A lovely hotel with very modern rooms and dining areas. The massage therapist was very knowledgable and friendly. The spa facilities were lovely and very relaxing spaces.

When we arrived the staff should have asked whether or not we would have been using the spa facilities and provided us with the robes and towels at that point. Instead we wandered to the spa area and were directed back to the reception. Again, there was little information shared that they were to be returned to the front desk at check out meaning we had to go back to the hotel room to get them. There wasn’t a great deal of atmosphere at the hotel and it is in the middle of nowhere. Great if you have a car but expensive if you’re reliant on taxis as there’s not a lot of public transport options.

The hotel is very well-run, clean and comfortable. Very big choice of breakfast available. We stay here every time we visit Berlin by car as the hotel is very close to the main autobahn.

For the first time in many years at this hotel, we had hidden charges. The receptionist informed me that I booked a double room with extra bed (for our six-year-old) for one person. I know this wasn't the case as we stayed here with the family before and we always booked it the same way. I didn't have the energy to argue the case as I was very tired after a long drive and agreed to the charges. Overall we paid €40 more than we did a month ago for exactly the same set up.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming and provided information in an efficient manner. I really liked the Cuba bar. Hotel located nicely at the supercharger. Pool looked really nice though we have not used it.

Bathroom looked old and it was blowing from the window. Do not go to the restaurant for dinner - overpriced and not worth it. We are fans of Van der Valk chain and expected much more from our food. Staff provided us with a free drink card for the bar, but would have been better to just have a tasty and adequately priced food instead.

this hotel is a very large one but we didn't get the feeling being too crowdy . It is very well located next to the highway A2 at about 4 kms from the entrance . the staff is very helpfull ; the room was large and very cleaned as well as the bathroom fully equiped with bathtube and shower there was a very large choice of excellents meal and bread at the breakfast.

A perfect stay for a short transit! The hotel was incredibly accommodating, especially for our pet—they provided a cozy bed and tasty snacks, which made our journey so much easier. While we didn’t have time to enjoy all the amenities (the pool looked inviting!), we felt well-rested and taken care of. Hopefully, next time we’ll have more time to relax before hitting the road again!

The entire hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and inviting. The location makes for easy access from the motorway, without compromising on noise or the overall atmosphere of the surroundings.

Although a 4-star hotel, there was no kettle for tea or coffee in the room, no mini fridge and the balcony door was difficult to open and close without disturbing fellow travelers.

It’s situated at a 20 min distance from the airport that gives the feeling of a resort experience. The hotel is dated in its classic design but it has modern day amenities: full service restaurant, spacious rooms (definitely get the hardwood floor room, not the carpeted one) an awesome indoor pool, sauna and walking spaces.

We originally booked the smaller of the rooms with the carpet — not a good idea. The the carpet had a cigarette smell; but so does the entrance of the lobby. However, Andreas saved the day! He upgraded us to a room with hardwood floor and it was a perfect match!

this large hotel is very well located next to the highway , and really easy to find . The staff is friendly and helpfull . Breakfast is ok but could have a bit more choice .

Excellent hotel, great location. Breakfast was fantastic. Evening meal was brilliant best burger I’ve had. Had a problem with Aircon in room didn’t work. The staff on reception moved us straight away and even upgraded us for the inconvenient. Can’t fault it enough would definitely recommend.

The breakfast was excellent! The reception staff has a good sense of humour and very service oriented. We arrived at 3am but still got the full checkin service. There is a supercharger right at the hotel, so an excellent option if you're traveling with an EV.

The location is a bit funky, right next to the highway but still a few mins drive because of weird street arrangements.
