Very polite staff, room comfortable and clean. Excellent location, nearby there is a cafeteria, restaurants, shop. Good transport links. We rented a room in this hotel for the second time and were completely satisfied. We recommend!

Very clean room. Little soap and shampoo for free, included towels. Balcony has an ashtray and chairs. Location has convinient public transport connections. Elevator in the building. Clean and big beds.

Nothing to add here, just a ‘warning’ for people who require silence, you have to ask for an courtyard room because the cars sound might disturb you. Also need to have at least 50€ in cash for the keys deposit.

Nice clean room but pity had separate toilet a shower but managed. Wee baker/cafe under was great opened 06:00 for coffee,cakes,rolls, breakfasts at fair price. Bolt taxi into town only €12 a bargain. Italian restaurant 5 mins away served excellent food.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, me and my family did not expect much of a room for three with shared bathroom but it exceeded our expectations! Price and quality ratio in this place is amazing:) We stayed for one night so we did not need much of a comfort but room was clean and beds were comfy. Near by is a small, family-runned coffee shop that is amazing for fresh, tasty and cheap breakfast (about 7-8eur with coffee). City center was about 20 min by metro (about 6 km), so I would say it is quite near by famous sightseeing objects. If you come by car as we did the parking on the street near hostel is free!:)

Connecting to wifi was a bit complicating but for one night stay it was not a big issue for us Also only one room key for 3 people but I guess this is an easy solvable problem because staff is really friendly and helpful:)

we were unlucky with the neighbors, they were very loud, but the place is not to blame

Everything was clean and nice. Staff friendly. Great location, easy to get around Berlin.

Be aware that you do need to pay a deposit on arrival, but this is paid back when you return your keys.

I am returning customer. I visit once a year because the location suits my visit's purpose. Easy like that. For my and my friends needs, it is perfect. The comfort reflects the price. All good for me.

Reception service was absolutely fantastic.

Somebodys trash outside the window on the balcony. After smoking smelled in the toilet. The room was different from this what was presented in offer.

Staff attitude was very good.
