I have nothing but great things to say about the stay we had. The location - exceptional. Nightlife, galleries, convenient parking, the Berlin wall landmark, the riverside - everything is accessible. The room - VERY clean, perfect set up, all electrical outlets work, good AC. The hotel - very nice, clean and modern, the breakfast is amazing.

There was a technical issue with garage parking slot booking, and despite us reserving it in advance. We did get an apology & a voucher from hotel staff for that and we parked ok nearby in a train station parking, so it ended up working out ok.

Absolutely love the room! The bathroom is amazing and the water pressure in the shower is great. Looking forward to coming back after a day of walking around for a nice cold shower. The train station is literally across the street to take you anywhere. It’s very convenient. The mall, supermarket and food places is 5-10 mins walk from the hotel. They have laundry room too - so if you’re travelling for a few weeks, really convenient to be able to do your washings and they are all run by an app on the phone.

The room can be quite warm. The window doesn’t open very much to let cold air in and with the window open, the street noises can be a bit too loud while trying to get some sleep. Also get woken up by door banging from the neighbouring room or footsteps from the above floor. They’re all very minor though. The bathroom and the coziness make up for the stay

I travelled solo with two children, and this place ticked all the boxes. The location couldn’t have been better—right by the central station, which made getting around easy. Our room was quiet and the beds really comfy, which made a big difference after long days out. We all enjoyed the great-value buffet breakfast, and having a kitchen to cook simple meals was a big plus. The Wi-Fi was excellent, and the lively bar downstairs added a nice buzz without disturbing our sleep. A brilliant base for a stress-free city break with kids.

A 3 beds room with an amazing view and bathroom. 20€ for this quality was insane at room 710, which was mine. Besides, I spent the night on my own. Own towel for free, room and specially the bathroom very clean.

No lockers to leave my stuff in the room. There was only a pseudo open wardrobe with 4 hangers. A place in the room for valuables would have been great specially sharing a room with strangers. 12.50€ for breakfast is a rip-off. There are plenty of cafés in Berlin and nearby where to have fantastic food and coffee for that price. The receptionists were a bit snotty or not as friendly and welcoming as they should be.

Very Modern and sleek property. Nice and clean ambience. The check-in experience was smooth. The rooms were really comfortable. Every room has individual washroom, which was very clean and modern. It had all required amenities. There's a spacious bar and dining area, and also self cooking kitchen. The property is right next to the Berlin Ostbahnhof train station. Commuting was very easy from there. The staff was also very friendly. Great experience, would definitely recommend.

I like the location, it's very close to the metro station. the receptionist was also very friendly and helpful allowing me to check in earlier. they also accommodate me with my request.

It's actually also part of my mistake that I didn't remember the package that I purchased without breakfast. one morning I went to the restaurant to get some water, and there was a staff to remind me that the water was only for guests who purchased breakfast and the tone was quite fierce I would say. so its better to ask me, and remind me. I also don't mind paying for breakfast.

Location is superb for the UBER Arena and the area is quite safe to walk to this hotel. They have great lockers to leave your bags if you arrive early or leave late for 4 euros we were able to store 2 rucksacs and jackets for the day on arrival. The room was very clean but we did find silverfish insects in the bathroom on the last night.

We initially loved the room and the hotel as the room was very clean, but on the last night we found silverfish insects in the bathroom, the room was obviously very clean but these insects come out in the dark and are attracted to damp areas so difficult for the hotel to know, but I had to leave in a rush but emailed them to let them know of this problem. Also for info there is no kettle in the room.

The hotel is good for a short stay near Ostbahnhof as it’s just around the corner from the station. Rooms are rather small, especially for three people, but if you plan to just sleep there it’s doable. It would be nice to have a small fridge in the room. The carpets in the hallways are really worn off and look unpleasant but for the rest it’s fine. Breakfast is ok—cold meat cuts, cheeses, hot beans and scramble eggs, a variety of cereals and muesli, different kinds of yoghurt, fruit—for 12.90 it’s not bad at all.

The private room and public areas were good. Some missing parts but overall it is really good. Easy check in and out. Nice rooms and overall friendly staff. Location is quite fine. Close to the public transportation and in a nice area

The shared kitchen requires some attention. It is generally dirty. The fridge is not enough, and all the pans are scratched. Whenever something was needed in the paid breakfast are was missing, the people that work there would take it from the shared kitchen. I had to ask for plates, salt, and cutlery. The soap wasn't renewed even though we asked for room service. They have changed the towels, and that is it..

Tatiana at reception was just so welcoming and warming. I felt like home. The place it's top option, well design, confortable and despite the loudly location it's very tranquille. Shared rooms was nice and comfy.

The only thing was that our shower was not very cleaned..there where like fungus and the water get stuck. You should put more attention on that. ;) Breakfast was ok but doesn't worth the 12,5€. For that amount you can go to the Mercury's hotel buffet breakfast or to Alex's restaurant who also offers breakfast buffet for similar budget.
