The staff were very accommodating and friendly. I have a gluten allergy and they catered to my needs. The room was larger than I expected and even though I was only there for one night, would have happily stayed there another night. Walk to the train station to get in Berlin was not far and the train line was very easy to navigate around.

Nice little hotel in a small town. Pretty easy to get to and handy to Berlin by car, bus and train. Breakfast room quite lovely. Staff friendly and helpful 👌.

Initially the code to get into room was annoying but after getting used to it was OK

Really nice updated interior and rooms, while keeping with a more traditional german exterior. If you want a place in Teltow, Zehlendorf or maybe even Kleinmachnow, this is a hidden gem.

Clean, spacious, comfortable beds and very quiet.

Very friendly staff that speak English! We stayed for just one night for work and this is a great hotel for that goal. We were afraid that we might have to park in a shady neighborhood, but that's not the case at all! In just a few minutes you can get to the center of Berlin by car.

The hotel has a self-check-in service. When we arrived, late in the evening, there was no envelope waiting for us. We had to call a call center. The guy who answered the call didn't speak English, so I had to explain everything in y high-school german. In the end, it all worked out, but it was the last thing we needed after a long day on the road. Our room was situated at the entrance, at the roadside and there was a lot of noise.

The hotel was quaint and in a good location.

There was no air conditioning and it was HOT! we asked for more fans and was told they didn’t have any more. One room had no fans. The other two floor room for 4 people only had one fan. I can not recommend it for this reason. If only they could add air conditioning it would be great. I can’t talk about the staff as we never met a single person from the staff not on arrival or departure.
