Unfortunately, this property got some quite bad remarks during the last year, so I booked even though I was a little bit afraid. In our case, nothing of those comments applied. The room was very clean, no dust or anything negative to remark. I really liked the room, because it is large and designed in light colours and wooden furniture. Especially the area with the desk and the sofa is very comfortable. I also liked the big bathroom with the large mirror in the corner. Some of the negative remarks were about noise of the street. I think when you book a room with view to one of the main streets of a capital like Berlin and want to sleep with open windows you really have to expect to hear noise of cars. In our case the room was at the back, to the courtyard, so it was one of the quietest hotel rooms of my whole life. The number was 213. Also, the temperature was very comfortable, not too cold, not too hot. Some comments were about the kettle and its short cable. But it was very easy to put it on the small extra table and to prepare your cup of tea in a comfortable way. The login to the internet was very easy and it was strong enough. The location everybody has to choose according of what he wants or needs to do. For my activities the location was perfect, very close to the Charlottenburg local train station and an important underground line (U7). The breakfast was standard if we talk about the food, but I would buy it again, because if you would have a breakfast in the city, it would not be cheaper anyway. The breakfast room is very cosy, and the rooftop and the view are positive aspects as well. The staff is extremely kind and speaks various languages, like, for example, Spanish, wich is very important for international guests. Some people made not so positive remarks because the reception is at the 7th floor. But I loved this detail! You take one elevator to get up the reception and another one to go down to your room. This gave me a feeling of security!

Interesting place of the hotel, all the public transport is nearby and u have mcdonalds right next to the hotel entrance :D

Beds are very soft.. nor comfortable for me. The water in the shower flows really slowly and i am preferring cold ones in the morning.. what was a little problem because water was not cold enough for me. Also i would recommend to install AC in the future because the temeprature is really high sometimes, especially in the night and it is hard to sleep in these conditons.

Really good location, s-bahns, u-bahns 1 minute walk from the hotel. You can get pretty much anywhere using both. Pretty lively neighborhood, tons of good places to visit and eat. The room was clean, bathroom was spacy and comfortable, beds were great.

There's no AC and it get's really hot, even in May where we had 25+ degrees everyday. You could open up the windows, but it's really loud outside, even with windows closed. But as I saw other places, it's pretty much the same all over the Berlin

The hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood with a variety of food, shopping, and transport options. The room was clean and comfortable. The furniture and overall design look old/vintage, but pleasant. I particularly enjoyed the armchair! The best value for that price I've found in Berlin for the selected date.

The elevator system might be a bit misleading. Also, some lights didn't function properly.

The elevator was broken the whole time we were there. Had to take stairs up to the first floor. The electrical sockets could be in a more convenient place, it was tricky to plug devices. The kettle was hidden away. When we brought it out there were no coffee cups and the cord was too short so we had to put it on the floor. Sockets are needed desk height throughout.

Location was excellent within close proximity of a U-Bahn (Wilmersdorfer-Straße) and an S-Bahn (Charlottenburg). It is within walking distance to Charlottenburg Palace. There are many eating places nearby for meals. I would also like to commend the female receptionist who works the night shift (unfortunately forgot to ask for her name) who was helpful in giving me recommendations on where to eat and visit.

I think it could be helpful if there was a kettle provided in the room for making hot beverages.

excellent helpful staff thanks to Sam for making the check in procedure (was very busy) very relaxed. got a free upgrade to the suite. loved the outdoor area on the 9th floor you could sit on comfortable couches in or out of the sunshine with amazing views of the city. excellent location in a great neighborhood 2 mins walk from the S bahn. big bath in the room with very hot water, what a pleasure to stay there!

Huge bedroom with a small kitchen. The price was also superb and very close to the train station. Drug stores and supermarkets are also close. The staff were very kind and the services were nice.

Our room was in front of the street, it was quite noisy, but closing the windows solved it. Pillow was quite high and the bed cushion was a little deformed.

Excellent position, next to U-bahn/S-bahn, many famous restaurants and shops around. Good view on the 7th top floor reception. I feel safe at night because every guests enter the hotel have to call the reception to confirm their identity. Thus, the staff offered us the salon room which has huge spaces inside ❤️

Currently the lift on the ground floor is broken, we have to walk upstairs 1st floor to use the lift. Luckily we don't have a big and heavy luggage. Hope it will be repaired soon.

"The staff are very nice people and very attentive. Despite requesting a room with a single bed for two people when we first arrived, they arranged a room with a double bed. When we reported the issue, they immediately worked to resolve it. The location is very central. One day, the coffee machine suddenly broke down and I tried to help, but I couldn't. And I can't forget the person working at the reception desk that day :) "
