The location was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel room was clean and room was a decent enough size. The beds were comfortable. The TV remove was clean, so I know they do check things I'm sure. I was able to check in two hours early for free, so I thank them for that. I was desperate for a coffee but not breakfast. I didn't have breakfast included, but went down in the morning anyway just to have a look. To my surprise there was a free coffee stand outside the restaurant. I thought that was a nice touch.

The hotel was decent enough, but I would say it's scraping a four star really. I've found this to be a trend with Spanish hotel chains, didn't quite hit the bar I was expecting. For example. I arrived and there was a dirty towel. I suspect this was missed due to me checking in early (for free) and the inspection must have not happened yet, because housekeeping knocked on my door just after I checked in. So really I can't blame them too much for that. There was also only one tea cup. The drink facilities weren't great such as limited tea bags and instant coffee sachets rather than a machine. No iron and board. So I just felt it took the shine off a bit.

The hotel is about 25 minutes walk from Alexander Platz but along the route there are many bars and cafes to aid the walk. The Hotel was exceptionally clean. I was struck by the fact that there was less mould on the sealant in the shower than there is in my bathroom at home.... Which has none.No problem at all in recommending this hotel, but if you stay just remember that after hours you need to put your keycard in the slot in the lift or it will not work!

nothing really. the hotel measured up to our expectations and we had a wonderful time, oh and the bed was very comfy. only downside was that the only tv channels in english were the news channels, but we were in a foreign country

The hotel is located in a quiet area. Besides, with its soundproof walls, a good night of sleep won’t be something hard to get here, which is something I value a lot. The staff was great in any occasion I needed them and allowed me to check-in past 10pm. There’s a pretty nice bar downstairs at the hotel, that provides you with some snacks and drinks without needing to leave the place if you’re tired. That’s also a plus. The bed was extremely comfy and the bathroom was pretty great too, even though it wasn’t that big.

There’s only two small reasons that don’t allow me to go higher than the 8/10. First the lights. Not everyone can sleep through the morning lights and need a fully dark room to stay asleep. In my case, no matter what I did and how I tried to close the curtains at full capacity, there was too much light coming in at 7 in the morning, waking me up without needing to. Second, the AC. My room hadn’t a real AC as it was much more of a building built heater/air controller which only worked at exact times and not when I wanted it to work. I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. Never too hot or cool, but I’d like to have the chance to turn it up and off as I like.

Check-in and check-out were smooth, making the arrival and departure hassle-free. The underground parking included in the price was a great convenience. The hotel has a great location, making it easy to explore the city. I loved the cozy corner rooms, and the staff kindly accommodated my request for the same type of room again. One of the absolute highlights was the bed—it was incredibly comfortable, with the best mattress I’ve ever slept on!

I love the eco-friendly approach and don’t mind skipping the cleaning during my stay, so instead of housekeeping, guests receive bar coupons, and the selection of drinks available in exchange could be better. Additionally, the room lacked some basic essentials like plates and cutlery, which would have been useful, especially for guests who didn’t have meals included.

Nice spacious room, quiet. If you are by car the car park is really convenient, same level as the lobby, accessible without going outside. Waters and sweets at the reception is a nice gesture that was appreciated. You can find some nice restaurants in the neighbourhood.

The Hotel is not really on the Alexander Platz, but opposite to the entrance of the Friedrichshein park, so all trips take an extra tram ride. On-line check in saves some time, but does not avoid you waiting in queue, you might as well not bother.

The room was large enough to enjoy. We had 3 people and the spare bed didn't end up making the room cramped. We were on the 5th floor and all the facilities were lovely. Enough plugs to power everything for 3 people, lights were great and the bathroom was amazing. The breakfast package for 20 EUR was amazing! The variety and quality so many different options and if you want to have your eggs done a particular way you only need to ask. I was happy with my hard boiled eggs and my children were happy with the scrambled eggs which were there every day.

The only thing that I wasn't quite happy about was the quality of the wifi. We found that the free wifi wasn't really at a speed where I could do some work effectively. As much as I was on holiday I needed to do a small amount of work on several days which I usually like to do quickly and efficiently and I'm reliant on the wifi. Most hotels that I've stayed at have really good internet capabilities such as the one I'm in now. I felt that it could have been better. It slowed down my efficiency which then resulted in me using hotspot on my phone to get work done.

They had a lovely set of dog bowls and a dog bed in the room waiting for us. We ended up not bringing the dog (which we had not communicated well) but it was lovely to see how welcome pets are there. Lovely staff, multilingual and very comfortable to speak English, my foreign guests felt very much at home. One friend stayed out until sunrise and upon returning needed a late checkout. Since this was possible it was offered and handled nicely. Great service, ver friendly receptionists. Would go there again in a heatbeat

Very clean hotel in quiet part of Berlin. You get a free drink if you don't clean every day. We loved the small fridge and equipment for making coffee and tea. Very very friendly female receptionists. They even changed immediately our room because of not working air conditioner. Only 10 minute walk to U bahn station. Many grocery stores around and restaurants.

The air conditioner doesn't have remote control,but it is set by hotel. But it was ok in end of May/early June.

Very clean room, with the necessary amenities one would expect from a 4 star hotel, excellent and diverse breakfast options, good communication with the staff before and during my stay there, though the English of some of the people at the reception desk was rather poor. Overall, good experience

The location is not great. Getting to the hotel from the airport when using public transportation is rather difficult (two S-bahn trains plus either a tramway or a long walk) and the hotel is not very close to any S-bahn or U-bahn stations. For one who enjoys walking long distances, this is not a problem, but for those who do no or are not able to, getting to various parts of Berlin may be a bit difficult. On the last day of my say, I left very early in the morning (5 am) and, as I had breakfast included in the stay, I was expecting some sort of travel breakfast to pick up at the reception desk when I left. This was not the case. I did not explicitly request it, but my experience with other hotels was that I would receive it even without a previous request.

This hotel is an amazing option. The staff is very kind and friendly. They offered me a room based on my preferences (Subject to availability, which in my case was possible). the room is pretty nice and clean. Awesome breakfast, and they gave me one free drink at bar per day. There are transportation options pretty close, so I had no problems to move around the city. I really enjoyed my time here and certainly would be back. Highly recommended
