Very good location, public transport and shops are nearby. It is very easy to reach all the sites. The apartment has a good size and it is tastefully decorated. The bed and the sofa-bed are both confortable. The kithchen is equipped with all the necessary basics you need for a good breakfast and for some simple cooking. All is very clean and cosy. There is no cleaning service during your stay, but there is some equipment for cleaning if needed. The communication was very good and quick with Kathrin.

Our apartment faced north-east, so not much daylight came in despite the big windows. If it is imortant for you, ask for the orientation of your stay. It would be nice to have a mop in the bathroom.

In fact, it is apartments, not the hotel. It was clean, a lot of kitchenware, other necessary stuff, yoga mat even. The location is very nice, next to Uber Arena and the Wall.

Since its not a hotel, there was no cleaning and I constantly had issues with wifi, couldn't work properly in the flat. Mobile connection is also a bit weak.

An extremely pleasant experience! The apartment is completely new! It is furnished very nicely, stylishly, very luxuriously! Everything is spotlessly clean! Check-in is extremely easy, we received all instructions and codes for entry before our arrival. The apartment is oriented to the courtyard, which is quiet and peaceful. The location is next to the East side gallery. Metro stations and train stations are within walking distance. All recommendations! My family enjoyed it and we hope to come again soon. Brand new building, all utilities were clean and readily available, had a nice garden and terrace area that is free to use; toddler friendly; they had child feeding seat; child friendly fork, spoon and knifes; even some basic toys that attract attention of the child:) Even electrical plugs were covered with plastic plugs which is a great detail.

Nothing to mention everything was perfect.

Overall, the apartment was wonderful. Great location across the street from the East Side Gallery. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. Kathrin was very responsive and helpful. The patio was lovely. The building is brand new.

Everything was wonderful, except for two things: (1) As others have said, the bed pillows were enormous and very uncomfortable. Kathrin was able to provide some smaller couch pillows on our second night, which was great. (2) The listing mentioned a queen bed and sofa bed, but the bed in the bedroom was (in US sizes) more of a full, definitely not a queen. My husband and I are both tall, so we didn’t fit on the bed, and I ended up sleeping with my 13yo son on the sofa bed, which was actually larger than the bed in the bedroom. Both beds were very comfortable, but they were different than we thought they would be from the listing.

Location was perfect - we had an event at the Uber Arena and this apartment was just around the corner from it. Absolutely ideal. The space was perfect also for two people, with amenities and facilities.

There was no air conditioning in the room (but there were two large fans provided!) and the weather was rather hot, so even with the fans the room got very warm on an evening.

Helpful host, clear instructions, exceptionally well furnished and with all small things - coffee, salt, pepper, oil amd even vinegar :) not to mention toiletries. Beautiful garden terrace to drink morning coffee.

lack of air condition in extreme heat conditions 32 celcius was felt, but two fans compensated somewhat. if weather is more typical it is not an issue.

It was great that the apartment had a garden. The beds were practical, and having a TV was a big plus. The apartment looked clean at first glance.

Everything was amazing, location, detailed guide to checkin ,comfort, access, detailed thought have gone thru the process on how to make ur stay as comfortable as in ur own home. Kathrin is super helpful n always a message away to assist with anything. Highly recommend

I see now y everyone was complaining about the pillows being too big, its not that of a big deal but having those big pillows shortens the size of the bed.

Furnishings and equipment were great. Good location. Well organized (worked really well with our late arrival).

It was rather hot and humid. So, while the blowers were certainly helpful, an air conditioner in the apartment would have been really nice.
