Comfortable bed. Comfortable size room. The hotel keeps your luggage in a proper storage room, if you have time to do some more sightseeing between the check out time and your flight. Alexanderplatz is a busy place, and a bit mad, but the hotel is right on the side of this madness and we couldn't hear much noise in our room.

A slight drain and sewage smell in the bathroom.

The breakfast was very good.

I found it a bit strange that whilst there was a mini-safe in my room, I couldn't access it because I'd only paid for a standard room! I would have thought it would be in the hotel's interest to provide access to the safe to ensure that all guests' valuables (including passport) remained safe.

The hotel is located in the heart of Alexandersplatz, so you can get anywhere from there either by walking if your capable, or with the metro. The design of the building was nice and modern and they had a nice bar at the reception.

I have to say that the moquette carpet was not very comfortable due to its typical dated hotel smell. For such a hotel I think it's crucial to renovate this and change it. Also there was no available room service to have your room clean after the morning hours, something that other hotels are happy to take care of. Lastly, the mini self-service market in the reception while appreciated, the prices were way too expensive than normal retail prices. I wouldn't recommend you to take anything from there, you can easily find all these products much much cheaper in some convenient stores nearby (I believe there was one in the same building block).

Location ideal for Alexanderplatz station. Room clean and comfortable. Very easy to control temperature and nice and cosy which was needed with all the snow outside. Reception were super helpful and the lady who checked us in was so friendly and let us check in 3 hrs early which we very much appreciated. Thank you! Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Lots of options. Noticed gluten free bread available which was great. Individually wrapped so no cross contamination. Lots of tables available. Small self serve shop in reception for drinks, snacks, beer and things like toothpaste etc which was a great addition.

Breakfast quality much better than UK equivalents - breakfast bar felt much better stocked, and with the options that were provided there was space for regional things such as kaiser rolls / streaky bacon and a good choice of cereal/seeds. Showers were excellent too, as well as provided towels. Comfy beds. Staff were very welcoming too and much appreciated. Located very conveniently to the ubahn / sbahn and train stations, as well as food options.

The room got very hot, very rapidly. Ended up at 28 degrees on the first morning. Leaving the window open and disabling the aircon seemed to help but that also opened us up to street noise/metros, but that was fine as we brought earplugs.

Perfect location 10min from Alexanderplatz. Modern clean room and comfortable bed. Good that there are vending machines for drinks and snacks. Good there is a kettle, coffee and tea provided in the room. Although our room was facing the street the noise from the tram was not annoying.

One must inform the reception if they desire daily room housekeeping. I believe it would be easier to take it for granted that they will clean the room unless one tells them not to. Thus avoiding misunderstandings. The hotel is very busy and it seems that there are waiting lines at the reception most of the time for checking in, checking out acquiring services and info.

It is very central in Berlin, just steps away from Alexanderplatz. You have all types of public transportation nearby, and if you take a tour bus, you can also catch it near the hotel. Breakfast is varied and complete, and there are plenty of restaurant options at Alexanderplatz

The hotel doesn't have AC (I think most hotels there don’t have it). If you want some fresh air at night, you have to open the window. However, since part of the hotel faces a big road, it can get a bit noisy at night, especially with police and ambulance sirens.

This is probably the best Premier Inn that we have stayed in. Better than any of the UK ones certainly. From the start the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and spacious, the bar was a decent size with lots of seating and open 24 hours. Perfect. The room was pretty good or as good as a family room can be. Tidy and comfortable and warm so ideal for the time of year. Breakfast was amazing. Would definitely recommend having breakfast. Honestly it was a highlight. Location was good, considering the price you can’t complain about that. My only disappointment, which is nothing to do with the hotel but, but the building work at Alexanderplatz, which had closed off a large part of the area. I have previously enjoyed that area for the Christmas market and the reason we chose this hotel. Still not a game changer and still enjoyed our trip. Would definitely stay again.

The self service sweets area. My kids were drawn to it all the time so had to keep stopping them.

Really close to a lot of museums and good restaurants. Nicely cleaned room and the hotel itself. The room was always warm and we didn’t have to turn the heat up. The access in the hotel at night can be made by the room’s access card and same with elevators so it felt safe.

The room’s door wouldn’t close properly even though it was a heavy one. If we wouldn’t drag it then it would remain unlocked. No AC, I don’t know how it feels during summer. Bathroom door was a sliding one and the bottom side didn’t have rail so it would bang a few times every time you moved it (the sound is a bit bothering) The wi-fi wasn’t so great, you have to pay 10 euros to use a good one.

Perfectly located, walking distance to TV tower, museum island, Berlin Cathedral, also next to subway/ train station. Nice & friendly staff, very nice lobby area, self service store 24/7 next to reception.

The room we had (2 adults + 1 child, 10 y.o.) was extremely small. The bed for the child (an extended sofa) was very incomfortable, impossible to sleep in. No minibar available in the room. Room heating was preset to maximum 21 degrees Celsius. (we were very cold and wanted to heat it more when we arrived).
