Me and my group of friends had a blast here! We stayed 5 nights all in the same room, bed bunks for 6 adults, it was like a sleepover and we all kinda vibed with this place a lot. We played jigsaws and board games we found in the common room until 4 am, we never cooked food but the kitchen seemed decent and if we had planned better would have loved using the big dinning room. We didnt bump into anyone else staying there so it felt like we had this huge space to ourselves. The beds were fine, not the worlds comfiest but for a couple nights it was ok. Really quiet despite us thinking the nearby road would be noisy..it wasnt! We are all planning on a berlin trip again next year and I would certainly look at this place again if it was available!

One of the beds was sort of broken..like the wooden slats kept moving. I dont think it was a major issue but on the last night it gave way while we were asleep so not great for the person fast asleep in that bed! Literally just needs screwing in/fixing up.

The building is large and can host several groups of people. I was travelling with friends and we got a very large room for the six of us, with towels and bedsheets included. The staff was friendly and promply replied when we complained that the showerhead was broken, and they fixed it shortly after. There is a large room with some board games and activities and a shared kitchen.

The location was not the best. It is around 10mins walking from the nearest metro station and it takes around 20 minutes to reach the city center. There are only two bathrooms for the whole floor, which can host i believe more than 15 people, which can get a little chaotic.

The apartment was well-equipped, the room was specious and private with beds, wardrobes and chairs. The common areas included a common room to eat, play and study and a functional kitchen

It was not possible to leave the luggages after the checkout, as the place didn't have a reception

The rooms were really spacious with high ceiling and really nice furnishings. The location is good as it is near lots of different public transport options. Kitchen facilities are really good and so were the bathrooms.

The bed was slightly uncomfortable as it was quite hard and the pillows were really soft so gave little support but this wasn’t too big of an issue. There wasn’t an issue with there being no reception apart from the fact that we felt a little uncomfortable with a group of men who were also staying in the hostel as they kept calling at us out of their window one night which felt a little creepy - maybe having more of a staff presence would help prevent this but it’s just luck of the draw with hostels I suppose…

Our stay in Berlin couldn't have been better, and that's largely thanks to this wonderful residence. We were shocked at the cleanliness of the common areas (especially the toilets) which were always immaculate every time we went there. The living room was spacious and very comfortable (in addition to being available almost all the time). The kitchen was very well equipped and the common fridge always very clean and tidy. The other residents were very discreet and very respectful. Everyone did their best to be as pleasant to live in as possible and disturb the other roommates as little as possible. No cohabitation problem has ever been reported. Super residence that I highly recommend.

The nearest brothel is unfortunately a bit seedy, but the kitkat club is not very far

Nicely refurbished old building with cosy and clean apartments. Stay there if you don't mind sharing a kitchen and dining hall with other polite inhabitants. Public transport is just 2 minutes away from the house. We succeeded to park our car for free in nearby streets.

A bit noisy traffic in surrounding streets.

It had a ramp from the other side of the house, so I could enter with the baby stroller. everything was very clean. has a big kitchen and you can use it and also put your stuffs in the fridge without problem..

the room had a strange smel, maybe the carpet was old.

Great location in a local neighbourhood, rather than a tourist hotspot. Comfortable, functional rooms with a well-equipped kitchen that is excellent for self-catering. The place was kept spotlessly clean. The rooms are comfortable, and the common lounge is spacious. Although I did not meet the owners, their instructions for picking up the keys was clear, friendly, and organized. I will stay here again. Hallisches Tor U-Bahn is a 5-minute walk away for rapid connections around Berlin. Within walking distance of the apartments are the Jüdisches Museum and the Holocaust Tower. You also have lively café/restaurants walking south on Mehringdamm. The Marheineke Marktahlle has a good Saturday market.

All good for a city apartment. If you want an outdoor space, there are plenty of parks nearby.

The location is excellent, smack in the middle between kreuzberg and Mitte. The immediate area of the hotel is a bit sketchy, but that’s part of being in a big city.

Cleanliness of shared bathroom and shared kitchen also depends on the people you share it with. We were lucky with the other guests, but the kitchen could be better looked after.

very good. easy and comfortable to reach public transportation. There are share kitchen , I can do breakfast and dinner someday that can worry free. about dinning. Staff reply all messeges quckly and always support all my request.

somenight, there are group staying and have a loud noise from dinnig room but next day I close the door. It be better.
