I was very skeptical about the door code and how we would get into the property, but it was absolutely flawless. They sent me an email with the room and code number, stating that check-in was at 15:00, and the code started working at exactly 15:00. The room was very spacious, and everything was clean to a pretty good standard. The bed was also comfortable, and although the pillows were quite small, they were sufficient. The location is very good, just a 5-minute walk from the Alexanderplatz U-Bahn station, which you will most likely use if you want to get around the city center and visit all the significant historical sites. Alexanderplatz is also a great place for shopping and eating in general, making the accommodation feel like it's in the center of the city. Even though we didn’t use the kitchen, it had everything, including a fridge, microwave, etc. If I ever went to Berlin again, I would book here again.

good location, modern equipment, sufficient for sleeping

although at first glance the accommodation looks good, there are a lot of details that spoil it. Broken details (doesn't interfere with functionality but doesn't look good) hair on the bed, not very good cleaning

It was comfy, room was very nice and the location was perfect. It was awesome for what we needed. The beds and pillows were really comfortable.

It was way too hot, check in code didn’t come at 3pm but later, and the coffee machine was a bit clogged and it was spilling coffee. At one point there was at least 10 police officers in the building, they were searching for someone and they were at the hotel for 2h…it felt a bit sketchy.

great location close to alexanderplatz and ubahn, yet also close to a very hip neighbourbood with lots of restaurants, bars and shops. well equipped kitchenette with clean dishes and utensils. thanks to the code locked main entrance i felt very safe.

the floor was very dirty. it’s necessary to bring slippers. not even the shower floor looked clean. the apartment also wasn’t the same as in the pictures. noisy tram right outside mitigated by good windows.

Excellent location, useful to have a kitchen and also a gym. Good value for money.

TV wasn't working in room or gym. Facilities fixed the TV in our room on the next business day, as the office is not staffed on weekends/public holidays..

Convenient location, good size, modern look, comfortable bed, closed windows blocked traffic noise well.

Just some minor oversights: * No plug for the kitchen sink, though we were promised one would be delivered (we could have asked again but found the bathtub plug fitted close enough). * Insufficient toilet paper for 2 people staying 4 nights. North facing so too warm for us (no aircon as per advertisement) but leaving windows open brought traffic noise incl. sirens from numerous emergency vehicles.

Location is good, not far away from AlexanderPlatz so many connections to move around the city from this location. Apartments were equipped with everything you may need for shorter or longer stay, however rooms were compact.

Apartments are somewhat worn out but still ok for staying. Some furniture could be renewed. After reading lots of negative comments I was afraid me and my family will have bad experience staying in VisionApartments Berlin, but it's not that bad as comments in Booking or TripAdvisor. Beds were not very comfortable too. No air conditioner so sometimes it's too hot in the rooms. Location is noisy because of large flows of traffic including trams. However, windows are soundproof and you can have a good sleep with closed windows.

Excellent apartment with some minor nuances We stayed in these apartments and were generally very pleased. What we liked: Firstly, the apartment is very spacious, which created a feeling of comfort and freedom. Secondly, the bed was surprisingly comfortable - we slept well after a long flight. Thirdly, we were pleasantly surprised that everything we needed was already prepared: toilet paper, shampoo, soap, clean rags. Everything was very clean and tidy, which is always nice. What can be improved: Unfortunately, there was a little noise from the tram that passes nearby, which sometimes bothered us. Also, we never figured out how to regulate the temperature in the apartment, although this time it was quite comfortable. And finally, we would really like to see a small welcome set upon arrival - at least a couple of tea bags, coffee and some sugar. After the plane, you really want to have a cup of tea before going somewhere to a cafe. Despite these little things, we were left with a good impression and can recommend these apartments

We really liked the location, there was a well equipped small kitchen and the studio was relatively spacious and light. Good shower as well! Checkin went smooth for us.

There was a very strong smell of smoke in the room, also in the bed linen and curtains. There was some kind of weird purple led-lamp in the windows; we had no idea how to turn it off. It was on all night, and automatically switched off in the morning. Not a very big issue, but since the curtains were relatively thin, the room was quite light during the night.

Great location (really central, very short walk to transport links, shops, restaurants, landmarks and experiences), nice apartment (modern, clean & comfortable), kitchenette great to have (fridge to keep drinks & snacks cold, microwave & stove with all the basics to do your own cooking).

No facility to get more/fresh towels or extra toilet roll, no air conditioning so on warm nights it was quite stuffy (they do make no air con clear in the listing, but it’s something to keep in mind if you find it hard to get comfortable when you’re warm), it is the city centre so there are noises at night or when you have the windows open (trams, police cars etc) but you do get used to them and stop noticing them (it may be a problem if you are a light sleeper or have small kids though), it would have been nice if some tea/coffee was provided (bring your own if you don’t want to have to buy full packets for a short stay).
