The hotel was great. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, the room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was very nice, with lots of options. I also really liked how quiet it was, and the location in general was fantastic, very close to the Uber Arena and surrounded by great places to eat and relax. I really can't praise the staff highly enough - they went above and beyond in making sure our stay was as pleasant as possible (despite the public transport strike that made it difficult for us to make our bus back home - but here again they really came through in ensuring we'd be able to make the connection on time), and made us feel really well taken care of.

Good quite place, lift outdoors, no noise in the room. Good breakfast included. Employees are nice, speak English or Russian. Nice placement, alot of transport available. A lot of bars and restaurants nearby, yet it is still a quiet place.

Had issues to find where the hotel is. It is not as shown on a map, it is inside the yard, you have to get through the gates to get there. Bed is too soft, and with only 1 half-sized pillow and nothing extra to put under the head, even no blanket in a closet. Employees provided me with additional one after I asked, thanks them. But the first night I had to sleep with no actual blanket on me. Seems like not what you expect for the price... Doors in shower cab are small. As a big fat guy, I could not get in there. Keep in mind if you're my size person

The hotel was tucked away from the busy street and enjoyed a very peaceful location - we were on the 3rd floor. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room had big opening windows for fresh air and views over adjoining gardens and courtyards. The heating was very warm. The bathroom was clean and large. The room was spacious but sparsely furnished. The breakfast was biased to continental tastes but you could have as much as you want. Tea and coffee were excellent.

The outside of the hotel is not attractive and belies its charm. You enter through a heavy iron gate towards the reception which is a short walk through the gardens. The reception is open until 8pm only so if you’re a late arrival, you will have to let them know to get directions on how to obtain your key. The area itself is not very attractive, quite dirty and full of fast food places. There was no coffee/tea making facilities in the room but when we asked, they are available apparently if you ask! Very few English speaking channels in the tv.

The hotel was located in a quiet and conveniently located area with good connections into the main city areas. Both the hotel and our room were very clean , bright and cheerful and the very pleasant staff were extremely helpful. We booked breakfast on arrival , which at only 5 euros was excellent value and both the food and especially the coffee was excellent…. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a good stay in Berlin.

Great location, felt quiet and secure but just a minutes walk from shops, cafes, bars etc Lovely staff who were very kind and attentive. Simple brekkie that was a nice start to the days we didn’t go out for it. Spacious and clean room

Staff sent above and beyond with their service. The room was massive, quite and comfy. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Plenty of choice for breakfast. The perfect location with local amenities and plenty of options for public transport to go further out in Berlin. Perfect if attending a show at the arena due to being within walking distance.

My single room matched the photos and was larger than expected, allowing for comfortable movement. The wardrobe was spacious, and I appreciated the large desk. The bathroom was clean and well-equipped. Since the hotel is located in a backyard, it was very quiet at night. The staff was always friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was great. There was something to suit everyone... scrambled egg, lovely breads & pastries, cereals, yoghurt & fruit, aswell as delicious meats & cheeses. The location was good to, close to the Uber Platz Arena where we were going to a concert. Then it was a short tram ride or 10 minute walk to the nearest U Bahn station.

Clean, spacious rooms with wide windows looking at a green garden like space. The owner /recepcion was very kind, helpful and generous. The breakfast was a 10 for a basic and very economic one with quality products and scrambled eggs!! Very peaceful and quiet despite the busy road and cafes. Bus stop to and from the airport just outside the hotel!
