It was a fantastic room. The fixtures were all modern and I felt completely comfortable for what I used the room for. The heating was sufficient, the bathroom was relatively clean. And the hot water was also very strong and adjustable.

The light in the shower didn't work properly. I also think it would be nice if there was a kettle and also hair dryer in the room. The only other huge problem was the noise from the other guests. It seemed that there was a big party on one evening and they made a lot of noise. Having a contactable reception in this instant would really help with something like this. Or simply having the option to put my room on a different and quieter floor.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently situated near Kleistpark U-bahn station. Additionally, the staff were polite and always willing to help. I highly recommend it.

Central .peaceful location and good cafes and restaurants , and other amenities on your doorstep

There was an issue with the hot water but I was informed it outwith their control.i had to shower at a friends hotel .

Hotel was not very crowded and so it was pretty quiet. Had expected the worst but experienced nothing but a lovely simple though hotel :-)

Great bathroom and extremely clean. Extremely fast and helpful customer service.

Beds were a little uncomfortable.

There was a clicking noise on the hall

I asked the staff if they could provide me with a hot water kettle, which they did. They were great!

All was fune

Late checkin was possible. The room was large and clean.

I could not get the elevator to work.
