Very good service, lovely emploees, nice quite room, good solid Wi-Fi, clean, hot water. Great place for a short staying (up to a week)

The combination of high ceillings (eco) and wooden doors can get a little noisy when you open/close/lock them. elivator is available only up to the first floor. The loundry service are expensive in my opinion, but maybe it's worth the price. I don't no because it was out of my budget.

The room was very clean. I loved how it is facing an inner yard, from where you can hear birds chirping. The hotel is very quiet and located in a very nice and safe district of Berlin. Reaching the city center is easy by bus and S-Bahn for about 30 minutes. The personnel were friendly and I even managed to check-in quite early. Near Lichterfelde West there are enough options of restaurants and shops.

WLAN was not working.

We liked the fact that it was very, very quiet. The access to the building was also very easy. We arrived late, but we could enter the building easily with the instructions of the receptionist. The building, room, bathroom, everything was perfect. The hotel is in the south of Berlin so it can be a bit far away; despite of that, once you understand how to get there with S-Bahn and buses, that's not a big problem.

The hotel is cca 25 mins from the center of Berlin. The location is quiet and near two bus stations going to the S-bahn station where are various shops. The breakfast includes various loaves of bread, salami, cheeses, scrambled eggs, coffee, and juice. The staff is friendly and helpful,

The room was on the 2nd floor without a lift, so if a big suitcase... Otherwise, a small fridge would be great.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. There is no water kettle in the room, but it’s available upon request.

Tea/coffee station in the room would be nice. Also, for this price, I think breakfast should be included.

The buffet breakfast was tasty and the dining room was bright and had a nice view. The building is very unique and in a very quiet residential area. Room was air conditioned and had blackout curtains

I had difficulties receiving my key due to a language barrier with the staff, though they were very accommodating in helping me.

Good location. Our room was quite large and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Next time we travel to Berlin, we would like to stay again at this hotel.

The hotel looks nice and pretty. The staffs are friendly.

The bed was spartan. If you are using public transportation, you should have a fair understanding of the layout of Berlin as it's way south west.

Beds were not great, room could have used a fan to help with heat, screen on the window to keep out bugs.

The location is nice, clean, and quiet. It is not too far from Freie Universität Berlin. Buffet breakfast was good. The hotel has an old-style atmosphere with old furniture which actually suits it quite well. The room was relatively large and comfortable.

As it is quite common in hotels in Germany, Wi-Fi was not stable.
