I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience, thanks to Leire at the front desk. She was super friendly and made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. Leire went out of her way to help with anything I needed and gave great tips on places to visit and eat. Her warm personality and helpful attitude really made my stay special. nothing bad for me

The place was spotless. It was very clean and was kept clean every day. The interiors did not appear cheap. The tv worked well and had a lot of channels. Normally, I never get the TV working in a hotel. The staff at the reception were kind and helpful. The fresh lemon water, the apples, and the staff helpfulness made some difference. Also, the location was conveniently situated. As soon as I worked out how the transport worked, I was able to travel everywhere.

I have nothing to report, really. I like everything.

A fresh, modern, new-looking hotel with great facilities perfect for an enjoyable stay for a few days. Very comfortable beds, large bathroom and air conditioning available. Location is very good, just a few minutes' walk away from Schöneberg station for easy connections into Berlin city centre. There are a good number of shops, bars and restaurants available nearby too, even if the immediate surrounding area may look a bit rough and ready. Some really nice unexpected touches too - particularly liked the Bluetooth speakers available in the bathroom, and the little basket of games and puzzles if you are bored! Also found the front-of-house staff to be very pleasant and friendly, and housekeeping kindly serviced the room between days too. Would recommend!

Breakfast did seem to be a little on the expensive side (approx. 16 EUR) so didn't opt in myself, think they may have more takers if the price was lower. But other than that, no other problems!

Location was close to public transport, enough restaurants and bars around. Hotel facilities are very nice, in room and lobby. Drinks available. Model of excellence in dog friendliness.

Staff was not friendly: unkind attitude, annoyed looks, and didn't offer more information than the strictly necessary. Some staff at reception and the person at the bar was pretty rude, I have never had so many bad experiences with personnel in a single location. Housekeeping opened our room door without knocking at 9am when checkout was 12. I hope overall staff was having just a bad weekend and that this is not their standard of service now. We had stayed there once before and the experience was different.

Great hotel in an ideal location, very close to public transport and surrounded by plenty of dining options. We were lucky to find free public parking right in front of the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were equipped with a convenient Bluetooth speaker, both in the bathroom and main room, adding a nice touch.

The bar was opened only the end of the week and only until 11pm although they say everywhere that the bar is 24/7. But there is a really good bar close (15 min walk).

Staff were very nice, accommodating, they let me lend an umbrella and nothing was ever a trouble for them. The location is right next to train station and bus stop not far away from anything central. The Bluetooth surround sound was a great additional feature with decent shower and lighted mirrors in the bathroom.

The pillows weren't great and bed could be comfier but was okay

Clean and airy rooms (I had a corner room with floor-to-ceiling windows, which was pretty nice.) Staff were polite if not warm, except for one lady in the breakfast room who spoke good English and was very charming. Quiet and well-located, if in a slightly random parking lot/complex next to Schoneberg station. There is an excellent cafe, Café de Enrico, a five-minute walk away.

There are a few strange things about this hotel. There is no kettle or fridge in the room, which I would expect at this price point. One of the windows had no curtains, so even with a sleep mask I was woken by the light in the morning. I felt these things, though they might seem small, really downgraded my experience of the hotel and meant I wouldn't stay there again.

The room is clean and nice. The design is superb. The beds are very comfortable! Overall, it’s noticeable that the hotel is new and all the furniture is working properly :)

We would really appreciate a small refrigerator. The weather was super hot when we visited and we couldn’t even cool down the water and keep some snacks in the room. Also, a kettle was missing. For visitors that are travelling for a week, such things are must have in hotels.

Good location to access public transport, parking (though expensive), modern rooms and atmosphere, quiet in the rooms (no noise from corridors).

Only minor topics: Prior communicated and confirmed room preferences were not fully met, but was no issue. Surroundings are noisy (you cannot sleep with open windows). Somewhat impersonal service.

The beds were very comfortable (we had a double bed which is actually two single mattresses and duvets, perfect for a friends stay), and the location is a couple minutes walk from an S-Bahn station so it was a great base to explore Berlin. The room has Bluetooth for the TV and mirror in the bathroom, so we could have our music playing in the background.

The room is quite small and compact, with not much room unless you're on the bed or standing. The shower was good except that we couldn't figure out how to raise the shower head higher.
