Friendly staff, a good location on the S-Bahn 2 line (four minute walk to the station, which is currently under construction, but accessible if you hunt around a bit). Interesting dinner menu of Bulgarian specialities which I will definitely try next time! In a quite treed street, but close to shopping and restaurants.

The premises were closed when I arrived at 11 in the hopes of dropping off my bag (check in was clearly stated as being at 2 pm, not a problem). It is a pensione more than a hotel, but that's fine, now I know. Duvet cover and pillow case were synthetic material but I asked and they kindly swapped it out for cotton.

i use thus hotel when i am on a bike tour in the area. Very clean. The single room is quite big. You have space. the staff is very helpful and friendly. Room is confortable. i had one on the street. i was a bit afraid of the noise but windows are good quality.

Breakfast was good and reasonably priced. A group of us were over for a table tennis tournament and it was close to where we were playing. Also very close to train station, centre of Berlin was only 25 minutes away.

Very good value for money at a reasonable price for Berlin, I got a single room with private bathroom and breakfast included, service was good and the waitress kind, just 5 min walking distance from S-Bahn (Lichtenrade).

Bathroom was a bit too small (it was a single room).

-the staff were really helpful and kind. one night i got back late to the hotel and i asked if i can order food at the hotel’s restaurant at 2 am and they said no problem -the hotel location is a 5-min walk to the S-bahn station, yet there is a big construction site nearby and the hotel itself is about 40-50 mins from the city centre

-the walls are extremely thin. you can hear everything going on outside the room -there’s no lift. If you have big luggage, that would be a problem as all rooms are upstairs.

Needed a place for one night close to the airport and this fitted the bill right next to S2 line Lichtenrade station (although s-bahn currently is not running south of Lichtenrade due to engineering works, there is a frequent bus replacement service) and great value. Nice big airy room, very comfortable bed, good shower and reliable wifi. Good breakfast menu and friendly staff. While the location is quite a way from the centre the weekend night s-bahn is fine, I used one to get back well after midnight.

I was only there one night and was very satisfied. Its not a big hotel so no lift so anyone who struggles with luggage may want to specify the lower floor.

Excellent room in an excellent location. breakfast was lovely, generous portions. Lots of options for dinner near by. S Bahn is walking distance.

Very friendly and courteous staff. Quiet location. It is close to the S2 train line, which connects directly to Brandenburg Tor (about 30 minutes). There are restaurants and markets nearby.

I felt very welcome in Dori's Hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was very clean and everything worked. As a bonus, the restaurant features a very interesting Bulgarian menu! There is a good connection by S-Bahn to the city and also to the airport.

A coffee maker or kettle in the room or landing would be helpful.

Staff is really nice. A lovely family business, very clean, great meals for good prices. Good traffic connections (bus, train)
