Great location, nice building and great check-in/check out features with a very easy communication with the app. Made everything easy. Kitchenette is nice and very usable.

Cleanliness standards are not up to the standards as I read a comment about some blood stains in the toilet a few weeks ago, and I got the same bloodstains in the toilet. Room is also very dusty

Great that shampoo/body wash had been provided as well as coffee machine and tea/milk plus dishwashing things and well equipped kitchen. Excellent fan-needed in the heat. Great location for tram/UBarn/SBarn. Lovely area of eating places at the bottom of the street.

It would have been useful to have more information about the apartment and whether we needed to strip beds etc - there is a section on the portal but there was no information in it. The shower had variable temperature as per reviews. Sofabed was not super comfy though teenage daughter happy with it. Would have been quite cramped with 4 people.

This is a property with no breakfast option included. The location is bomb, there are heaps of restaurants and cafes to choose from in close proximity. Many Spatis and 24/7 stores as well. The flat is very decent size, clean, quiet and we got a studio on the inner side of the courtyard, which gave us a feeling of village stay in the middle of a buzzy area. Close to major public transport lines, studio in a renovated old East Side building gives a chance to feel like a true Berliner. Awesome, would stay again.

The coffee maker did not work upon arrival and we were (un)lucky to arrive in a midst of a Germany-wide heatwave. It was a tad hot to sleep in despite a fan the staff have kindly left on for us pre-arrival. The bathroom could do with a bit of a refresh, as the shower cabin definitely was a bit mouldy, with no aircon system to help the moisture and heat. Given the old building structure cant really complain but the piping had some issues - we once woke up to the shower cabin full of black debris that must have come up through the drain overnight.

Location was brilliant, we are both 28 years old and enjoy the student/younger vibe of the area with lots of bars/food/coffee shops readily available. Berlin city centre is only 20 minutes underground or 15 minute lime bike/scooter which we prefer to do as its the best way to see the city. Room was very clean, comes with everything you need. I was quite surprised as some of the reviews state the rooms are small/not nice but our room was pretty perfect to be honest.

Rooms can get a little warm when the sun is out, especially in the morning as there is only one window to a courtyard, therefore you do not get much of a breeze/cool air. Morning cleaning staff were a little impatient. Our check out time was 11am but they knocked at 9am, and again at 10:15am - I assume they just wanted to get their cleaning done early, but damn.

Room was clean and comfortable,location was nice.

Someone knock on the door when we were sleeping,we did not open because we dont know who was it.After 10 second,he put password on door and entered apartment.I dont know did he tried to steal something,but it wasnt great to me.

I stayed at the Homaris Boxi Studios 11-14.11.2024. The place was amazing, 100% identical room like on the pictures on booking.com , small, but usefull bathroom, spacious room with well equipped kitchenette including basic spices as salt, pepper or even oil. Cool view, urban, loft atmosphere. There's even a luggage storage, you can book it one day before you leave. Cool idea for the bed frame - it had a shelf with led lights and power sockets. Very clean, and wonderfully connected with the center of the city - the subway station, bus and tram stops are like... 2 min walk? Wonderful! Also a good cafeteria (Boxi Espresso) on the same side of the street on the way to the subway, tastefull burgers at a good price (Lion Burger & Steak) around the corner and Mac Laren's Pub is next door. I'll highly recommend the place. Also the check in is extra simple - You just need to remember to do the self check in the day before the day before arrival (the Homaris Boxi Studios inform by email, and I received the link to check in on whatsapp) and after that You have an access to the code to open the main door and the room, a map to the room and a wifi password, and a list of nearby places worth visiting - extremely simple, usefull and thoughtfull!!!

There are parking spaces along the street, but very expensive. It is best to find and pay for underground parking nearby, but if You travel by train, it's gonna be no problem :)

Well equipped kitchen. Beds are comfortable. Clean and quiet. Staffs are nice and can store luggage on the day of arrival. Easily online check-in. Good location and convenient to go to city center by U-Bahn. Many restaurants in that area.

Hope they can prepare a little salt in the kitchen. There is oil in the kitchen and staff told me there should be salt. However the salt is empty and not provided after I arrived. I know that I can’t ask more but a little salt would be more convenient for guests.

The room is excellent. Especially the bathroom

Quite late check-in (from 3pm) and loose closing of the front door (could hear people walking along the corridor and slamming doors loudly).

This studio far exceeded my expectations. The bed was really comfortable. The kitchen facilities were excellent. There is no aircon but a large fan was provided which really helped as the room was really warm (Not a bad thing in the height of summer) The room was large and bright. The shower was good and the bathroom was a great size. I was on the 4th floor and the lift worked well. The studio was also 2 minutes away from the UBahn, which was only 4 stops away from Alexanderplatz.

There was nothing I didn't like about this property. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

The location is the best part of it, the building is close to a lot of restaurants, pubs and clubs, in one of the best neighbourhoods of Berlin (in my opinion). Also close to the East Side Gallery. it is an entire building divided into small room-apartments with self check-in and a lot of freedom to enter and leave at any time. The furniture is Ikea, it lacks a bit of charisma, but it's new and clean and does exactly what it has to do. For the prices of Berlin it's definitely worth it.
