- Reservation system for the courses could be better, we couldn’t join any of the courses we wanted to join even if we sent a reservation email a week before. - No introduction about the facilities was given, it took us some time to figure out how to plan the sauna visit, pool and the courses. Opening hours of the facilities are not matching with the information online. - Restaurant could offer more options with longer opening hours

Very good hotel, one of the best in Germany! Underground Parking, very good room, spacious, clean, state of the art. Breakfast also very good. Staff incredible and helpful. The gym however beats all other hotels. A real gym with just everything icl. access to the "tribal gym" - a full scale functional gym for professional athletes. All included. Amazing. There is also a spa incl. Olympic swimming pool - but I did not use it and cannot give any reviews.

Hotel was spotless, room big with a king size bed, really confortable! I would recommend this hotel for friends and family travelling to Berlin for sure.

Just to mention that we booked the daily spa access, we thought it was for the massages as in the booking says we need to arrange a time in reception. However, when I asked, the explanation was really poor by the receptionist as he told me it was only for sauna and swimming ( doesnt make sense if we need to arrange a time-slot). You will need to clarify this for next costumers!!

The room was large, clean and comfortable - the breakfast was pretty good too - friendly staff

The only issue was the location - it was nice enough but places to eat close by were a bit limited - I was staying for work and did not have that much time in the evening to find restaurants - there were a few places that looked fine but not if you are in a rush

The room was fantastic: very spacious, with a small but well-equipped kitchenette, a living area, and a bedroom with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was excellent, featuring a separate shower and bathtub. It looked more like an apartment than a hotel room. The spa and gym were stunning, exceeding my expectations with three well-equipped gym rooms and four saunas, along with an excellent resting area. The best price-quality ratio; I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Stayed in the Apartment room this time and really enjoyed it. It has a kitchenette with all utilities, a comfortable couch and a bath tube.

There were two tv units but only one single remote control. Every time I wanted to turn on one tv set, the other was also being turned on, same as navigating channels...

I was a little skeptical when I first realized this is primarily a gym/spa and a hotel second. That said, I can honestly say I’ve never worked out as regularly on a business trip! Got a solid workout in every day!

A bit more explanation about the sauna and rooftop bistro would be helpful. Since it’s mostly gym members up there, I feel like people are pretty used to the scene.

Loved it! It is the hotel with the best spa and fitness centre I have ever seen. Good breakfast and lunch options. As a draw back the restaurant closes early so no real food options for late dinners

the spa-retreat was included in our stay and was amazing, 4 types of sauna, cold bath, foot bath, rooftop relaxasion and more.

the included breakfast was minimal but suited us well, not the english breakfast type.

Everything!!! All in one place regarding the fitness journey what I enjoy. Wellness & Fitness & Massage & Restaurant. About the stuff… I feel always like home. Since many years ago always when I come in Berlin is my first choice to live. Thank you for existing. I love you all. 💝
