The hotel is worth the money and has a really great location in the heart of Berlin! Public transport is 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. Some attractions such as the Brandenburg Gate are a 20-30 minute walk away. The hotel is always open and even at night you can enter the hotel through the back door. The room and toilet are always clean, they clean every day. The room was always quiet, even though the rooms were located very close to each other and there were other guests there.

Breakfast that costs an extra 10 euros is not worth the money. Breakfast is served buffet style. Breakfast is very poor without a hot dish and with minimal choices. I recommend choosing another place for breakfast.

The location was perfect for my transport to my work location, as there are a couple of train lines nearby. It was also easy to connect with Friedrichstrasse station for the airport. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, and the area is quiet.

The reception is open from 07.00 to 19.00, and I had early starts and late returns. The staff were able to accommodate this, but if I hadn't been able to collect my key on the morning of my first day, I have no idea how I would have been able to access the hotel later.

The hotel has a great location, with many stores and supermarkets available in the neighbourhood. Lots of transportation options as well, so getting around the city will be easy. The check in process was without any hustle, and the staff was very kind. The room was on the bottom floor, however it was very quiet. Comfortable beds and pillows. The room had enough storage space and the bathroom was spacious as well.

The hairdryer felt like it's just heating the air, but not actually blowing any. But honestly, that is all I could say as a negativity.

What I liked the most was that it is located on the city center and there are many public transport options close to it. Additionally, the staff was nice and the room was comfortable

The only thing which I did not like was that the toilet was in another place, a little bit too far away from the room. When I booked it, I already knew that I was going to share it with another guest, so I can't say anything about it.

The location was excellent and the room was more than enough considering the price was very cheap! Room was clean, the bed was comfortable and you could not tell that two beds had been pushed together into one, like in some hotels. Shower and bathroom were fine.

Only had one key per room. Reception was not available 24/7. The Wifi did not work! The doors and walls were very thin, you could hear everything going on in the rest of the rooms and corridor.

Location superb very close to everything from metro to taxi everything, Very good staff with smiling face , Their lift was not working but they took care to help us take our luggage to first floor .

Lift not working ,no staff at night after 10 pm till 7 .15 am in the morning & they close that door of reception so you have to use second door back side which was little scary .

The room was a good size and comfortable, lots of room to spread out! Location was perfect, very close to Willhelmstaße, Mall of Berlin, Checkpoint Charlie and the U-bahn station. It was nice and quite so I slept great after a long journey, and the room seemed very well cleaned.

The shower in the shared bathroom was attached to the wall only about 3 feet off the floor, weird! To wash my hair I pretty much had to sit down to shower, I don't really get why it was installed like that!

The location is great and parking was. 10 € for 24 hours. Which I think is a fair price. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a single room and it was far more spacious than I expected!

It’s a bit noisy, which didn’t bother me too much but might be an issue for others. What did bother me a bit more was that the room was too bright (for me) and the curtains didn’t really do much. I didn’t expect this so I didn’t bring my sleeping mask and had difficulties falling asleep.

Hotel is situated in an ideal location. It is a walking distance to the landmarks and the area in which it is located is itself very nice. Walking to and from Berlin Hbf station was pleasure as you can see the Parliament on your way. It is 15 minutes from most of the tourists attractions. The room was value for money and the bathroom was shared as advertised for the room I chose. The staff was exceptionally friendly and the room was clean.

It is situated in central Berlin and the windows aren’t noice reducing, so you can expect to hear the noise from the street. Walking to the bathroom isn’t the most convenient. It is however perfect choice for a short stay.

The property was in a very good location, close to transport. We got 2 rooms to accommodate 3 of us, it was clean and spacious. Previous reviews stated the place was noisy or uncomfortable but we didn’t have these problems. The walls are thin and the beds, for the price of the place, was good. Our rooms were cleaned everyday by the hotel.

Some of the lights in the bigger room were not working and not enough towels were given to us. The wifi did dip in and out, so sometimes we had no wifi. But I would stay at this property again as especially for the price you are paying it’s good service.
