Great location, nice building and great check-in/check out features with a very easy communication with the app. Made everything easy. Kitchenette is nice and very usable.

Cleanliness standards are not up to the standards as I read a comment about some blood stains in the toilet a few weeks ago, and I got the same bloodstains in the toilet. Room is also very dusty

Location was brilliant, we are both 28 years old and enjoy the student/younger vibe of the area with lots of bars/food/coffee shops readily available. Berlin city centre is only 20 minutes underground or 15 minute lime bike/scooter which we prefer to do as its the best way to see the city. Room was very clean, comes with everything you need. I was quite surprised as some of the reviews state the rooms are small/not nice but our room was pretty perfect to be honest.

Rooms can get a little warm when the sun is out, especially in the morning as there is only one window to a courtyard, therefore you do not get much of a breeze/cool air. Morning cleaning staff were a little impatient. Our check out time was 11am but they knocked at 9am, and again at 10:15am - I assume they just wanted to get their cleaning done early, but damn.

Room was clean and comfortable,location was nice.

Someone knock on the door when we were sleeping,we did not open because we dont know who was it.After 10 second,he put password on door and entered apartment.I dont know did he tried to steal something,but it wasnt great to me.

I stayed at the Homaris Boxi Studios 11-14.11.2024. The place was amazing, 100% identical room like on the pictures on booking.com , small, but usefull bathroom, spacious room with well equipped kitchenette including basic spices as salt, pepper or even oil. Cool view, urban, loft atmosphere. There's even a luggage storage, you can book it one day before you leave. Cool idea for the bed frame - it had a shelf with led lights and power sockets. Very clean, and wonderfully connected with the center of the city - the subway station, bus and tram stops are like... 2 min walk? Wonderful! Also a good cafeteria (Boxi Espresso) on the same side of the street on the way to the subway, tastefull burgers at a good price (Lion Burger & Steak) around the corner and Mac Laren's Pub is next door. I'll highly recommend the place. Also the check in is extra simple - You just need to remember to do the self check in the day before the day before arrival (the Homaris Boxi Studios inform by email, and I received the link to check in on whatsapp) and after that You have an access to the code to open the main door and the room, a map to the room and a wifi password, and a list of nearby places worth visiting - extremely simple, usefull and thoughtfull!!!

There are parking spaces along the street, but very expensive. It is best to find and pay for underground parking nearby, but if You travel by train, it's gonna be no problem :)

The room is excellent. Especially the bathroom

Quite late check-in (from 3pm) and loose closing of the front door (could hear people walking along the corridor and slamming doors loudly).

This studio far exceeded my expectations. The bed was really comfortable. The kitchen facilities were excellent. There is no aircon but a large fan was provided which really helped as the room was really warm (Not a bad thing in the height of summer) The room was large and bright. The shower was good and the bathroom was a great size. I was on the 4th floor and the lift worked well. The studio was also 2 minutes away from the UBahn, which was only 4 stops away from Alexanderplatz.

There was nothing I didn't like about this property. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

Simple check-in with a code. Got small, but comfortable size apartment for two people. There is an elevator, which is great. Location is nice, there is a public transport nearby. If you need a room for a night - its great.

More cleaning is needed. There was other people's hair on the bed and one towel was a bit dirty. A window is too small, so the room hardly gets fresh air, and gets too hot at night. The water in the shower jumps between hot and cold and the stream itself is weak. Encountered wifi problems, it always dissappears. Beds were okay, but double bed is too high, so sometimes it is hard to get on it

The location is the best part of it, the building is close to a lot of restaurants, pubs and clubs, in one of the best neighbourhoods of Berlin (in my opinion). Also close to the East Side Gallery. it is an entire building divided into small room-apartments with self check-in and a lot of freedom to enter and leave at any time. The furniture is Ikea, it lacks a bit of charisma, but it's new and clean and does exactly what it has to do. For the prices of Berlin it's definitely worth it.

The apartment is in great location but still quiet. The bed was comfortable and room had nice windows to let in natural light and fresh air. The room was a good size and has fridge and cooking facilities.

The check in ran smoothly, however on arrival our room hadn’t been cleaned from previous occupants. So because there is no service deck on location can be hard to contact staff, especially if your international SIM card doesn’t work in Germany. However when the cleaners did arrive they were super friendly and helpful and did great job of cleaning apartment. The pillows are also old and need replacing. Room can get hot in summer without air conditioning but this is common in Europe

Amazing location in Friedrichshain! Right next to tons of bars, restaurants and shops! Only a few minutes from the U5, and two stops from the Ring. The room was super clean, and smaller than I thought it would be from the photos, but it was the perfect amount of space for one person. The ability to cook to my own food was exactly what I needed for my dietary needs and budget. Accessing the building and room was easy with a code to the front door and room. I felt super safe and secure as a solo female traveler. There was an elevator to my floor, and the hallways and building were very clean. The neighborhood was lively, and there was so much to see and do!

There was a hallway door that lead to some other rooms that slammed loudly all day and all night as people would go through it. That happens though, and I eventually was used to it. A full length mirror (as others have mentioned) would have been nice, but the elevator was mirrored so that worked. It was unfortunately super humid in Berlin while I stayed there and the room had no fan, or way to circulate the air in the room.
