such a Lovely room, although the shower was leaking. The room itself was very pleasant, pretty furniture and a nice balcony. Also I enjoyed the gym on the first floor.

There’s just one thing I really did not enjoy, since the stay was quite expensive, I expected an air conditioner. Unfortunately there was none and the heat in this room was a lot to take as I tried to work in there. So I would recommend to place at least a fan in the room for summer. Or offer such a service maybe, cause to be honest I would just come back in winter or autumn under those conditions.

Spacious and comfortable apartment. Modern decor, comfortable beds, full kitchen. Friendly and responsive staff. Fantastic gym.

Location is not great next to a highway and not too well connected to public transport (S and U bahn). Also few restaurants nearby. No washing machine and ironing board in the room. There is a cellar with washing machines but they cost 8 Euros to wash and 8 to dry, which I found expensive on top of inconvenient.

We arrived by train but used the bus to travel into central city as very close to the accomodation and we enjoyed seeing the city. We also used the bus to go to area with many restaurants (2 stops). There was a nearby shop that we were able to walk to, to buy food etc.

As we were arriving after the reception closed, an email was sent to us to download an app on my phone. It was a bit of a worry as sent while we were travelling to Berlin by train and the internet was slow. But once done, it was very convenient.

I liked the location and gym available at the location. Room was clean and big as well as it was kitchen. I knew that I would not get food at the location as I was focusing more to get a proper Gym and I got one...

I did not like the fact that I could not get a proper food. Although there are some restaurants and grocery stores in the neighborhood.

This was my second stay in this hotel. Very nice room. Perfect hosts. I don’t know if it was on purpose or coincidence, but there was a present in the room- wich made me even more satisfied. Respect👌 Thank you members of hotel faces for the great stay

I loved the location and the beautiful interior design. The bed was very comfortable. The people working there are very friendly and helpful! 😊

The only thing would be that there is no elevator, but it’s good for exercising

There is a laundry room but works with special coins that I don’t know where to get and the reception was already closed. Maybe is better to out a machine that sells this coins so it can be used 24/7.

Anabelle was really helpful, during our check in process especially when we had a last minute change in our flight. Good hotel apartment with good facilities and house keeping as well. Will definitely come back again.

Very spacious and extremely comfortable. The bed was perfect and they offer a variety of cushions with different hardness. They have a great system for the room keys via the app and are very attentive that you have everything you need.

It's a quiet neighborhood and restaurants are a long walk away. Definitely need a car if staying here.

The host were very supportive, being in touch well in advance of arrival and assisting with setting up digital key. The apartment was very clean, spacious, with large and well equipped bathroom.
