The bed was very comfortable, nice tv, loved the blackout curtains. Room was clean, nice vibe. Close to the railway station. Quiet neighbourhood. Very friendly staff.

Had a funky smell in the bathroom at first. The shower door was weirdly designed, weird way to open it and get in. Might have done something wrong tho. The bathroom isolation from the rest of the room was mediocre (glass door with holes as handles). The room was very hot and had no air conditioning.

I was a bit worried about the rooms and reception staff after reading quite a few negative reviews on Google, but all of those criticisms proved inaccurate. The hotel was good in general, very clean and well maintained. The rooms were like any good 3 star hotel and (contrary to Google reviews) the bathroom was quite spacious with opaque sliding glass doors so there was no problem at all. The multiple reception staff I met over the days we stayed were also very polite and helpful (again unlike the Google reviews which seem to have been caused by one specific person). Overall, a good deal for the price paid and I would stay here again!

WiFi signal was weak and unreliable. If you plan to work, game or watch a lot of movies - this could be a problem.

Thw staff are friendly. The location is not bad, 10 minutes walk from main streets and stores. The room was cleaned daily,exept one day. The manager agreed to upgrade the room without additional charges (a room with sofa).

I asked for towels at the evening and they didnt have any left. Only had 3 small ones. Also they didnt have an exyra pellow. Very wierd. The bathroom had a glass door, very bad idea. Take that into concedration.

The location, breakfast and size of rooms were perfect. Showers working, towels clean and soft. The bed was comfy. It was quiet at night even if I was two doors opposite the elevator. No problem. The staff was always helpful as well.

But my room was cleaned two days in a row not. I know it is sustainable but someone should have the choice. But it was sorted the next day.

Great design of bathroom which opened into the bedroom....very comfortable and spacious room....wonderful staff....small but very satisfying breakfast.....nice minimalist Nordic design....they have a scheme where if you don't want cleaning every day then you get a free drink! The staff were very nice about the wi-fi problems and gave me a free breakfast because of it.

The internet kept coming and going which is something you really don't expect in the middle of Europe. Location isn't too good, though served my purposes...the road it is on seems to be a quiet backwater but is actually quite noisy if you have a front facing room on a low floor. The U-bahn it is near is pretty useless for sight seeing purposes and you have to walk to the Charlottenburg S-bahn which is a brisk 15 min walk, though a nice one. Not much around by way of cafes as a pretty residential area so ended up having to have breakfast in house. A kettle in the rooms would be great.

The rooms were fully equipped for a comfortable stay, whether it was for a short or medium duration. It had all the necessary amenities such as a microwave, kettle, stove top, fridge, and cooking utensils. The bathroom was spacious and provided essential items like shower gel and hand wash. The fluffy white towels were a delight to use. The friendly cleaner came to tidy up the room every day. The location was convenient, with two train stations within walking distance, as well as the main shopping strip. I enjoyed a delicious Indian dinner at Aarna Devi, which was just a 3-minute walk away.

Although the bed was narrow, it was still very comfortable. As a petite person, it was a perfect fit for me. However, if you are a taller or larger person traveling alone and opt for the single bed, it may not provide enough space for you.

It was clean. Good value for your price. Staff were very helpful. Close to Charlottenburg station. Overall good hotel.

A can of Red Bull and/or a bottle or cola from their own vending machine costs €4.00/€4.50. Ridiculous. And sometimes the cleaning people didnt replace my towel but only took the old one with them. A bottle of water in the room wouldve been nice.

The room wasn't as clear as we expected. But it was acceptable. The bathroom was part of the room, and that was a little strange. It can also be uncomfortable when non relatives stay in one room.

There was no parking offered. i booked 4 rooms with 2 cars yet i had to park on street. though street had parking but its always hassel to look for parking. mention this in advance that parkings are not available so customers can plan accordinlgy.

The room was really neat and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom blended seamlessly into the room and was very clean with all the basics available and the privacy was very good. There was a safe to keep valuables and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was a little hot but nothing too major
