I am very satisfied. The receptionist helped to bring my belongings to my room because I got scared with technical issues of elevator. Room was very nice. And receptionist who worked the next day understood my situation that I was hurry up to not miss my flight and make my check out quite fast.

Small minus there was no slippers in the room usually free available in hotels. The other thing I was not satisfied with dress code of young lady waitress in Restaurant. Her shirt was inside her jeans and trousers was very tight what made accent to her figure a lot. From my opinion waitress must look more reserved and walk reserved. Especially when she pass away married couple. Other option to use middle long skirt instead of very tight trousers. Other woman who was working there in the same time used her shirt outside her jeans and it looks at least more suitable. Best Regards

The location is excellent for the airport and train station with direct trains every 20 minutes into the city centre. The room was very comfortable, with a nice bathroom and excellent shower. Although there was a limited menu in the restaurant, the food was good, but a little more expensive than I would have expected. All of the staff were very good. The open plan ground floor, with the reception area adjoining the bar, which is next to the restaurant, is designed very nicely and is a very pleasant environment in which to relax.

The breakfast was satisfactory, but the choice of hot food was limited.

Dinner was great - the restaurant had gluten free bread to sub out for my burger which was unexpected and delightful (gluten allergy) since GF bread wasn't listed on the menu (probably change that). Location could not be beat for the airport!

I honestly didn't realize the hotel was outside the airport (stupid American), so I stood around for a bit trying to figure out what "Terminal 1 and 2" meant. The shower was great, but the water did manage to escape the shower area a bit, just needs a better seal. Two pillows per bed would be amazing!

The location is great - very close to Terminal 1, the airport S-Bahn/rail station and the airport bus stop. The staff were very helpful and friendly both at check-in and check-out. The restaurant remained open until 11.00 pm, which was really useful as I was arriving off an evening flight. The room was comfortable, meeting all my needs. Payment for the room was on arrival, with payment for food and drink on the spot, which made check-out really simple.

As I had not been through Berlin-Brandenburg airport before, I struggled a bit to find the hotel; although Google Maps shows it as right by the terminal, it is not actually visible from outside Terminal 1 (it is behind the Steigenberger Hotel). Once you know where it is, it is quick and easy to get to, but a sentence or two of directions would have been helpful.

This hotel was perfect for our last night in Berlin. It's right across from the airport, so our early flight was easy to catch. The room was large, very clean, and quiet. Check in and check out are a breeze, so there's no holdup. Will definitely stay again on a last night in Berlin.

We decided last minute to head back into central Berlin. It is a 40+ minute train ride, so keep that in mind. This would not be a good hotel to stay in for your whole Berlin trip because of how far away it is from the city center.

Location is amazing, literally 1 minute walking from the main airport building. Rooms are new and modern, and also soundproof. No noise whatsoever, even though you are right next to the airport. Hotel lobby and bar seemed very nice and cozy.

My room was not properly cleaned, there were traces of glasses on the bedside tables, which immediately makes me wonder If anything in the room was cleaned properly. The breakfast was quite basic - and they were not refilling things on the go. I arrived at 9am (breakfast is until 10) and some things were empty and no one refilled them.

Check-in and check-out took just 3 minutes each. Everything was quick and efficient. Only 200 meters from Terminal 1, with Terminal 2 a bit further away.

There was a coffee machine in the room, but only 3 capsules provided, despite the fact that there were 2 guests. The design choice of having a window instead of a wall in the shower area felt odd. The glass isn’t frosted and can only be covered by curtains from the outside. The room's windows faced the restaurant's courtyard seating area. It’s unfortunate, as we were hoping for a view of the airplanes. There were no slippers in the room, which was inconvenient, as after a long trip, you want to take off your shoes and relax without waiting for housekeeping to bring the essentials.

I booked the room because we have a flight at 7.15 am. There were 6 of us and I booked 2 rooms with each room fits 3 people. The room is very spacious. Ample space for us to pack our luggage. It is less than 5 minutes walking distance to airport. It is easy to get to Berlin city by train from airport. So we managed to spent an evening in Berlin city before our flight back home. We did not have to worry about arriving late for checking in for our flight and managed to get good rest before our flight home. I love best the deco on the wall behind the bed.

It's handy when one has an early flight. The room has a teapot and a small fridge, and in some rooms, a coffee machine. You have to pay attention while booking when you want one. The bed is not bad. The bathroom is clean and well-equipped.

The check-in team is really slow and messy, and some of the staff is, to say it softly—not polite—and has features of burning out. They are obviously overloaded. However, the hotel's location makes them monopolists. We were there three times. All three times, the staff was nervous and even rude. We have never had this in other hotels.

Excellent breakfast, ideal location if you're using Berlin Brandenburg and need to get a rest before travelling on, or to work with late / early flights. Nice people, everything very clean, no negatives. You couldn't call it 'romantic', because of the location and preponderance of business use, but that's not their fault! Really first-class transport access, genuinely very short walk from terminal, and the railway stations / S-Bahn are practically underneath the hotel. Will stay again.

Nothing to dislike - I wouldn't have minded another pillow left available in the room, but in fairness I didn't ask for one, I'm sure they would have provided it if I'd had time to raise it.
