We stayed as a family of three and there was an extra bed for our son set up. I've stayed here before and it's an excellent location right by the airport terminal. The price made it very worthwhile as well. There are food options in the lobby which we didn't try but the prices seemed reasonable, and be aware there are very few decent food options in the airport terminal itself if you need dinner etc. Train station is right out the front door. Online check in made the process quick and easy - literally took about 30 seconds to receive our key. The room is comfortable and while not huge, it was perfect for a short stay near the airport and is well appointed and modern.

I am very satisfied. The receptionist helped to bring my belongings to my room because I got scared with technical issues of elevator. Room was very nice. And receptionist who worked the next day understood my situation that I was hurry up to not miss my flight and make my check out quite fast.

Small minus there was no slippers in the room usually free available in hotels. The other thing I was not satisfied with dress code of young lady waitress in Restaurant. Her shirt was inside her jeans and trousers was very tight what made accent to her figure a lot. From my opinion waitress must look more reserved and walk reserved. Especially when she pass away married couple. Other option to use middle long skirt instead of very tight trousers. Other woman who was working there in the same time used her shirt outside her jeans and it looks at least more suitable. Best Regards

Location was perfect for airport but also great transport links to the city - easy to get in and out and transport system inexpensive. Rooms were comfortable and they placed us as a family group (2 rooms) close together (rooms faced each other across corridor. Good facilities and everything was lovely and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Fridge was fantastically helpful for drinks and fruit as rooms were warm.

No conditioner / so close to airport you would be nice if you’d get separate conditioner due to flying rules etc. most of the family were ok but for those of us with longer hair please a bit of conditioner! Also coffee and tea provision was slightly disappointing - two pods or two coffee sachets and one teabag! …and allowance was not refreshed each day - we had to ask. Would be good to get that replaced each day - I don’t mind about towels and bedding but slightly more generous coffee allowance would be good!

The hotel is optimally located, just a 300m walk from the terminal. We were even able to take the airport cart directly to the hotel entrance with all our luggage, which made things very convenient. The rooms are mainly designed for couples, but we requested two connecting rooms and the staff kindly accommodated our request. Without this arrangement, our stay would have been much more difficult, so we greatly appreciated their effort.

Parking for cars is very limited, and there are many inspectors issuing tickets for unattended vehicles. This made our departure a bit difficult, though still manageable.

The hotel is clean and well kept. Check in was quick since I was texted earlier and invited to check in on line. Bed was very comfortable and quiet. Although near airport we never heard airplanes. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice shower controls and ran shower great. Shower door did leak though. The room was set up for only one person. A visit with housekeeping had their young, friendly and enthusiastic staff running up and down the hall to fetch second coffee cup, glass and more towels. Short walk to the spacious airport. Very easy.

The hotel location was really good for us as the long distance bus we travelled in stopped right opposite and the airport we were to fly from the next day was directly across. The room was clean and well equipped with everything we required. The breakfast started early and this was good as we had to get to an early morning flight, also it was good. All my questions to the hotel via the app prior to the stay were answered promptly. So, overall a good experience.

Would have been good if there was an airport trolley rack in the laneway near the hotel as we had four suitcases between the two of us. Anyway I managed to get one from the bus station across the road. The check-in process was good but I had to wait a bit as there were several people ahead of me. Tried the machine in the lobby but could not get it to work for me.

The breakfast was fairly good. Coming from Canada, I thought the food/restaurants were expensive. However paying less than 20 euros each for a decent buffet breakfast compared to other places we stayed was ok.

We arrived early at the hotel as we had to be out of our previous hotel by 11 am. We arrived just after noon. They had rooms available, however there was a 30 euro charge to get into the room early (3 hrs). I let them know we would be out in the morning by 7 am. They didn't care. Still 30. We had a view of a parking lot at the side of the hotel. There was a charge if we wanted a better view I think it was 13 euros. I skipped it on principal. They were not anywhere near full/busy so I just thought they should supply the best available. ( I didn't join there rewards program until I was waiting in the lounge)

The staff were amazing and accommodating in every way possible. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Not so much what I didn’t like, more what could make stay for a mobility challenged guest easier, such as the bed in the accessible room not having castors on it making it feel very unsafe to even sit on. The night staff came up with a plan to put a towel under each castor wheel which did seem to rectify the problem. The tiles on the bathroom floor were extremely slippery when wet and the shower seat didn’t allow for a weight in excess of 112kg.

The location is excellent for the airport and train station with direct trains every 20 minutes into the city centre. The room was very comfortable, with a nice bathroom and excellent shower. Although there was a limited menu in the restaurant, the food was good, but a little more expensive than I would have expected. All of the staff were very good. The open plan ground floor, with the reception area adjoining the bar, which is next to the restaurant, is designed very nicely and is a very pleasant environment in which to relax.

The breakfast was satisfactory, but the choice of hot food was limited.
