The apartment was spacious and cozy, providing a comfortable stay. The building itself appeared to be recently renovated and was exceptionally clean inside. Additionally, having a supermarket just a 5-minute walk away was incredibly convenient.

We stayed here while visiting the nearby hospital for a few days, so we didn't have a chance to explore Berlin. Because of that, I can't speak to how convenient the location is for accessing the city, but the hotel was perfect for our needs during our hospital visits.

Quite location in the Berlin south west. Plenty of parking space. Getting the key was easy. Good-sized fridge. Cups, plates and some silverware was provided. Bed was comfortable.

No dish soap or dish towels/paper towels were provided. TV was a bit small given the size of the room. If you don’t come by car then you might find it hard to get around - closest bus station is about 15 minutes to walk and closest s-Bahn station is about 25 minutes to walk.

Simply perfect! What else can I tell you? Very nice and peaceful neighborhood. There is a local center nearby and you can buy everything from there. It's almost 30 mins away from the Berlin Hbf by taxi. We had a Berlin welcome card for 48h and we used public transportation during our stay. They provide croissants every morning and unlimited coffee, hot chocolate and tea. We are super happy.

The room was very big and nice, the bed very comfy and all the kitchen utilities very useful.

The machine check-in process needed a bit more explaination. As there was no explaination for what kind of "ID" was required to be input, and we didn't figure out that it was the Passport ID until calling the 24/7 phone service. The WiFi was also slightly unstable at times. There were also two lights in the room that kept going out and coming on again after a while which was slightly frustrating.

The Apartment was spacious and very comfortable. Clean and well cared for. Big bathroom and wonderful tub!

I would have appreciated more lighting in the hallway at night. Honestly I really like this property and since I come to Zehlendorf often, I will stay again!

Great location

One of the rooms had a bad smell when we arrived. The smell went away after leaving the windows open for a while. We think someone may have been cooking something there before our stay When we arrived (late) the machine dispensing cards did not work and we had to call a number to get into the building and rooms we were staying in. The phone message was in German which would have been a problem for someone who cannot understand German. I think this can be improved

Late check-in was afforded by a kiosk outside the main entrance. It was simple quick and easy to use. The kiosk provided my room key and the whole process only required a few short minutes.

I can't think of anything. Everything was as advertised. It would've been nice to stream video from the television rather than watching from my phone.

We were worried about checking in after 20;00 when no help from staff was available. We were lucky to arrive before 20:00 to get support from the staff.

The lift was broken towards the end of stay. Had to use lift at far end. Path outside accommodation to main road could be a bit safer when snow & ice. It is a bit pricy when you consider that stay does not include breakfast, but that's a general issue these days.

Was a great self-contained studio apt very close to full shopping possibilities and multiple city bus routes.

I didn't like that there wasn't someone available at the property from 7pm to 7am in case there was a need. Or at least an easy to reach number if there was a problem with the key cards.
