Great value for money. Bathrooms seemed to be cleaned at least twice per day. Good heating. Excellent connections with the city center with all S-Bahn lines right across the street from the hostel. I had the luck to even be alone in my room of 6 for most of my stay - which made the stay even better!

Unfortunately the city decided to tear off the beautiful art on the building's outer façade (it "stuck out" too much), which makes it look a bit desolate from the outside. I didn't even know I was at the right place at first! Apparently they are in court to make the city re-paint it so it at least looks good.

The staff at the check-in and the checkout was very friendly, spoke good English. The room was on the second floor. The room was spacious, furniture was indeed outdated but the bathroom was very clean. Clean towels were also provided. Bed was very comfortable. Didn't test the wifi, coffee machine works fine. The big advantage for us was the proximity of the train station - only a 2 minute walk. For the price - comfort ration, it is reasonable and good in my opinion.

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the door to our floor was getting slammed by people coming in the middle of the night which kept waking me up (our room was right in front of that door.)

The staff were all amazing and the room and bathroom was so clean. The luggage storage was excellent as well. Having that before and after check-in is such stress-reliever when you're moving about a lot. There was a lot of ventilation in the room, so it was not super hot in the night of summer. Although the street is a bit noisey, there are heaps of places nearby to eat at to suit all budgets.

There is not a lot to say here. The location is pretty far from the centre, but is is close to public transit that will get you there.

Fantastic value for money. Very clean. Fresh sheets, quilt cover and pillow case. Free towel. They do breakfast, but I didn't try it as there was a heatwave when I was there. Friend helpful staff. Close to shops , trains and bars, restaurants would definitely recommend and will stay again in future.

Only one shower, bathroom per floor, but I never had to wait long, so not really a complaint. The shower and toilet are in the one room, so you have privacy when showering.2

My daughter satyed in the hostel, but she doesn't have an account here, ha ha. Good location, an S-Bahn station and multiple bus stops very near. There's a lot of restaurants just around the corner, if you fancy those. Reception is open 24h, so that's a plus if you have any enquiries in the middle of the night. The room my daughter stayed in was spacious, well lit, it had a small sink and a lot of lockers. They were just next to the ladies bathroom, so that was amazing! No parading around in a towel.

It would be nice to put up a sign where the dirty laundry bins are - they're not that hard to find, but not easy either. The room was so, so warm at night, but that's to be expected in late summer.

The hostel is near the Berlin Trade Fair. There are many supermarkets nearby (EDEKA and LIDL). The staff are so friendly, I also met nice people at the hostel. From the forst floor, there are many tables that you can sit and have your own lunch/dinner.

The wifi on the third is not so strong but it’s fine because if you want to work, you can come to the first floor. There is only one bathroom for one floor but you can go to the 4th or 2nd floor to use the bathroom. Still 9.75/10 😀

perfect location near the S-Ban two stations away from Messe Sud. We booked a double room with private bathroom and the shower had great water pressure and hot water, the sanitaries were quite new and there were bathroom amenities such as shower gel and soap. The beds were comfortable enough and linens did not have any issue. Reception was friendly and professional, do not be fooled by the facade of the building, the graffiti were recently removed and they are re-doing it.

The histel is conveniently located close to Berlin Charlottenburg metro and train station, and close to restaurants, bars, pubs, and grocery stores. The facilities are dscent and as clean as they can be in a hostel (shared room and restsoom), especially compared to Berlin standards, which are really low in terms of cleanliness. There were lockers in the room, and you can bring your own lock or ask for one at the reception (you live a cash deposit and get it back when you bring the lock back at checkout).

The lockers are a bit small. Breakfast is not included in the price.

Loved the location. Was so easy to get into the centre but was nice to be just enough out of it that it was more green and peaceful. We were pleasantly surprised that we got really good and quiet nights sleep with the windows cracked open over a weekend in May. Was also fab to have a fan in the room. Also the Italian restaurant next door was amazing.

Being of the 4th floor was a pain with no lift but we were expecting this. Having a kettle in our rooms would have been preferable again as it was annoying to go all the way downstairs (it's more like 8 floors). Finally, I don't think they actually ever do breakfast looking at previous reviews so I don't think it should be advertised.

the hostel is close to S-Bahn and U-Bahn, the room and the bathroom were big and clean (also bed sheets), the bathroom was equipped (shampoo, body wash, soap), quality-price relation very good!

at first, we didn't recognize the building because the graffiti wall outside was in reconstruction. the room wasn't soundproof and there were children or teenagers outside our room screaming every hour (from early morning to even after 10 pm). even if the room door was locked, there was a gap and it didn't seem well closed.
