The hotel was nice and clean. On a peaceful location and near basic things that you need. Parking is big and the staff is nice and pleasant. This is my second time in this hotel and I can say for sure I will come back.

It would be nice to have room service in the hotel. Sometimes you just want to order in the room and enjoy it there. And the menu needs a little bit more cuisine. It is small and limited. It would be nice to have more choices.

Great location, it was the first time staying in a GINN hotel and I am very happy with the experience.. Fantastic staff, room was excellent, beds were massive and very comfortable. Great open modern reception area with bar and pool table and chill out area…outside had also option to sit chill eat and have some drinks…Breakfast was also awesome with Gluten free option…Definitely recommend 👍

Good secure parking nice room clean and serviced daily. Menu in the restaurant a little poor and the restaurant closed two nights for functions, and only one decent Italian close to the hotel 5 min walk!🚶 Overall I would book again conveniently located with connections to Berlin by bus.

The restaurant Menü was poor at night, but the breakfast was ok if a bit crowded

The staff was very forthcomming and the service was very good... The restaurant served for very good food for new years eve... very good new years celebration at the hotel

We really missed a refrighturator where we could keep our goods cold... Also we missed the possiablety to make us self a cub of tee/café

From start to finish the stay was well-arranged. Even the most standard rooms are very spacious with king size beds and lots of room for storage. The bathroom was equipped with a bathtub which in many other hotels in this price range is not standard either. I really liked the industrial design and atmosphere around the building. Breakfast buffet offers a lot of choice. In total I can hardly imagine getting more value for the price I paid.

The location was ideal for me because it was close to where I needed to be, but tourism that does not come by car may struggle to get to around the area.

Very nice positioned, with excellent breakfast (with options for all nutrition needs), excellent service, big parking- deserve full recommendation! We liked to have our breakfast outside :-)

Nothing special

It is our third time at GINN's and there is a reason we keep coming back. We just love it!

Strangely enough, there was a smell of cigarettes on the 2nd floor in the corridor. Sometimes even slightly penetrative to the room. We thought the hotel has no smoking policy

The staff was very friendly and professional. The location has a nice and peaceful garden at the canal. Breakfast is very good.

I did not find a locker in my room. I believe the hotel offers one but couldn't find any info about it.

Everything was okay. Incase you are using public transport the location is next to a bus stop like 2min away. If you want to be out of the city this is also a great place. Breakfast was great with alot of options. The room was clean.

The room was not too spacious. I arrived early than the expected check in time and therefore I had to pay some extra cash for that.

The reception staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Rooms are very well maintained and the cleaning staff ensures that it remains that way everyday. Needless to say I greatly recommend staying in this hotel ..It is at a beautiful location . Bus routes are right outside the hotel so it is easy to get around. 10/10 from me
