Location is prime 3 mins walk to U5, which is kind of the main UBahn, very easy to reach from main station. The staff were very friendly, they have an outdoor eating place or hangout place, which i found very nice. we didnt cooked, so dont know the kitchen status, but i had seen people were cooking and eating.

DO NOT Opt the breakfast, its totally not worth the money. Some cold bread or salami, cucumber cheese and paprika. Some cornflakes and coffee. For the price, the buffet should look more wider, but it was very less. Its not a complaint, but I felt its not worth. All others perfect.

The reception was very kind and helpful, the room was spacious enough, had a TV with Netflix premium. Also the breakfast was nice, nothing super special, but a big variety for every type of breakfast you can imagine. Also the location is super convenient with Ostbahnhof and Weberwiese stations in a walking distance

The towel on the floor in the bathroom could have been changed daily, since it was always wet due to the construction of the shower (no edges to prevent water from overflowing), a trash bin in the room would be beneficial

The location was good, about 700 m from the major metro station Ostbahnhof, which had direct connections to both the city and the airport; the East Side Gallery was also nearby. Our main destination, the concert venue Velodrom, was a 2 km walk away. It is a quiet and pleasant street, with a market and a pharmacy across the road. Friendly service. We received quick and friendly responses and solutions to our concerns.

For five people, the room is too cramped. There was no table in the room; we used benches as a table. The only light source is the ceiling lamp, and there are no lamps by the beds. We noticed that the water pressure could be unpredictable—sometimes the hot and cold water would alternate, and occasionally the pot would have a continuous flow. The communal kitchen is located outdoors and can feel chilly, which didn't really inspire us to cook or enjoy a meal there.

Nice staff, a comfy room, a decent location that's close enough to everything by transport, 15 mins from some cool venues including berghain, kitchen facilities to make food, decent value

Booked the hostel because it had cooking facilities and a fridge.. but despite the hundreds of rooms there is only fridge space for 40 people despite loads of free space in the kitchen to put extra fridges. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels round the world and this is definitely weirdest set-up.

The property was located in a good position, not very close to the underground but well located (only 10 min by walk). It’s nice they have a supermarket in front of the hostel in case you need anything! The staff is very welcoming and always smiling! They didn’t come to change towels in three days but I didn’t need it and also it might be not enough days to have them changed.

I didn’t like the fact that I booked a double room to have a double bed (as showed in the picture while choosing among the options), and they gave me a room with two single beds next to each other. At the end I slept on a single bed. In addition, I don’t understand why to pay by card you must spend at least 10 euros.

Excellent price-quality - with EUR 65/night it's hard to beat the price of a private room with a bathroom in Berlin ; Exellent location - easy to get to/from the airport and main tourist landmarks, walking distance to Berghain, grocery store across the street, with a couple of eateries and a 24 hr convenience store right next door. Nice staff - positive interaction with staff; Clean room and clean linen. Complimentary soap and shower gel. My second time here and one of my top choices. If you have reasonable expectations, it's a great choice.

A bit worn-out room - not a deal-breaker, but you notice it. No water barrier in a shower - flat floor in the shower makes it prone to some flooding in a bathroom while showering.

Very Pleasant Stay – Would Definitely Come Back! I was positively surprised by my stay. The place was clean, the breakfast was fine, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful – which I really appreciated. I was also happy to find that fresh towels were provided. It was relatively quiet at night, so I was able to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, I felt very comfortable and would gladly come back anytime. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

No, there was nothing negative to report. Everything was as expected or even better.

The check in and check out were super quick, just filled in a short form and then just returned the key card at the end. The vending machines in the lobby were a life saver, fortunately it didn't need an ID for alcoholic beverages, we were worried it wouldn't work with foreign IDs.

We didn't know the shared kitchen closed at 10pm until we went there too late. It feels pretty early considering it's outside of the main living area and the place got a bit noisy at night anyway. We would appreciate at least an electric kettle in the room or a hot water dispenser somewhere in the buildings.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Nice building with cute colorful walls and there is also a big cozy (and quiet!) garden where you can eat, socialize, study/work, exercise, play, etc. The shared kitchen is big and modern. The rooms are simple but well equipped. The other tenants are normal. Although there are many rooms and apartments, there were no big crowds of people

Our room was on the street side of the building so it was a bit noisy, especially as we had to keep the windows open for the nights. The ventillator in the bathroom wasn’t strong enough so the steam had to ventilate through the room

This was my second time staying at Pegasus, since I felt really comfortable the first time. The location is good and easy to reach from the airport, with a supermarket across the street and plenty of other services nearby. I personally really like having access to their big kitchen, and the rooms are quite spacious. In case of the dorm where I stayed, the bathroom was inside so don't have to share with too many people as it is common in other hostels. The staff are always super nice and helpful. Definitely recommend it.
