nearby. The room was cozy and fit our needs of comfortable stay. The AC. Was not working and the staff were responsive and they fixed in the Sam day I reported the issue.

The hotel is nicely furnished and quiet. It's in walking distance to the nicer part of Schöneberg with great restaurants, cafes and nice shops. It's quite close to both the Western and Eastern center of Berlin and access to public transportation is great.

I chose this hotel last minute because of parking at the hotel. However, after I booked I learned parking was already fully booked. I had to find parking on the street - which turned out ok though since Sunday and Holiday parking are free. :-)

The hotel seems pretty new. It is very well located with public transport (busses and metro) very close and the area around offers bars, restaurants & shops. It's a perfect spot to explore the city.

The room we booked was called "mini apartment", but it was just a very, very tiny room with a column in the middle ... not so practical. The bed was also a bit too small for our standard (we are both tall!), it was anyway ok. Parking (20€ per night) and breakfast (16€ each per day) were both overprized: we simply skipped them even if I believe that these are the standard normal prices nowadays

Super comfy beds, big spacious room (Big & Streetlife room). Our room was not loud at all due to soundproofing. We could pack our stuff comfortably and also the bathroom was very big, we loved the big space in front of the mirror where we could put all our things. Staff was super nice and helpful. After checkout we even drank a coffee and it was delicious. Regarding transportation, we could easily rearch wherever we wanted to go by the closest bus station (it is literally in front of the hotel and other bus stops to different directions are one minute walk away). Everything was very clean & looks exactly like in the pictures.

The floor is a bit cold, maybe there could be simple room slippers or a rug. Other than that everything was amazing!
