Hotel rooms are very well equipped, brand new. Location is great.

The evening that we entered hotel, we get stacked in the elevator for 2+ hours. We waited there, called Hotel's line, but there was no help. So instead to go to sleep at 12 lates, we ended up in bad after 2. Nobody even call us after to ask if we are ok or to offer any compensation. Regarding check-out, we made our check-out time for 10:30-11, that didn't prevent a guy that is cleaning to come few times in both rooms we are in and ask and push for earlier leave. He even unlocked the door and entered while we were in bed, and that is something that I never saw in any hotel. Also, while booking, we were not aware that towel change is optional and if you want it you need to pay extra. They are also not cleaning or making your room while stay

The location is very good next to Warschauer Straße station and the room had amazing view on the river and the east side gallery!

It's unusual to ask the guests to take the trash out on checkout, also the phone access wasn't very straightforward but it worked out well.

Location is really good to explore east Berlin with the east side gallery literally across from the hotel. Checked in online and got access code with no problem. During my two nights, except for the noise on the street (not too loud), it seems to be a safe area. Lots of cool bars and restaurants within walking distance across the river. The room is small but bathroom is large and comfy. Space looks newly renovated and hip.

No presence of hotel staff during two days stay, even though there is a concierge desk. No common shared space or facilities. No option to store luggage after checked out so will be inconvenient for guests who leave the city later in the day.

The room was very clean - comfortable bed - the shower is spacious with good water pressure - Nespresso machine, mini fridge. - the room was very quiet during my stay, I kept the window open and did not hear any noise at all. The apartment is on the first floor with elevator. There is a short flight of stairs up to get to the elevator, and then a short flight of stairs to get to the entrance to the first floor. Alternatively, there are two flights of stairs up to get to the first floor.

While the shower is spacious, the room itself is pretty small. To be fair, the room size is given in the description.

It was very clean, comfortable and had everything needed for a nice stay. All codes came at the time stated and had no issues coming and going. I saw no staff during my stay but to me that is preferred especially having no issues. Very close to transport and a central location.

The room was quite warm and as it is on a main street opening the window is quite noisy. However if you open the window a while before sleeping you can close it and rest well. Also, the bathroom was more like a wet room so water went over the floor when showering but it did not flood, just a preference to keep in mind.

The value for money was great. Clean & modern. Location - great in terms of traveling around (you can get anywhere from the station) - Kreuzberg and Freidrichchain 10 min walk away.

No AC - it got quite hot (there was a fan in the room that helped). Towel change for additional charge. Weird app bugs - I honestly would just recommend sending customers a pin and having a pincode based lock. The app is very bad - just send us a code and everybody will be happy about it. The location is not the greatest - lots of homeless people around the station - but that's expected if you know the area (great spots 5 min away in any direction).

this is the best hotel in terms of price-quality ratio, I have been to many 5 star hotels, but this hotel is not worse than five star hotels, but the price is much lower. The online service works great. I am sixty years old and I am not an advanced online user and it was easy for me to book a hotel, their customer support service helped me do it. When I am in Berlin, I will stay only in their hotels, located in all areas of Berlin. My choice is Homaris, I recommend it.

In excellent condition. Super clean & modern. Very high value for money. Location right at Oberbaumbrücke is great, too. The check-in process was - in principle - very well designed.

Some minor(!) drawbacks I experienced: - I was not informed which room number would be mine (at least I didn’t find the information anywhere), so had to call. I was kindly helped, thank you. - one towel lay around in a way I wasn’t sure if it was really unused. And there were half-emptied bottles in the fridge.

Super clean and cozy. Nice view.

Rude cleaner knocked the door at 10:40, I opened and said Hello! He just replied- Check out! I said that I still have 20 minutes and packing my things. He just went away kinda pissed off. And it was a little bit noisy because the hotel is on the busy street. But there were ear plugs offered and it’s not the hotels fail. It’s probably a price for a great river view.

It was a very well-located hotel. Clean and tidy. Easy checkin. It is a great option if you arrive for a gig in Uber Arena.

the mattress on my daughter's bed was very thin and uncomfortable. The bed was also uncomfortable. It was the size better fit a toddler rather than a teenager.
