It’s a great hotel with super nice and helpful staff. Rooms are very clean and it’s located close to shopping and many great restaurants.

Air condition will be a plus but we did not really need it. I can just imagine if + 28 outside the fan will not be enough.

The staff was exceptional it was very clean also. The offer of free coffee and tea from 1 to 9pm was fantastic. I was there to work in that room for 10 days and it was quiet and so friendly.

The hotel was nice, really clean, well equipped and close to the metro station. Both beds and sofas were comfortable to sleep on. The staff was accommodating.

We had a feeling that the room (111) was smaller than stated in the ad (24m2) and it was definitely different from what was pictured during a booking process. The family room is too small for 4 people. The shower was leaking which we reported at the reception. They siliconed it the next morning but it didn't help.

The location with easy access to shopping and restaurants

Going outside in the rain with suitcases because room was in next building. Also, bathroom shower should have a rubber mat on the floor. Tiles are flat and when wet, extremely slippery. An accident will happen soon. Very bad planning. Also, the breakfast room has the charm of a hospital cafeteria. With a name of “Anna 1908” and the outside facade my expectations were more for finding a historic atmosphere. The only history left were the big wooden doors. The cheap plastic floors all over are not very inviting and detract from any charm the space is supposed to have.

Late check in and paying to get in room earlier

Good location, just 2 minute walk to the underground, 5 minute walk to S-bahn. Total 20 minutes by public transport to Brandenburg gate. Easy access by car to/from A100, handy in transit (outside of Berlin Green Zone). Comfortable room. Good communication with staff. Tasty breakfast and friendly service. Reasonable parking rate of 12 euro per night. Asked for a bit later check out and granted without issues.

1. For info - tight entrance to the parking, would make inexperienced drivers uncomfortable. 2. For info - if you arrive after 22.00, the reception is closed so you need to generate room key online. This can be problematic for less tech-savvy people. 3. For info - old building, not suitable for wheelchair stays. 4. Still it would have been a stay I would have rated 10/10, if upon departure I wasn't charged 7 EUR for a thermos of hot WATER and TWO bags of tea, for which I asked before hitting the road. This is in the context of the time being 11.45 AM and us paying ~45 EUR for breakfast which just recently closed. Logic explained is that 1 cup of tea costs 3.5 EUR, but I find that decision questionable in the context of us just paying so much for breakfast.

I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was really helpful and courteous. The location of the hotel is great and close to everything. Regards.

Clean, friendly staff, perfect for shorter stays.

The staff at the hotel is awesome! Can't express enough how much we appreciate their kindness, knowledge and customer focus. Deep respect to such amazing team! Our small room was... small, but very clean. The beds and pillows were soft and comfy, the linens and towels - pristine while. The room was cleaned daily and towels were changed as requested. Plus a lovely view from the window and aroma of the blooming linden trees. The absence of the basic stuff offered everywhere else around the globe, did not spoil our stay. But honestly, for €145 euro per night I really expected more.

There are no room amenities: no kettle, no tea, no cups, no drinking water. Only two glasses and the bottle opener. No toothbrushes, no toothpaste, no shampoo & conditioner (only washing liquid inside the shower stall and next to the sink), no slippers, no even shower cap! I am not mentioning the bathrobes...
