The value for the price is really good. Booked a small studio with my partner for 1 night for 85 Euros. It was spacious enough for the two of us and very well equipped. Very clean and nicely furnished. The staff was super helpful and although the facility is organized in a remote way, they were able to instantly help with two request we had via phone and e-mail. There is a little shop where you can buy sweets, coffee, snacks and basic food like Pasta, soups and pesto, as well as drinks, which is nice. The digital check-in was effortless and convenient. Shuttle or taxi service takes you to the airport under 10 minutes. Highly recommend as airport hotel prior flying from BER.

I had a string of misfortunes reaching the property, from my plane being diverted to Hamburg due to fog, to reaching Berlin Airport by bus transfer at 2 am instead of 8 pm. When I reached the aiport, no taxi driver there was willing to take me because they were holding out for longer fares. I ended up having to walk almost 5 km at 2 am through an industrial zone and by some fields in the middle of the night. Despite all this misfortune and my extremely sour mood, the apartment was so nice that I very shortly started feeling much better due to how amazing the amenities were. Not to mention how very generous the breakfast is compared to how much it costs. They also left a complimentary drink and sweets which were really good! I highly recommend this place for the weary traveller, it is very well worth the money! PS: Thank you for the response and recommendation. I actually tried Bolt, Uber and regular Taxis and nobody was willing to accept my fare due to the short length. So whoever travels there late at night and plans to spend the night next to the airport, please note you may have significant challenges in finding a ride to take you to the incredibly good apartments next to it.

Clarity over how the digital key must be used, never used it before and there were not enough explanations and context given to english speakers. I had no issues realizing due to IT experience but others may not be in a similar situation. Everything else was perfect!

The standard studio is spacious, quiet, kitchen equipped with all I needed for a week stay. Bathroom is nice, spacious. Very clean and cozy. Small shop with all you need for a short stay. Good free wifi.

No staff in the office, in case you need some information or help. During my 8 nights stay, house keeping ring the bell twice in the morning, waking me up, with the Do NOT Disturb sign in the door. I work night shift, so it was very annoying as they woke me up. The pillow is very uncomfortable. Very often a strong smell of food being cocked in the corridors.

The apartments were really stylish and comfortable. The beds were to die for and I had some of the best nights of sleep in a long time. The place was easy to find and very simple to navigate. It’s also a good option if you know your way around Berlin, especially with the U-Bahn, S-Bahn, and DB train nearby. It’s great for saving money. The staff has a job cleaning every room so I made sure to strip my bedding, fold all my towels and wipe over the sides to make the cleaning process easier for the staff.

Getting to the shop at Berlin Airport was inconvenient. You need to take a bus, and the shuttle stops running from midnight until 3:30 AM. During that time, I had to take a taxi which cost 15 to 20 euros for a very short five-minute ride. That felt unreasonable. While I found the location manageable, it usually took about an hour to get to most parts of Berlin. That was the main downside. I also asked for a late check-out and was told they were fully booked, but the apartments seemed mostly empty during my stay, so I wasn’t sure if that was really the case. Other than those things, it was a great place overall.

Interesting hotel concept and very comfortable apartment close to Berlin airport with easy access.

The “virtual” concept has its deficiencies when Internet access doesn’t behave. No staff on site to respond to problems. We had received 2 separate confirmations; one for our room; one for parking. But we weren’t given access PINs to get into the building or the garage with either confirmation, and the QR code I received did not work either. Very difficult to resolve issues without onsite staff. Had to make an international call for assistance. Travelers who are not savvy with cell phone apps and Internet protocols might not be prepared for this hotel! Otherwise, make sure you have all the confirmations and codes in place before you arrive. If you’re comfortable with keyless, unstaffed hotels, the facilities here were otherwise great.

Very modern. Spacious bathroom. Functional kitchenette in the room. The breakfast was pre-packaged and in the fridge...not the fanciest, but we had enough to fill us.

The shuttle service was a little tricky because I didn't want to book it before we got to the airport to account for any delays (the website says that the reservation is only good for a half hour past the reservation). When I did finally book it, it took over 30 minutes for it to be verified and instructions sent. I ended up calling ipartment to get instructions. My advice...just book the shuttle for your best guess well ahead of time. They didn't really check our ticket anyway.

This place is fantastic,short or long stay, a real home from home. Excellent facilities, decor is great, bed is comfy, I've stayed here several times and I can honestly say it's really a second home. Not, it is a self catering type apartment, don't expect hotel style service with room made up every day, it gets serviced once a week, which for me is perfect. Kitchen and appliances are great, Nespresso coffee machine. Superior room has 2 TV. Excellent, that's all I can say. Oh, street parking for free and a bit of worry, but I personally pay for the tied garage, especially in the winter, snow and frost free, in the summer the car is cool.

The room was super cozy. Ideal for those who might be dealing with jetlag, and need to sleep the day away. The staff was nice, and helpful. They have a mini spaiti in the hotel, so you if you left anything behind don't worry they have it. If you need a quiet place to get away from the world without sacrificing modern conveniences, Id say this place is great for that. I loved it, was very sad to leave.

Transportation for people without cars is not ideal. Regular Bus to the airport came only 2 times an hour, very close together. Didn't try their shuttle service so I cant comment if that is better. It would be the ideal apartment living, if there was a decent supermarket nearby.

Its near the airport, easy to check in, the room was clean and modern. Had all we need. The bed is confortável but small for 2, big tv, good Internet.

The room was in ground floor and people walked past the room, which was a bit uncomfortable. But the worst part was the cleaning lady who kept knocking on the door at 8:00 in the morning. I told her we were there, she left and came back at 11:00, ringing the bell non stop, and telling us to leave, very rudely. However, we had arranged to check out at 12:00 by email, so they should see this kind of information of the guests first.
