Super cute boutique hotel in great location away from the center of city ! No outside street noise . A little noise from inside - mostly the climbing of stairs . Nice goood old fashion keys !! So heat stays on when you leave the room! Winter can be cold in Berlin! So that’s always nice when you don’t have the electronic keys that turn power off in the room every time you leave ! Top floor room . Plenty of seating , desk , tv . Big room ! Nice cozy room! Large bathroom. Most importantly it was a Clean room!! Huge cozy bed ! Good area for shopping and eating ,convenient stores and grocery stores near by and just a 15-20 minute walk to the big shopping street . While I didn’t partake of the breakfast my partner did and said it was good . The coffee he brought to me each morning was good . Comfy bed , nice warm blankets . Charmingly decorated hotel and room. Quiet hotel to be on such a busy street . Good parking in back , safe , well lit , secure area and also option to park on road in front . Charming hotel. I would stay again and I do recommend it .

3 flights of stairs , has no hiss . Check in closes 8 pm ! Some nights when we returned is was closed 7:30 . Location to U ban is fairly close but those lines aren’t all working Heater in bathroom is not working properly, cold after shower with no heat . No safe . No refrigerator. No tea kettle or coffee in room . More pillows for bed needed but that’s not a big deal . Do not try to check in after 8 pm and if you are arriving later than 6 I would call them to make sure they don’t close before their stated 8 pm closing time …. Not that it will help because they will inform you sternly that they close 8pm!! WiFi was a little hit or miss and sometimes slow.

Small hotel built into a former villa. It was the perfect location at a great price for my specific needs. Daily breakfast was a welcome start to the day. The high ceilings made my modest room feel spacious and even a bit luxurious. The owner was very friendly as was staff.

I needed to be in this part of town but if you don’t, it’s maybe too sleepy and non-touristy

The owners and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was big enough with a nice bathroom, overall very clean. Beds were comfortable with soft pillows. Breakfast was an open buffet with fresh ingredients. Location is good, close to bus and metro stations. There is also free parking behind the hotel. Definitely will stay there whenever we are in Berlin.

The place is situated in calm location and little far from the bus and tram station. You need to be walking 5 mins to reach the hotel. Restaurants and also Take away also in a bit distance. The booking includes the breakfast with many options. They also have a parking spots for the cars. The room was spacious and also cleaned neatly with out any smell.

The only didn't know before booking, how far is from the tram station. Our almost 4 year old hated to walk as she was so tired after the City tour.

This is a cosy hotel in a convenient location. A U-Bahn station is located up the street and an S-Bahn station is maybe 5-8 minutes away on foot. Double bedroom with a very comfortable bed. Good choice of food at breakfast served in an attractive room.

I booked this stay for my parents. They were extremely happy with their stay. They arrived early and were allowed check in 2 hours early. They were met by a very friendly and welcoming couple. The breakfast each morning was fantastic and the garden was a beautiful place to relax. From start to finish the staff were very help.ful, giving advice on where to visit and kindly printed their boarding passes before leaving. Thank you so much for helping to make my parents visit to Berlin, a visit of a lifetime. Thank you

At reception hotel person has to be available atlest in night so that visitor should not face any issue as they used to come from outside of country and little bit trouble if any one coming first time.

Interesting decor, comfortable ambiance, reasonable breakfast, adequate bathroom, lots of electrical sockets.

Room in basement, uncomfortable window, worn towels.

The mattress was very comfortable, the room was roomy and clean. The free parking next to the hotel was very convenient and the WIFI was working quite well as my partner was working in the evenings. It was a quiet and lovely area.

The third floor was not the most comfortable to go to with a toddler. The room did not have any air conditioning and the fan was not helping as the room was on the top floor - it was quite hot to sleep. We also did not know that the closest entrance to the U7 station was closed and ended up walking to the station for quite some time.
