It was really modern and clean. Quite up to date. Spacious and really impressive. Loved everything about it. Was very central to everything. Everything was password protected so no worries about a key. Very quiet there, double windows so I was next to the street but heard nothing. Really cozy place, was extremely past my expectations. Loved it!

Overall, the room was really well decorated and designed and the check in process was seamless, was able to come and go as I pleased and I loved being able to get in and out using the codes. I also enjoyed self serve access to the amenities and washer, it made it easy to get supplies if ever I needed and to wash my clothes in a simplified manner. Also, staff were incredibly responsive via WhatsApp for any issues.

There were quite a few days that had loud renovations. This was distracting as I was working remotely during my stay. Also, you have to the slam the doors hard to ensure they close and my hairdryer almost caught fire but they the staff were quick to replace it.

Located in a fancy/posh neighbourhood where all the luxury shops are. Not much to do around there, but really well communicated with beautiful parks and nice cafes.

There is something going on with their fire alarm. Apparently if people cook in the apartments with the windows closed, it goes off. It happened once during our one week stay, we received an automatic whatsApp message telling us to leave the premises ASAP at night. In the end none of the guests did it cause we saw no smoke or anything going on... which can be really dangerous if a real fire happens (meaning not having a trustworthy fire alarm...)

This was my second stay at Numa, and overall, I had a very positive experience. Even though there’s no traditional reception, the self-check-in process is smooth and actually better than many hotels with a front desk. Everything is clearly explained — just take a bit of time to read the instructions carefully, and you’ll have no issues. The staff are very professional and responsive, which is something I really value. The location is also perfect, with easy access to everything you need.

There were a couple of downsides. The room wasn’t perfectly clean, and I was occasionally disturbed by noise from other guests, especially when they were closing their doors. Still, despite these minor issues, I’d gladly stay at Numa again

Beautiful, spotlessly clean, air-conditioned room with high ceilings and large elegant windows. There was space for a large double bed and double sofa bed as well as the dining table and chairs, a coffee table and small armchair, desk and hanging space/shelves for clothing. The kitchenette was compact but had everything we needed. Olive oil, washing-up liquid, salt and pepper were provided, along with coffee pods, various tea bags, and little cartons of milk and oat milk. The bathroom was also small but with a very good use of space. The shower had good water pressure and temperature with a choice of a movable shower head or a fixed overhead 'rain' type head - this was fixed high up, so would be suitable for someone very tall. The cosy little balcony had a small table and 2 chairs so we could eat our meals outside while watching the world go by. It was sheltered by the balcony above, so we could still sit there when it rained. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were huge. I'd requested extra pillows in my booking and these were happily provided. Our favourite feature was the 'essentials closet' where guests could pick up more free supplies of coffee/tea/milks/toilet paper/towels/oil/washing-up liquid whenever needed. There were 2 washing machines and 2 dryers - guests book and pay for these using an app called 'WeWash', which I found easy to use. At the time of my stay, this cost €4 for 1 wash and €3 for 1 load of drying. There is no reception/concierge on site - the check-in process is online and you are sent entry codes, which worked fine for us. There is a Numa app with information, and for any queries you contact them using WhatsApp. Queries are initially answered by a bot (which was able to answer all of my questions), but you can ask to speak to an agent if needed.

Good alternative to hotels, if you want to have a kitchenette. Room was very clean and spacious. The kitchenette is well-equipped for 2 people and there were amenities such as coffee pods, oil, salt and pepper. Nearest supermarket about 10 mins away by foot (Lidl and Edeka). The location can a plus or a minus. The property sits in a very posh area, which is very clean and safe, but fairly far from the center (e.g. Alexanderplatz). You'll need to use public transport or a car. We were overall quite happy.

Online check-in process is overly cumbersome. If you need to add security features (such as ID recognition) then make sure they work and give prompt customer support or clear alternatives. The shower cabinet door leaked wildly and the floor mat was constantly soaked. We couldn't use the luggage lockers because they were full. That's not the property's fault, but it took us a long time to understand the reason none of the lockers would open. A simple 'occupied' sign would prevent misunderstandings and unnecessary customer service calls. Far from the center, but in a very upscale and safe neighborhood.

Everything was great. The room with the necessary things and lockers for luggage was a nice touch. The room was very large. Wonderful high ceilings. The bed and sofa very comfortable. The kitchenette very well equipped. We like decor.

It would be nice to have bigger mugs in the room instead of small cups. The fact that you can leave your luggage in the hotel building until 5pm is very convenient. It would be nice if the hotel had one toilet in the corridor, so that you could use it after collecting your luggage when you no longer have access to your room.

This location is a gem : it's close to everything you will need during your stay. There's a great bakery next to the entrance. Inside, the facilities are top-notch. The bed is probably the most confortable I have ever slept in my whole life. The fact that there is a desk was great for me as I needed to work. The wifi was excellent : it was always at top speed and I had no problems in any of my Zoom meetings. The chairs were confortable (even though I'm plus-sized). The TV worked great and was connected to GoogleCast, so I could watch my own streaming services. All in all, a great place.

I'm not sure I understood how to get your apartment cleaned. The message I got when I booked the room stated that I would get a free cleaning but I didn't get it. Instead, I had to book the cleaning service for 20€. I also got a message that warned me AC repairmen would drop in my room the following day in the morning, so I had to change my schedule and find someplace else to work. But they only arrived the next day, in the afternoon. So I had to cancel an appointment as I couldn't use the room at that time.

The location is good, mostly we used the bus to get around. The rooms have mini fridge and the beds is comfortable. Another big plus - the baggage storage room is available even before check in from 7 AM and also after the check out until 5 PM.

There was some construction in the building and we received a message that insurance will come to check the rooms. The message was sent to email about possible visit after 15 min. It can happen that info must be sent out last minute, but whats app or the numa apps notifications would have worked better because not everyone checks emails regularly especially on trips.

Quite smart, modern, high-ceilinged studio room with kitchen unit and ensuite in large converted Jugendstil building (with 2 lifts) just off Kurfürstendamm in Wilmersdorf/Charlottenburg, West Berlin. Reasonably priced. Pleasant, tranquil location: broad, quiet streets with shops and restaurants. U-Bahn and buses close by. No visible reception staff; but pin code for the room and elaborate app for information worked fine. Lively-looking bakery/cafe on ground floor. But better still for summertime breakfast was gorgeous bakery/cafe with terrace Aux Merveilleux de Fred a few yards east on Olivaer Platz: recommended.
